Although not a five star accommodation, it's pretty comfortable at about a three star or equivalent to a Comfort Inn or Days Inn room. The back door and deck faces the ocean which is nice but the beach itself is not that nice as it's only part sand and the area closest to the water are rocks. But 99% of travellers who come to Little Cayman come here to dive. In the beach area where I sometimes relaxed after diving, I saw cute little geckos and tiny hermit crabs. One great thing is that not once did I encounter any cockroaches and mosquitoes inside my villa. Over on the main road on Little Cayman with just a few minutes walk is the island's only grocery store/hardware shop where I got some price sticker shock. I knew this in advance so I did bring most of my own food for my stay since my villa does have a kitchenette and I didn't feel like dining at any of the three restaurants on the island. The Paradise Villas staff met me at the airport next door and brought my luggage over for me while I just walked over to the resort. Overall, I would say that this is a good slightly lower cost option than staying at the all inclusive dive resorts on the island even though these villas are still not cheap. But again it's all about getting the best overall diving in the Caribbean here.

Another great stay at the relaxing island of Little Cayman. We loved this place the first time we visited pre pandemic and have been back every few years since then. The villas are very well equipped, comfortable and charming. With views of the ocean, sea breezes and all you need to get away from winter elsewhere. Perfect for a short or longer visit and close to the islands grocery store and airport. The associated dive school and restaurant make for the best of a dive holiday. Doug leads a great diving team (Little Cayman Divers) and the Hungry Iguana serves a delicious lunch and dinner with appropriate fresh food (meat, fish and veg in various guises), a good drinks list and some deserts too. Mark and Sabine are the loveliest friendly and helpful managers (from first meeting to saying goodbye which is always so hard..)|It’s not a cheap holiday but from the minute you arrive to the last moment, it’s the best for R&R, fresh air, excercise and total get away. Thank you so much..we hope to come again. Virginia and Andy.

We absolutely loved Paradise Villas! Units are perfectly stocked, very comfy and the property is lovely. We were a party of 3. Sabine and Mark are terrific hosts, making sure you have everything you need, including use of bikes to go exploring. Any grocery, beverage needs are very close by. Definitely plan to return.

We stayed here for five nights in May 2023. Mark greeted us at the airport and made sure we had the lay of the island. The grounds were very tidy and the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The room was tidy and comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to prep drinks and a few simple meals while we were there. The pool was a nice place to relax with a beer after a long day in the ocean and the house bikes worked wonderfully to get around. The attached restaurant provided great service and if you like Indian food, you are in for a treat. They also have many other fine options if you are not so inclined. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort in a relaxed and friendly environment while exploring all that Little Cayman has to offer.

Little Cayman has a magnificent nature and our stay at Paradise Villas was great. Comfortable room with amenities, excellent air conditioning and king size bed. The staff is cordial and the hotel restaurant, Hungry Iguana, serves a nice food.

We stayed here for 10 days in Jan 2024. This place really is a paradise. The accommodations and diving are seamlessly integrated making for an incredibly efficient and enjoyable experience. Accommodations were outstanding. Views were incredible. We had some of the best diving we have ever had. The onsite restaurant , The Hungry Iguana was fantastic. We never had a mal we didn’t love. This is a place we will definitely go back to.

Absolutely loved staying here! All of the villas are ocean front with amazing views. The bikes available made getting around so easy. The beds were very comfortable, and the villa was well cleaned and maintained with nice showers! We will definitely stay here again next time we’re on Little Cayman.

We feel that Little Cayman is our home away from home. We had previously stayed at another resort that has been sold and closed. So sad.||However, as they say we not only had lemonade out of lemons but lemon drop martinis. ||Sabine and Mark are the perfect hosts.||Paradise is literally within walking distance of the airport and liquor store and market and if you rent a car gas station. I being disabled, Mark picked me up (literally) at the airport made sure our room was nice and cool on arrival. Sabine who is so caring made sure all our needs were met.||The Villas which are 1 to 12. 12 is closest to pool. They ALL have the following amenities.||Refrigerator. Big enough to fit beer, wine, leftovers, fruit, drinks. They supply water bottles. |Coffee maker and packaged coffee pods. If you want to bring your own, you can I found Paradise supplied filters.|hot plate and fry pan|4 slice toaster|A very important tool. Wine opener|Hair Dryer|Shampoo, conditioner soap etc.. ||Plenty of hot water so never fear||The Hungry Iguana is right next door which we frequently ordered take out from or went for dinner. ||We are friends with the owners of Seahorse Boutique so we had food delivered from their establishment which I will review separately.||We also went scuba diving which Paradise Villas is associated with Little Cayman Divers. All located on the same building. Doug who ran the dive operations was perfect.||He picked up the divers at 7am did a 2 tank dive. He had them back for lunch. I unfortunately perforated my ear drum ( totally my fault) on the first dive. Doug was so accommodating. He and his dive staff. Grace and David would take me to the doctor and help me in anyway possible. I owe them all a tremendous thank you.||I also wanted to mention Vaneta, she was our housekeeper for two weeks. After the divers left for the day, not much for me to do but read and wait for Vaneta to come and clean. Thank you so much for keeping me company for the short time you were there. ||We do plan on returning to the island. We are hoping things will heal up sooner rather than later.||Just a note to those who have never been to island. It is a small island. You fly into Grand Cayman and then take a small plan to Little Cayman. ||Make sure you have enough time for your connections. My husband and I did, our friends dive equipment did not make it till the next day. This applies for both ways.||We were due to return on the afternoon flight from Little Cayman but we would not have made our connection in Grand to come home. ||If your expecting crazy nightlife your not going to get it here. Little Cayman is quiet slice of heaven. We love this island and the people who live there.||Nemo loves you all|
