I had an amazing experience at Sky View restaurant. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented. The panoramic view added something really special to the evening — truly breathtaking. What stood out most was the exceptional hospitality; the staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel very welcome. A perfect place for a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!

A truly unforgettable stay at the Metropole Hotel in Alexandria! The colonial architecture and vintage décor are absolutely stunning-like stepping back in time with all the modern comforts. The rooftop is breathtaking, offering amazing views of the sea and city. Huge thanks to Passant and Sherif, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. The food and drinks were delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommend this historic gem! Stayed at the Metropole Hotel in Alexandria and loved the experience. The location is perfect, with beautiful sea views and close to major landmarks. The hotel has a unique historic charm, clean rooms, and very welcoming staff. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight. A great place to enjoy both comfort and character in the heart of the city.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I booked and paid in advance for a romantic dinner, but the table was unsuitable and the staff gave better tables to others who arrived later. They also got my cake order wrong and didn’t fix it. I will be sharing this experience on Google so others are aware of the poor service. I truly hope the management takes this seriously and improves their customer care.

This is a very unique, clean and beautiful place, definitely worth the whole stay and I consider as one of the best hotels at Alexandria. The atmosphere is great and has a fantastic view on the roof. The service is perfect, all the staff is friendly. The receptionists are so professional, welcoming and cheerful, Tania and Ahmed Yacout were very decent too. The interior design of the whole hotel is breathtaking as if you’re living in another era. My only comment would be on the food quality that it could be better, rather than that I totally recommend it to any tourist or Egyptian to visit.
