I feel that communication could be better . i asked last year to be on a schedule for a new liner this spring . i asked three times but then when i stopped in sometime in February i found out that there was 20 people ahead of me . So i was told that it will be July now and so the pool season will be well under way . they took a deposit for half the price of the liner and the check was cashed immediatly but i havent heard any updates this far .communication means a lot!!!!!

Just had a new liner installed. Looks beautiful and they done a wonderful job. Had a small issue with an area of the liner coming down, but Jim came back out to fix it. Wonderful job, I will always recommend Paradise Pools.

We recently moved into our home that had a pool and neither my husband nor myself knew much of anything on how to care for one. The team at Paradise pools has been fantastic at both locations! The ladies are very thorough and explaining the routine maintenance but also process of opening and closing checklist. I have taken my water in to get tested a few times and they are extremely patient when I ask the same questions over again . They do not try to oversell us on anything we don't need. The guys that came out to do opening and closing were very quick and helpful in answering any questions that I had. I highly recommend this company and believe they are a genuine group of people working to help you get your pool to the best it could be.

Very pleased with our new pool liner! Jim and his helpers work very hard to get the job done just right! The women who work at testing the pool water and extremely helpful and curtious!

I just bought a hot tub, first time owner, and no nothing about regulating the chemicals etc! I’ve been in the store several times to have my water tested for my hot tub and each time I’m greeted with a friendly smile and the ladies are very professional showing and explaining what I need to do to obtain a beautiful clear hot tub! My Hot Tub looks Amazing! Thank You!

I was in need of a new pool liner for my inground swimming pool. The company that I have used in the past had gone out of business. I tried calling several pool several pool places but Paradise pools was the only one that had an actual person to answer the telephone. I explained what I was looking for and was told that if I wanted to come in , I could look through brochures to pick out a liner. After finding the one we wanted, it needed to be measured for proper fit. They measured it for me twice. The first time with water in it and the second time once it was drained. They wanted to be sure that it would fit perfectly. They told it would take about 2 weeks to make the liner and that is exactly how long it took. When I went to finish paying for it, l told them that I would be sending someone to come back to pick it up for me, as we are installing it ourselves. That was on a Saturday morning and by the following Monday morning ,they actually delivered it to my house out of the kindness of their heart. I was shocked when I saw them in my driveway and I said to the gentleman , "I thought I needed to pick it up." He said My boss told me , you're coming that way so go ahead and deliver it for her." What great service. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. From the very beginning of getting a hold of them on the phone, to picking out the liner, to the measuring it for me twice, and actually delivering it when they weren't supposed to, I was pleasantly surprised by all of it. You don't get that kind of old fashioned service anywhere anymore. Dealing with Paradise pools of Elkhart has been a wonderful experience!
