We had a wonderful stay at Coqui Coqui Hotel in Cobá. The hotel itself is magnificent—beautifully designed, perfectly situated with stunning views of the lake, and just a short walk from the impressive Cobá archaeological site. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The rooms are charming and comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. The on-site vegetarian restaurant was decent, though not exceptional. That said, there are a few small areas for improvement. The breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming, with limited options. It would also be great if the hotel offered or recommended more activities or experiences in the surrounding area. Overall, it's a magical and peaceful place—we truly enjoyed our time and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Cobá.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. nestled in the jungle with gorgeous pools and a serene, dreamy atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful 💛 We were even gifted two beautiful perfumes at checkout! Every detail felt luxurious yet relaxed. Can’t wait to return sometime! 🌺🌅✨

We stayed here a year ago and had a wonderful experience so we decided to come back…bad idea. The quality of our stay decreased substantially. Our room (the jungle suite) was dark and have stagnant water in a bathtub, plus our water on the second floor didn’t work. The food at the restaurant was also a complete disappointment. Last year we enjoyed a menu of diverse local options…this year they changed the menu to “local delicacies” but having traveled all over the Yucatan, this menu was neither local nor high quality. Coqui coqui has positioned themselves as a luxury brand and this hotel no longer reflects luxury or quality.

This place is absolutely spectacular.. The on-site perfume room is amazing 1. The only downside for me is the food.. A Boutique Hotel of this caliber should have the most amazing food and beverage program to match...The food was a big let down for us but I would still not hesitate at all to stay here again.. Having done consulting work for hotels and restaurants around the globe, this place needs a top level breakfast and dinner program to really make it one of the great places in all of Mexico if not the world... The Hospitality is the BEST OF THE BEST.. The facilities are absolutely gorgeous and well thought out and nothing was missed.. The location was unbelievable and the fact it is inside of an ancient building really adds to the mystique of this jewel. If the restaurant had a destination type restaurant, travelers would come from far and wide to experience plus a top notch restaurant would drive additional revenue in slow season to help with the bottom line. Again, this place is amazing and as much as I should take off a star or two for althe underwhelming restaurant, everything else was so great that I just can not do that.. DONT MISS THIS PLACE ON YOUR TRAVELS

We stayed here last year and had a very different experience but the quality of the stay dramatically declined. The jungle suite where we stayed is dark and worn and had stagnant water in a downstairs tub. The restaurant was also a terribly sad experience. Last year, the food was diverse and high quality. This year it was just bad. They say they are trying to stick to local cuisine and high quality ingredients but we have traveled throughout all of the Yucatan and this food was not local or high quality. Coqui Coqui should watch the product they are producing at this hotel as it is not a good look for their brand.

My girlfriend and I stayed here to celebrate her birthday, and we couldn’t have been more impressed! The staff treated us like royalty, offering champagne and a birthday cake, which was such a special touch. We also enjoyed the incredible spa – it was the perfect way to relax. Overall, an unforgettable experience and an ideal place to bring your significant other. Highly recommended!

This was my fourth or fifth trip to Tulum. |This trip was an incredible mix of relaxation and adventure. The beaches are stunning—white sand, clear turquoise waters, and a laid-back vibe. Tulum’s ancient Mayan ruins, set on cliffs overlooking the sea, were a highlight, offering both history and unbeatable views. I stayed in an eco-resort that really embraced nature and sustainability, which added to the charm.|We stayed at Coqui Coqui and had a three hour spa treatment simply titled “Rejuvenation”|The property was incredible and a pool for every room.|The food scene is diverse and delicious, from street tacos to upscale dining at places like Hartwood and Arca. Getting around by bike was a fun and easy way to explore the town and nearby cenotes like Gran Cenote. Tulum is a bit pricey, but the experience is well worth it!

Beautiful property with fantastic service; the staff provided a relaxing and seamless experience. Yucateca and Mayan culture is offered along with the privacy and luxury.
