Terrible Experience at Paradise Isle Beach Resort – Not Worth the Price Our stay at Paradise Beach Resort was extremely disappointing. The room we were given had a strong, unpleasant odor, making it very difficult to stay comfortably—especially with small children. Shockingly, the room had no windows, which meant zero ventilation. In case of a power outage, the air becomes suffocating, and the smell gets even worse. For a room that cost ₹6000 per night, the quality was far below expectations. In fact, it didn’t feel worth even ₹1000. The problems didn’t stop with the accommodation. The food at the resort restaurant was outrageously overpriced. To make matters worse, the taste and quality were substandard. Even the complimentary breakfast was below expectations, with hygiene concerns. Some families reportedly found insects in their food and raised the issue with the restaurant staff. After witnessing this, we tried to avoid consuming food from the hotel’s restaurant. However, the staff refused to provide basic items like plates and glasses when we chose to eat outside food, which was very uncooperative and disappointing. Overall, our stay was unpleasant in every aspect, and we truly regret choosing this resort for our family vacation. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place—especially those traveling with kids or expecting basic comfort, hygiene, and value for money.

The staff at the front desk were warm and welcoming, and check-in was smooth. The spacious lobby was a refreshing break from the heat, and the room was clean, large, and well-equipped. We appreciated the 24-hour hot water, courteous housekeeping, and the restaurant’s lovely beach view. The vegetarian dinner was tasty, the buffet breakfast generous, and service throughout was efficient. Special thanks to Mr. Shahul and Mr. Deshik Nayak for their helpfulness with printouts that I needed. The resort’s proximity to the beach and thoughtful touches like foot-wash facilities near the parking area added to the convenience. However, a few issues affected our experience. The room’s air quality triggered a persistent cough in my wife, likely due to poor AC maintenance. The pricing (₹5,600/night) felt steep given the lack of a private beach and no much amenities. Restaurant food is overpriced, and damaged poolside furniture along with laundry drying in public view detracted from the ambiance. The room lighting was dim, furniture showed signs of wear, and the elevator wasn’t operational during our stay. The music setup in the restaurant was also jarring and unprofessional, and there was little guidance for guests using the breakfast toaster. While the staff were excellent, the resort needs to address maintenance issues and pricing to offer better value.

Main negative is their maintenance of indoor games facilities. Almost every game equipments are broken. Room, swimming pool and location are great. Breakfast is great with good options and quality. Lunch and dinner felt very expensive.

Stayed for 2 nights, 1 night in Premium and 1 in Deluxe. Rooms are decent, nothing great. Prices are bit too high for that. Everything looks very old here. Swimming pool is dirty. Water has algae all over, at the top and bottom. Dinning Hall on 1st floor is small for a full gathering. Have to wait for the tables to get empty at the breakfast time. Food quality is okay, has decent variety. But ventilation is a problem. All the Air conditions were not working. Service staff is good. 👍🏻👍🏻 I feel the management and the owners lacks thinking. They are not spending money to keep the property running in a good shape and provide a 3 star hotel treatment.

Hospitality was good and entire staff was very helpful and co-operative. Room was spacious and clean. Food and cleaness was also good. Sea view from the room was awesome, but only one regret is that all the water games and sail to St.Mary Island was withdrawn during our vist due to bad weather conditions.

Location is amazing, right onto the Malpe beach. Go for sea wlview rooms on 1st floor. Food is good, however the breakfast staff is not very cooperative and allows 0 customization. Overall amazing stay

I traveled from USA to UDUPI to attend a reunion. At Udupi stayed at Paradise Isle Beach Resort for 7 days. We are about 50 guests. The resort’s location is breathtaking, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Just in front of Malpe Beach. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming, courteous and helpful throughout our stay. I would like to thank each and every member of the team. Especially Mr. Arjun who coordinated our event. The Rooms were clean and very comfortable. View from the rooms is awesome. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning. The food and drinks at the adjacent restaurants with in the hotel management were also excellent. Enjoyed morning walks on the Malpe beach. Great experience overall. It is a good beach resort. I will give 5 out of 5 stars for this resort
