A slice of paradise! Beautiful surroundings with a gorgeous tropical garden and private beach. We had a spacious self-contained thatch-roofed villa with wonderful wooden and wicker furniture, and our own lanai with loungers and a hammock. Constance is a very gracious, friendly host (and fantastic manager!) and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Everything is centered around the beautiful garden and the restaurant, which has an upper terrace and a lower, smaller wooden pavilion by the water. The wifi at the villa’s can be a little spotty, but that is because of the earthquake proof walls, and you soon work out the best spot to use it. There’s snorkels, kayaks and bicycles to use at will, which was absolutely wonderful. You can snorkel straight off the beach. There’s markers for where the reef gets beautiful, with an abundance of tropical fish. We went every day and had a blast. The villa offered everything we needed and more, such a lovely and relaxing place. Keep in mind that scented and unscented detergent is being used for the bedding and towels. If you’re allergic, make sure to bring your own. We very much enjoyed our stay at Paradise Cove!
