Marc is the best trainer ever! I never knew I would love boxing as much as I do all because of him. He’s a great person, pushes you to your limits and the best private trainer… His classes are so much fun and make you sweat and his one on one sessions are on another level. I don’t even realize I’m going so hard because he knows how to make it versatile and enjoyable. He’s truly changed my health and my strength and pushed me farther than I even knew possible. He customizes each workout and he helps you with your posture all along the way. Circuits, boxing and weights are now something I look forward to because of him…

Marc is a killer! He pushes you to your limits, is great company and has been part of my health journey for a long long time. I didn’t know I could love boxing so much but it’s because of him I feel and look 100 times better but most importantly my mental health is improved and so is my strength… He’s such a good private trainer, he really customizes the workout for you and I just truly think he’s the best! Spending an hour with him to start my day and sweat while punching my stress out has been a blessing. No one better to coach, instruct and push you to your limits with a great attitude.

I started going to Para Performance for private sessions six weeks ago. I’m over 40 and had not been to a gym in 9 years. Paul and Marc have done a great job properly pushing me and building up my strength. I’m sore the next day, but never so sore that I don’t want to come back. I would definitely recommend this gym.

This gym is great! There is plenty of parking and an awesome location so that you can grab a post workout drink or meal as well. The gym comes equipped with multiple weights, tools, and space so that you can get your sweat on. Paul is a great owner and trainer, he helped guide us through our workouts and encouraged us to keep working hard. The workout session can be done super quickly during a lunch break and you'll be able to hit full body without any issues at all. The location has a sleek dark black interior with brand new equipment as well. Not to mention the towels that you can use before and after the workouts. Not to mention the merchandise is cool as well with the minimal look that will grab attention whenever you have it. You must go here!

Paul is such an amazing instructor. I have terrible gym anxiety usually, and found Para to be a really great experience for me, whilst still being able to engage and meet new people. If you're looking to get away from some of the more intense Hollywood gyms and looking for a home/ place of solace I would highly suggest giving Para a try. This location is beautiful as well, design is flawless, very clean. Cant say enough good things.

Para is a very welcoming gym environment, open to all levels. It’s a beautiful, clean and well-organized space. Paul is a super kind and knowledgeable instructor - every workout class is different so you never get bored. Highly recommend!

Love this gym! It's intimate and the trainers are lovely and want you to do well. Classes push you and gives you confidence. They help you correct your form and I always walked away feeling like I've had an awesome workout. I used to avoid gyms bc I'd fear being judged or whatever insecurity, but here, you're treated like fam. I've learned a lot and they're always open to answering any questions you have. Can't recommend this gym enough!

This space is very thoughtful, unique, and special. A whole lot of love put into the space and the people are extra kind and intuitive. I hope the best for this gym and believe it will foster a community of cool people that are positive and kind! Paul, the owner, and his partner, Heath, are awesome people. Excited for this new chapter for them and everyone that will gain amazing experiences from this gym!
