Beautiful island and resort. The entire staff were so friendly and welcoming. When booking, we thought the mandatory meal plan was a bit pricey, but after dining in the two restaurants, we decided it was well worth it. Beautiful food worthy of quality restaurants back home. We stayed in a Paradise Suite with private pool and beach access. It was very quiet and private. There are plenty of activities daily and free snorkelling out the front of the resort. Highly recommend the paid snorkelling safari which included snorkelling in front of Manta Ray Island which had a beautiful array of coral and wide variety of fish. Highly recommend.

This is our second stay at Paradise Cove and we just love it. Last time was our honeymoon, and this time with our two young children. The food was outstanding, the staff are just delightful, and the surroundings are stunning. Absolute beautiful, clear water right at your doorstep.....snorkelling just meters from the beach to see hundreds of different fish. We stayed in a garden bungalow, and it was perfect for the 4 of us. We will be back.

Incredible location with lovely accommodation and amenities. Staff were all amazingly friendly and welcoming. Incredible reefs straight off the beach for snorkelling with frequent manta ray sightings in the neighbouring passage. Multiple nearby scuba dive sites were also incredible. Food was truly world class utilising a expertly crafted menu with both local and top tier international ingredients: Japanese bluefin tuna and wagyu, beluga caviar, Spanish octopus, Hokkaido scallops etc.

Absolutely fantastic! Staff are amazing, welcoming and give you a run through of the whole property on arrival. The room, (graded cove) was spacious, immaculate and very comfortable! Food is outstanding! With multiple dining options to choose from. Paradise Cove is an absolute must when planning an island getaway! Perfect for couples and for families! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will most definitely be back!

Paradise Cove was AMAZING!!!!! The rooms were fantastic! Ours had a private plunge pool, which was amazing! The outdoor shower was spectacular!!!! The main pool was really nice, and had plenty of lounge chairs. We dove every day and it was amazing! The dive master and instructor were both fantastic. They asked about what we liked and didn't like and took us to different locations every day. They also took great care of our gear! It was very personal and all diving was super close to the resort which was nice. The service was outstanding, and the food was fantastic as well! There were also activities every day for guests to choose from, which was really nice! Honestly cannot say enough good things! If we ever return to Fiji we will definitely be staying at Paradise Cove!

Second time back at Paradise Cove and it’s only got better. The service (not the typical “Fiji time”) is outstanding and the food is incredible. Best steak I’ve ever eaten on one of the nights there. Kids club is great (better for 5 and under), especially since they offer 4 hours of babysitting per day included in your room rate. Get the helicopter out there, you won’t regret it!

Unfortunately, not a good experience for us. We stayed 5 nights at Paradise Cove in July and were overall disappointed and at times appalled by the rude staff, disorganization, and lack of 5-star quality. ||We had issues with the Dive Shop and the lack of clarity on their end caused us to not dive for the first 3 days we were staying at Paradise, and then once we did go diving we had a scary first experience. I am a beginner diver and was uncomfortable with my ill-fitting equipment and leaky regulator, but the instructor insisted we would figure it out in the water. We were also not given any kind of profile of the dive, which any diver will tell you is essential for the dive master to cover before commencing the dive. Once in the water, I had an extremely stressful and uncomfortable dive which put me off from diving for the rest of our time at Paradise Cove. I should have insisted on not entering the water before ensuring my comfortability, but after my failed attempt at concerns to the dive master, I felt dismissed and got in anyway as to not hold up the group. Safety should be a priority and I did not feel that steps were taken to ensure the safety of the guests diving at Paradise Cove. ||Another, and arguably the worst problem we faced at Paradise Cove, was the curt attitude of the staff. We had come from another resort and immediately noticed how the staff at Paradise were less friendly with guests. Many of the staff would not speak to us when we greeted them and some did not even make eye contact. Meals take a long time, dinner took us over 2 hours one night. We had the Japanese tapas selection for lunch one day, and for an hour they came out with one dish at a time. We ended up having to leave because they forgot half of the order and my parents were diving at 3. On the same day, after an organizational issue between the two restaurants regarding our dinner reservation, we were asked to wait while they set the table at the main restaurant, only to find after 20 minutes, no one was setting the table. When my mum approached a waiter, she was told it was our fault that the reservation was mixed up. This is not the kind of etiquette appropriate at 5-star resorts. After this incident, going to the restaurant was uncomfortable to say the least. It felt like the staff were being disingenuous in their sudden friendliness in order to make up for all the issues. ||I want to say that some of the staff were wonderful and their kindness did not go unnoticed, it was just unfortunately outshone by the overall negative experience.||This resort is beautiful but it lacks the hospitality Fiji is famous for. If I could go back in time I would not go to Paradise Cove.

This place really lives up to the name…. Paradise!|There are so many aspects that I cannot fault I don’t know where to begin.|The rooms are beautiful, we had a beachfront 2 bedroom villa which was so spacious for our family of 5. Walking straight out onto the beach was such a luxury. Even with a third single bed added to the second bedroom, there was still so much space for the kids.|The outdoor bathroom was fun, having a shower under the Fijian morning sun was delightful.|The food situation was my only downside. I don’t mind the inclusive meals, but as a fussy eater (something that I wish I could change) some nights I found it difficult to find something I enjoyed eating. On the local produce night I actually left dinner and ordered a pasta from room service as I don’t enjoy much seafood and struggled to eat much. I would recommend adding another restaurant option when people don’t want the multiple courses on offer and would prefer a simple a la carte style meal.|The staff were an absolute highlight! We developed wonderful friendships with many of the staff, enjoying a chat and banter throughout our stay. Leaving the resort was actually so difficult because we felt like we were leaving so many friends behind.|We visited the Soso village which was such a great experience. I would recommend offering guests more information in the lead up to visiting though, I was told 4 minutes before our boat left I needed to wear more clothes than the singlet and shorts I had on, I needed to run to our room and change. We also weren’t made aware until just before departure we should take cash as we would be visiting a market on the island, we were not at all prepared and only took $45 Fijian with us, I wished I could’ve bought something from everyone!|The kids club was the most incredible thing I’ve experienced for our kids. The activities were great, our boys especially loved the crab hunting every night! From basket weaving, to picnics, movies, quiz’s, snorkelling, pool fun with the mei mei’s. The kids were never bored! They preferred hanging out in the kids club than with us! Roni in particular gave our boys the best experience. He had energy I could only wish for, forever entertaining, wrestling, playing in the pool, piggy backing them. He was so kind, always protecting the kids and ensuring they were safe and happy at all times! The kids dinner was also such a great addition, we were able to go with the kids while they had a kids friendly dinner served from 5:30pn in the kids club, then leave the kids to play while we enjoyed a quiet adults dinner together. We haven’t spent so much time together in a long time. It felt like we actually got a holiday too!||We could recommend this place highly enough. We will absolutely be back and can’t wait to see everyone when we get there again. ||Vinaka vakalevu for such a wonderful holiday!
