I visited yesterday and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The female staff members were quite dismissive and seemed inconvenienced when we asked about flavors. The gentleman working, however, was friendly and had great customer service.
It’s basic customer service to be kind and welcoming—especially in an ice cream shop where you’re often serving families and children. We genuinely love the ice cream here, but when you’re spending around $50 per visit, you expect the service to reflect the same quality as the product.
Looks like we're not the first to experience this either after speaking with friends in the area and reading other reviews.
I hope management can take this as constructive feedback and ensure proper training so every customer feels welcomed.
