Stopped in for a glass of wine while shopping and loved it. Staff were great Ned let you try wines before buying a glass. Such a cute spot. Great selection of wines and snacks and some non-alcoholic options as well. Inside has lots of seating and the patio is such a vibe. Would absolutely go back for a drink and a snack.

Really cute wine bar with a nice bottle selection and a lovely patio. It’s all self-service, so you order and pick up your drinks at the bar. It would’ve been nice if they kept a bottle of water at each table at least.

Amazing place for wine and snacks on a hidden patio! Happy hour from 5-6PM with a local selection of wine and beer. The cheese plate and olives are my favourite things to accompany.

Wow! What a great find. Relaxed wine bar with their own wines (white, rose, red and orange selection) and yum charcuterie boards. Great vibes. Ambient music. Service was on point. We got a bottle of red called Too Much Heaven, that I’d highly recommend. They do chill some of their reds so if you’re not into that, double check first. We also got samples as we were trying to decide between two bottles. We had a modest two cheese, sundried tomatoes and truffle crisps board. Stayed for three hours easily. Am already planning my next trip back.

Great patio in the back. It's very intimate. The place is new and there are some issues that still need to be worked out. Though, not a big deal. The bartender didn't know how to split our bill when we explained which item belonged on which bill. She also didn't know how to describe the wine. Oh well. I would go back only if I was in the neighbourhood.

Awesome spot! Visited for the first time recently and had a great time, sat on the patio on a Friday afternoon and had two glasses of wine. Feels super intimate and cute - defs would recommend!

This would be a much better experience were it not for the condescending and passive aggressive energy from the servers/people behind the counter. Reasonable questions about the product or dining situation are routinely met with an "um, actually"-type answer. On a brighter note, variety of wines is respectable and food options are also solid.

Cute cozy wine bar. They have a shelf full of wines. Not sure if they’re reasonably priced or I can drink them at the bar. They have a small selection of wines and beer for us to drink there. Food was pretty much charcuterie. It’s all self service here. You have to order and pick up your own drink and even water is self serve. If it’s all self service I dont get why I’d be out drinking here. I’d rather drink at home self serving and at LCBO price. If you want a good experience, this is not the place.

Cute wine bar! Extensive list of wine by the glass available and bottles for purchase. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable in their recommendations. The space is laid back and unpretentious. A glass will run around $17 but good opportunity to try wines you usually can't get from LCBO. More space available in the patio (heated and slightly insulated in a tent.

Cute wine bar with patio in the back. $20 corkage fee. It's a bar only service and you seat yourself. Will definitely be coming back here.

This is a really cool wine/beer bar with an impressive selection of wines that you've never encountered before. They have a great back patio that is apparently heated and can be used year round. The name isn't very obvious on the outside, so you may walk by it without knowing, but it's a decidedly unpretentious place to have a drink amongst friends. I also noticed some dates happening, so it's a nice place for a romance to blossom ;) The place has a nice vibe! Will be back. PS: the snacks are a really good compliment to the drinks.

A hip wine bar that has an amazing patio in the back. There's tropical plants, small and large tables, and super cool vibe in the evening. I even remember their lighting on the patio was very impressive. Service was spot on as well. Definitely worth a trip if you're in the area.

Paradise Grapevine is strongly contributing to my new love for the Bloor & Ossington area. There's lots of good bars and restaurants around the area, and Paradise Grapevine (PG) is one of the best. First and foremost, PG is a wine & beer bar. If you're looking for inventive cocktails, you're better off going somewhere else. But, if it's wine that you're after, PG is it. Our server was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about their offerings and took the time to SIT DOWN with us to go over the menu according to our wants and specifications. He made some great recommendations and our party was really happy with our selections. PG is very unassuming from the outside. What you DON'T see at a glance is the patio at the rear. It's decorated marvellously with a pseudo-Bohemian feel and offers an impressive number of tables for those looking for a fun night out. The atmosphere isn't pretentious, but you'll never mistake PG for a dive bar either. It strikes a good balance. It goes without saying, but I'll certainly be back.

The wines here are fantastic, that goes without saying. However what I really wanted to share in this review is the customer service received by Sam. I had a delivery issue and they not only responded immediately but also sent my delivery in an Uber the very next day so that it wouldn't be delayed any longer. This level of personal customer service is very rare to see these days. I will certainly continue to be a customer here.

Very cute little wine/beer bar. Very charming back patio. There is no table service here which is ok for now as they just opened and don't seem to be too busy, but we'll see how that goes. Limited selection of by the glass wines, and a better bottle section...sigh. Also, would like to see a flight option. Note there is no food here really, so just come for the drinks.

An all year round heated patio that makes Bar Raval's look like chopped liver. Funky vibe, big space. Great selections of both beer and wine, this is limited edition specialty stuff so you will pay more. Beautiful candlelit bathrooms.

Some of the best wines in the city. It is counter service only which I kinda like because you can drink/eat at your own pace. Beautiful backyard patio!

Super cute spot to go for some wine! The place is super dainty. They have cute little sides to compliment your drinks, like truffle chips, or their daily cheeses. Would recommend this adorable spot!

A very classy addition to Bloordale. I like the fact that it has a sizeable indoor seating area as well as a small standing-only patio up front and a charming, leafy seating area in the back with a decent number of tables. Good selection of wines and beers on tap, plus a few eating options. I tried a glass of their orange and rosé varieties and was quite pleased with both. Bread & butter and truffle chips were hearty food companion to the libations. The general vibe here feels pretty laid-back and unpretentious, and the generally pleasant service plays a big role in that. Bill at the end of the night was pretty standard. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Paradise Grapevine.

Stopped for some snacks and wine. Friendly service, awesome back patio. Really interesting selection of wines, my friend and I decided to branch out and try new ones. I definitely want to return.

Very cute place with a covered, shaded patio, decorated with literal grapevines and tree lights. Atmosphere was very calm; perfect for a relaxing summer night. You order your beverages inside - mainly wines. We missed their happy hour from 5-6pm - $10 glasses. Otherwise, the prices seem to range from $11 -$15 a glass. The signage outside is a bit confusing. We just walked down the narrow alley directly to the back.

Hidden gem! Nondescript door with a small sign, but it's like the tardís-- bigger on the inside ! Beautiful warm decor, great fun and funky wine list clearly curated for wine lovers, beers on tap, great snacks , adorable patio .

I love this spot but the snacks are pretty weak. I'd love something more than just charcuterie and cheeses. Maybe some little pizzas, or a French onion soup, or a shrimp cocktail. Warm olives would be nice.
