Paradise Falls

Busy evening after a Griz game. Waitress working really hard to take care of everyone. Time to order was fast, but getting the food took a while. Halibut sandwich with sweet potato fries ok, not great. The fish patty was pretty small and somewhat dry. Bison burger also just ok. Buns were dry. Potato salad was the highlight.

Came in for dinner after a 5 hour drive and saw this was open. There was no wait and we could be seated where we wanted to be. They had both indoor and outdoor seating and we chose outdoor, which was nice outside. The wait for our server to arrive took a bit, but we were excited for our food. Basically the food can be described in one word… average. Nothing super excited, nothing stood out. I ordered the Frisco burger and the guacamole was squeeze from a bottle. All meals were warm temperature but not hot. My daughter got the sliders and said they were tasty but not warm enough. The pricing on the food was a little over priced for the food we received. We then had to ask for our check from the server and when we asked for a water refill it took over 5 mins for the water cup to be filled.

What a great place to grab supper! We had an amazing waitress named Jordanne. She added spice, laughter, and kindness to my supper. Its not upscale dining, but definitely more than a dive. She made sure our food came out in an orderly fashion. She cared enough to even ask when we wanted our salads served and made sure everything came out perfectly. I ordered a ribeye steak which I had pretty low expectations. It came put perfectly cooked. The steak was ok on tenderness and flavor. I would highly recommend stopping and grabbing a beer and some food. My kiddo had a hamburger steak with potatoes and gravy, and my buddy had the prime rib sandwich. Everything was tasty, hot, and seasoned well. Nice job and I can't wait to stop again on my next visit.

Madison our server was so sweet, attentive but not overly. Mozz sticks were super good, I had the steak sandwich cooked perfectly! And the sliders were as well cook delightful. It’s nice having a a sweet caring server thank you Madison!

The restaurant itself is a beautiful establishment. Our waitress was quite friendly and the service was good. The issue is the food itself, I got the steak bites and ordered them medium rare more on the rare side, I got maybe one steak bite that was done right and the rest of the steak bites were well done and incredibly bland and chewy. My boyfriend got the prime rib philly cheesesteak, his sandwich was bland and the meat was flavorless. Overall not a great experience at all, what a waste of a great space and atmosphere for terrible food.

Came here on a quick lunch meeting. Service was prompt, servers were kind, food was delish! How to mix up wiith my plate and my server corrected it right away. Always enjoy brining out business here!

Friendly service and regulars! The place was clean and very nice looking inside. Fiancé had a chicken fried steak and said it was really good. Our 5 year olds kid pancakes were good, and the sausage with his was delicious. I had eggs benedict, and the hollandaise sauce was way too tangy, the English muffins were slightly soggy, so I don't think they were even lightly toasted, and the eggs were just a little too done. The hashbrowns that came with both dishes were cold and tasted horrible.

So I live very close to Paradise Falls. I have had the worst service imaginable. It is always the same person. My first experience the Casino attendant sat behind the bar looking completely out of it. I went to the bar and asked for a soda. Waited 10 minutes still never got my soda. I went back up to the bar and asked if I could please have a soda. I did win and I did tip her $40. I did not go back until the day after Christmas. There she was working. I almost left but thought maybe the last time I was there she was having a bad day. I sat at the machine for 30 minutes{yes I timed it}. She did not leave her chair to wait on a single person. There was about 10 to 12 people there. When she did get off her chair she left and went into the restaurant for 10 minutes. Soon after that a guy came in and took over for her. He was great! Her name is Melissa. If I do ever go back in to the casino and she is working I will turn and walk away.

Service is really good here. Food comes out in a timely manner. They do have a good selection of food to choose from. The food is hit or miss as far as the quality and flavor. The Reuben was okay but nothing to rave about. Fries are really good. I like their Cobb salad here. Drinks are good. Would I recommend this place? Yes Lots of TV's for watching sports

The literal worse nachos I have ever had. Last experience we ordered the salmon nachos also the most bland food we have ever tasted. Paradise falls used to be known for its service and food and now the poor servers are forced to make up for lake of effort and cheap substitute for culinary artistry.

ate breakfast here twice. lots of options and convenient to our motel so we had breakfast here twice. Good service, decent prices and nice atmosphere. ckn fried steak was very good--not greasy, meat tender, gravy good-not too salty. Breakfast burrito either needed nothing on top so you can eat it like a burrito or else smothered in chili verde and eat it with a fork. This one had just a bit of sauce/cheese on top--would have rather had a scramble. It was still good.

Absolutely brutal! Non existent service, dirty dishes stacked everywhere, snail pace kitchen and volleyball and soccer on the TVs Sunday at noon for opening day of football season. Wow. Just wow.

I ordered a French Dip sandwich and a dinner salad. The sandwich was the best I have ever had. The roast beef was cooked to perfection.

The food here is incredible. Here for a week and ate there twice. Service is also top notch. Very large menu so there is certainly something for everybody. The Cajun chicken Alfredo is to die for .

This place is amazing! The service was slow at first but then it was great! The server was super nice and quick! The food was delicious! The place was so clean and the atmosphere was nice.

Our service was terrible we waited 30 minutes to lag our check when none of the waiters were anywhere to be found, we hear then all giggling in the back. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Out of towner, tried this place because of higher ratings and they stayed open late enough for us to go to after flying in. Staff was very friendly, atmosphere and food was great, only thing missing is a pool table just kidding, it's still worth it. Give them a shot! No regrets.

Great gathering spot for a group. Good food. Nice little casino too. I always visit this establishment when I come into town from Seattle.

We almost didn't stop in cuz the parking lot was full but once inside there was loads of available comfortable seating. We had the kindest server who recommended choices and we listened. Great food. Clean establishment. Great server.

Stopped in for breakfast. Service was excellent and our server was efficient, friendly and fun. Food was delicious with huge portions.

The mango avacado fish tacos were exploding with flavor. The Philly prime rib was dry and skimpy on cheese and veggies. The service is some of the unfriendliest and worst I've ever had. Go for the fishbowl...for tow for sure. It's huge! Talia was our server who just walked by and slid my my salad while walking by without a word. Rude! No...lady....I'm not the girl who ran you over! I'm not even from here

Food was awful! Expensive too! I can't believe a bar charging regular restaurant prices on low grade bar food.

My daughter took me to Paradise Falls for the Mother's Day Brunch. What a disappointment! The sausage looked like it came out of a box, was extremely salty. The pork roast was extremely dry. The Swedish crepes were so so. The potatoes O'Brien was just mushy potatoes. Service was wonderful though. Should have stuck to the regular breakfast menu. Definitely not worth $19.95.

When we went to our table it took about 10 minutes to get our menus. It took us about 45 minutes to get our food and when it came it came cold. We got 3 gyros, a cheese burger, steak, mozzarella sticks, strawberry Arnold Palmer, a peanut butter and Jelly alcohol drink and another Alcohol drink. The gyros were okay. The meat and fry's needed to be more hot and the gyros needed more sauce and the meat needed a little bit more flavor 7/10. The mozzarella sticks needed to have more heat but other than that it was good 8/10. The cheese burger was pretty good. It was juicy, good taste and overall good choice 8.5/10. The steak was gross. It needed to have more taste and it was to fatty and it costed a alot for how bad it tasted 4.5/10. The strawberry Arnold Palmer was okay. I didn't taste like an Arnold Palmer. It tasted just like a strawberry drink 6/10. The peanut butter alcohol drink was amazing. It tasted just like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich 9/10. The other alcohol drink was also good I forgot what it was called 8.5/10. The prices were pretty good for 5 people it costed a little over 100 dollars. I recommend coming here if you if it's your first time and if you like mozzarella sticks, chicken strips and burgers but other than that don't come. Overall I would come again because I like there mozzarella sticks and when I usually come I get chicken strips that are really good. I'm surprised that the service was bad. When I usually come it tastes really good and comes out hot. Hopefully next time I come it will improve. Overall a 7.5/10

Came here last night with the Mopars at The Fort party. After cruising Missoula, we all met in this parking lot to show our cars and have dinner. The restaurant and staff was extremely accommodating. Since we brought our two pups with us, we set up some chairs and a portable pen for the dogs. We were waiting for it to cool down so we could put the dogs back in the car, but it never did...so we opted to order a pizza and a few beers to enjoy on the lawn (around the corner from their back patio seating). The to-go order guy in the casino was so friendly and helpful. We were so thankful he was willing to help us have a great time under our current circumstances. The pizza was good and the cold beers hit the spot with the hot weather. We would definitely recommend just for hospitality alone!

Joanne and Mike crushed it!!! FAST, friendly, flavorful food and genuine customer service. The chicken fried steak was excellent and huge, with no tiny portions. Great atmosphere, very large drink options, and an awesome location. The staff is so friendly and works so hard as a TEAM and crew. I am forever appreciative of a good crew and good food. Will definitely be back for more!

Fantastic, not sure why it took so long to give this place a try! Had the prime rib special, wife had the spaghetti. Both plenty of food and delicious, exactly what we were craving. I was a little concerned with the amount of people dinning but service was prompt & excellent! Prices were fantastic ! We will be back, soon and often, Don't hesitate to give this place a try!

Decent place and beer selection. The bartenders up front are great, but if you need service in the back gaming section of the bar, you're on your own. Technically, there's a bartender there, but he's lazy and doesn't care at all about his job. I'd completely skip gaming in this bar. I'll leave this review up until a manager type person responds. However, It doesn't seem like any manager/owner will respond, as this place doesn't really seem to care what type of reviews they get and bases their profitability solely off of their location.

My brother lives here in town and wanted to meet here for lunch. I have the say that the food was decent and the service was good. It was early on a Wednesday, so the place wasn't very busy at all. There were a million TV's to view, so if you are a sports fan, this is a good place to come to eat, drink and watch the sports.

We ate breakfast here on 9/4. We had two elderly women, a 4 month old baby and three other adults. From the minute we walked in the door Amy our waitress was amazing. She moved tables was promptly and efficient with our order. He personality is amazing. Our food was excellent, just the right portion size. Plenty of beverage refills. As we ate the place kept getting busier but we still has impeccable service. Thanks. We will be back.

If you eat dinner here, have their elk burger or their bison burger! You won't regret it! Even though the plates are smaller than other places the food is incredibly filling. My only criticism was it can get overcrowded depending on when you go since it is also attached to a bar. I recommend this over Jaker's Bar and Grill because it's better quality food and you aren't paying for advertising.

I Yelped "elk" in Missoula and this is the only place that came up. They have elk meatloaf and an elk burger on the menu. I had the latter. Very good. Like, much better than I expected. It was kind of an elk steak sandwich when I was expecting ground elk. Nice flavor. Lots of side choices, and they have a crazy cheap kids menu. It's like $2 for kids' items, including a drink, and an extra dollar if you want juice. It's weird being inside a casino and what is essentially a bar, but the restaurant area is totally separate from both. It felt fairly family-friendly. Not cheap but I feel like Missoula is generally not that cheap.

Sunday brunch for our party of 8. Waitress came by for drink orders after 12 minutes from when we were seated. I ordered coffee, and finally got the coffee at the 48 minute mark. That is when we ordered, an I asked for their chicken fried steak with eggs. Food came out fairly fast, but never got offered a second cup of coffee or anything else for that matter. Horrific service and just meh on the food. Skip

Came to Missoula for a concert and found Paradise Falls. What a good find! The bar was full so we sat in the dining room. We had the sweetest waitress! The other wait staff were just as nice. I had the prime rib French dip with fries. It was perfect! Very flavorful, not too salty and the fries were so good. Best ranch dressing too!!! I would definitely stop there again.

Great food, service, and very clean! I ordered the steak bites with sweet potato fries and it was DELICIOUS! The food came out fast, didn't have to wait around for our check, and was processed out in a timely manner- but you also don't feel rushed!

The best thing they have going for them is their chicken noodle soup. I also recommend the Catalina Club. Really can't go wrong with all menu items being better than average. Nothing spectacular but a good solid choice. Great atmosphere too if you're wanting to watch the game as the bar area has lots of TVs.

If you are looking for bad service with rude servers, then this is your place. I have been here on several occasions and it seems like it just gets worse every time. You can always expect to have a long wait before your server takes your order, and then another wait before they bring you your food. The food here is nothing special, and in all honesty, does not seem fresh. I do not recommend giving this place your business. They are horrible all around.

Great place to unwind after a long day of baseball. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group in a safe manner. We were met with excellent service, great engagement with our kids and the food was delivered quickly and was amazing. We will be back!! Thank you Paradise Falls!!!

I've been meaning to get to this review. On June 17, 2022 a waitress by the name of Kyla (or something similar) was apparently providing poor service to a couple. They were not pleased w her service (nor were we) and the man decided to ask why they weren't being provided proper service. This waitress looked at him and used her finger to sign a tear going down her face then said "you're just an old man and I'm going to be a dentist." The manager was informed and did little to help the situation. What an embarrassment for Paradise Falls. What an embarrassment for the waitress who should be fired. Just disgusting behavior.

Had a great experience today! Been looking forward to visiting this establishment and we're glad we did! Service was fantastic! Kortney is fun and energetic! She was on top of her game! Will return with family and friends!

Not appetizing in the slightest. For my side salad I got some stale carrot and some lettuce that was questionable. Got steak bite wasn't even asked how I wanted them cook. Hard pass on coming here again, I will just go to Arby's

We stopped here to grab lunch while on the road. We got the potato skins with bbq pork for an appetizer and they were delicious For lunch we got the fried halibut, it was good but the batter tasted like it was missing something... I wouldn't say it was bland but could use more flavor. My son had the Mac N chz he liked it but the layer of cheese they put on top was hard. Our waitress was super nice.

Great food and tbe best Hot Buttered Rum I've ever had! Kyla is the most friendly server and always has the best recommendations!

Sorely disappointed, started out by asking the waiter Coby what was good to drink and received a rude comment, the. Asked what was on tap was then he responded with there are 18 of the and would not tell me any of them. I do appreciate the help we received after from the young lady but it sure put a sour taste in my mouth.... don't be a server if you hate people.

Halibut and fries. Cold fries, over cooked, previously frozen halibut. Totally disgusting. Friday night about 9:00pm, August 28th.

Good food. Service is very bad. Takes a long time and/or they forget your order completely (appetizers).

We stopped in for lunch, and completely disappointed. We sat at our table that had crusted dried food that was smeared like it was lightly wiped. There was also chunks of food under one of the chairs. Service was terrible, we had to almost beg for plain creamer, silverware, napkins, and water...our food arrived and we had nothing to eat it with. The food was meh, but the worst was the lack of service.

I have been coming to paradise falls my entire life since my sister used to work here when I was little. I have always liked the staff, the service is always good, and the food doesn't disappoint. I love their blackened chicken as well as all of their appetizers. The outdoor seating is the best in the summer! I think it's one of the more hidden yet good places in Missoula. Come for lunch !

Their mac & cheese is the bomb we've had their appetizers we've never had any bad food in there the waitresses were fantastic, and knife portions are usually take half of it home I highly recommend a Paradise Falls

We eat at Paradise Falls at least once a week usually on Sundays during brunch and love it! The staff is super friendly and food is delicious. The Island Style French Toast is the best ever and the kids menu is super cheap plus under 5 eat the buffet on Sunday for free!! I am picky about my food and request modifications and they always get it correct. Best breakfast in Missoula!

Showed up with 3 friends to have dinner outside sat there for 10 minutes before they even brought us our drinks only brought us to menus for three people brought us to our menus then sat there for another 20 minutes before they even came out as if he wanted anything we told him that we're leaving as to pay for drinks and home we're going to another establishment the guy then told us that the universal language was to set the menus on to the side we were still looking at the menus because we are waiting for them lousy service probably will not go back anytime soon

The food is just average at best! They also claim to have a sports seating area. We went in to watch the Chiefs game. I mean they are only one of the best teams in the league this year. We asked to have one of the many channels changed, even though the same game was showing on at least 4 TVs. They could not be bothered to do so, so we won't bother to give them our business. You certainly don't go there for the food anyway. A lesson in customer service would go a long way!

The buffalo chicken sandwich should just be taken off the menu. The menu says "tossed in buffalo sauce"... This buffalo burger is not tossed in any sauce and is very obvious is just a frozen buffalo chicken breast patty bought at Walmart (or some grocery store). The Gargonzola crumbles was more like spread on the bottom of the bun. Was too overpowering and I had to scrape it off. The worst part was the cost at 12 bucks... I come here more for the beer than food but this was one of the worst items yet. I should just stop exploring the menu and stick to the rueben sandwich and chicken fried steak, both are very good here.

Received 6 mozzarella sticks. This cheese to crunch ratio was off. The mozzarella timbers were sizely but did not pack the cheese we were hoping for. Plus half a star for steak bites.
