This cavern is huge and extremely beautiful. This cave is the longest in Asia spanning 31 Km in range, but for everyone to sight see only 1 Km opened. You can book a tour in advance that will take you to 2 caverns a day. The cave is very big, you can have a look around inside and enjoy the view. There's an expedition for 7 Km part of the cave, it's a one day tracking expedition. If you love cave exploration taking the 7 Km tour is going to be fun.

Paradise Cave is located about 40 min drive from Phong Nha town. The cave has been evaluated as the most beautiful and longest dry Cave in Asia. I would recommend organising a private driver through your accommodation, taking you there for opening around 7 AM. That's exactly what we did, and practically had the place to ourselves. Once you are dropped off at the main gate, it is only a short walk to the ticket booth. To get to path to the cave, you can either walk along a path or catch an electric buggy (which is what we opted to do). As other reviewers have noted, even if you take the buggy, you are still in for a walk before you can see the cave - up quite a few ramps or stairs. However, once you have made the journey, it is well worth it. It is hard to capture the scale and beauty of the place with photos. We were able to walk some distance within the cave, all on boardwalks. A must if you are in the area.

If you want the best experience. Get here at eight am or last thing in the afternoon and you’ll have the place to yourself. Get here any later and there are literally hundreds of people in very noisy tour groups as it’s easily accessible by all. Really big cave that almost looks like it’s a gallery made by the gods to display there creations. Highly recommend. While it might not be as Epic as Son Doong or have the adventurous fun of Hang Va I think this is probably the most beautiful cave of all. It’s a relatively easy uphill hike on a sealed path, then there is one km of board walking inside the cave, every step has something stunning to look at.

Located in Phong Nha-Kẻ Bàng National Park, Quảng Bình Province, Động Thiên Đường (Paradise Cave) is truly a natural wonder that lives up to its name. As one of the most magnificent caves in Vietnam, it offers an unforgettable experience for nature lovers and adventurers alike. The journey to the cave begins with a scenic drive through lush green forests and limestone mountains. After a short climb up a hill and a walk along a wooden pathway, visitors are rewarded with the breathtaking sight of the cave’s entrance — a modest opening that leads into a vast, otherworldly underground world. Inside, the cave stretches for over 31 kilometers, although only about one kilometer is open to tourists. The atmosphere is cool and pleasant, providing a welcome escape from the tropical heat. What makes Paradise Cave stand out is its incredible system of stalactites and stalagmites, which come in a variety of shapes and sizes. The formations are beautifully lit with soft, strategic lighting that enhances their natural beauty without being intrusive. Walking along the wooden boardwalk, visitors can marvel at rock formations that resemble lotus flowers, waterfalls, and even mythical creatures. The silence inside the cave adds to its serene, almost sacred ambiance. Paradise Cave is well-maintained, with safety measures in place and informative signs to guide visitors. Whether you’re a first-time traveler to Vietnam or a seasoned explorer, this destination is a must-visit. It’s a humbling reminder of nature’s power and artistry, and a highlight of any trip to central Vietnam. In short, Paradise Cave is not just a cave — it’s a hidden paradise beneath the earth, waiting to be discovered.

Amazing place! It is much bigger, deeper and longer than expected. Not very crowded when we were there. Allow around 3 hours in total. Definitely a wow experience ⭐️

Amazing place and well worth a visit. We did the tour that takes you to the Well (Waterfall), this trip was very hard work and if they'd said how difficult it was I may not have booked, saying that I'm glad I did it. They make out you'll do some swimming or kayaking in the caves but in reality it's only to get you across approx 200m of cave that is unpassable by foot without going neck deep in water. Well worth it if your young, fit & healthy. Hard work if you're not.

I was absolutely speechless the moment I stepped inside and saw the size of the first chamber—it’s like entering a cathedral sculpted by nature. The sheer scale is almost impossible to capture in photos or words; you truly have to be there to believe it. There are numerous chambers, each filled with incredible limestone formations—towers, curtains, and rippling flowstones that look like frozen waterfalls. The lighting is beautifully done, highlighting the textures without feeling overdone. I’d recommend allowing at least 90 minutes to walk through at a relaxed pace, soaking it all in without rushing. If you’re anywhere in Vietnam, don’t miss this experience. It’s a geological masterpiece and a must-visit in Phong Nha.

Longest dry cave in Asia with many magnificent stalactites and stalagmites, cool temperatures inside around 20 celcius degrees. It belongs to Phong Nha-Ke bang cave commune in Quang Binh province. Vietnam’s caves are globally famous for their scale, beauty, underground rivers, biodiversity, and adventure tourism, not just length.
