My sisters have always ordered from here Tonite she ordered two pies This is the first time I’m having Paradiso We ordered one regular cheese pie The second pie was half olive and half spinach The food came on time , hot and with lots of napkins and utensils Very good , delicious !

Our table ordered meatballs, Fettuchini with Scallops and Filet of Sole. Portions were Large and delicious! The waiters were kind and attentive! Will definitely go back!

I am so obsessed with the Chicken Marsala slice. I personally think it's worth the $6+ for the one thick slice, since it's all I need. The Vodka slice is also pretty tasty and I love the fact that it doesn't have pasta in it. The sauce is soooo delicious, I wish I could swim in it! 🏊🏽‍♀️ Staff is nice and attentive. I do wish they would use less of their bare hands to pick up the food though. I mean the tongs are RIGHT there. That's just the germaphobe in me but my brain wants to believe that the heat from the stove is burning up said germs 😅 still tastes yummy though!

Extremely rude staff from the moment I called to place the order through pickup. I was treated as if the food was free. In a time when everything is so expensive, the least customers should expect is basic courtesy and kindness. Very disappointing experience.

This place has great pizza. I have never had a bad slice and their specialty slices are the best on the island. They are deep dish so you get your monies worth and they have such a great variety. I high recommend the new bbq pizza and the honey mustard pizza. They are a must have

Great little semolina rolls, served warm. Eggplant rollatini had a bit too much cheese for my taste, but the ricotta mixed with pesto was creative and amazing. Excellent pomodoro sauce.

Another great pizza place in RVC. Great selection of pizza and Italian dishes. They have a dinning area for by the slice customers and a sit in space where you can enjoy full course meals. The place has a handfull selections of pizzas which are reasonably priced and their employees are all pleasant to deal with. The establishment as a whole is well kept and clean and the only thing is they are a little hidden and in a low traffic part of the complex.

Let me explain the low rating. I went in on July 6th 2023. The gentleman behind the counter was helping another customer. Although she ordered, he kept a casual conversation going for about 7 minutes. He never looked my way. He never said one moment. And while there were three other men behind the counter, no one came to ask if I needed help. He smiled in her face, thanked "Debra" by name and turn the other way. Not once the be even look at me. Another worker came past me tapped him on the leg and asked him to take me. Mind you this person had walked past three times looking at the counter. Never once addressed me as a customer. Now he's addressing me after being prompted. I looked at him with a surprised look. He looked me by returning my look as if it was funny. His following interaction was cold, short and not welcoming. It's not my typical experience to wait and be ignored in here. That's why I didn't leave. However, I will leave this review. I'm hoping it is because it just was a bad day for them and not because there was a black man waiting to be served. I have included photos of both men as well as the pizza if you're interested. I informed my 6 year old son who was present that we will spend money where wanted.

FIRST, I'm gonna review the Pizza. It was good. Really good. Great balance of flavor in dough, cheese and sauce. It's great pizza-you won't be disappointed. FOOD AND SERVICE- we were with a decent size group, and let me tell you...it was really good. Veal, shrimp, pastas...all rock solid. Why 4 stars? Well...the salad was meh (could use more GREENS and less iceberg lettuce. Also, the Francese was a little over cooked). Aside from that, great food here! NOTE: A couple of people complained about the "friendliness" of the guy behind the counter. Yeah, I saw that too, but WHO CARES??? It's a NY PIZZA place. It's not like he works in the dining area waiting tables. Get the heck over it, grab your pizza pie and enjoy!!

Only one thing to say about this pizzeria (and for those who read my reviews I like to write details). The workers are incredibly nasty, snotty and stuck up. Doesn't matter if the food is good or not, the workers ruin your appetite.

I was back in town for Thanksgiving and couldn't do without a corner slice of grandma pizza! It was flavorful, crunch and soft in all the right places! Clean and nice environment and next to home goods! The service was prompt despite being busy on a Saturday afternoon!

Grilled Salmon with rice and broccoli - EXCEPTIONAL!!! Great service. Not flashy, but I'd rather pay for great food than flash.

Great Italian food.The table service is on point. The food comes out piping hot and large portions. The meatballs are tasty.

Pizza was good. But for 2 slices of pizza and a soup $16 is outrageously expensive. No lunch specials offered. Big and roomy. Quick service.

Not sure what everyone's issue is here. I've tried every pizzeria multiple times just to see if there's a better one out there, but I keep coming back to Paradiso every time. Their Sicilian pizza, heroes and rolls dominate everything else I've tried in RVC. And I've been here since 2005. It's still my favorite.

I ordered a shrimp parm hero from paradiso's in rvc last night, I could only eat half because it suddenly made me violently ill. I spoke to the manager the next day and told him about it along w/ the uneaten half a hero. He asked me if I was allergic to fish because the staff had the same shrimp last night & no one was sick. The manager NEVER asked me how I was feeling, or how could he make ammends - he just became extremely defensive and did absolutely nothing. My family orders from paradiso's regularly. NOT ANY MORE. frankly there's better pizzarias close by. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK

Stopped by here to pick up a meal before a long night and ordered chicken rolls and garlic knots. Both were not bad but also nothing extraordinary either. The service was okay, it could've been a bit faster considering we were just doing takeout, there wasn't much of a crowd, nor was it a busy day it was just a regular Thursday. Again, it's not bad but it's not a place I'd really care to visit again.

Paradiso is my favorite pizza place. Extremely high quality food. The guys behind the counter are excellent. Nice dining room, if you want to sit in. It's the only place I know that serves bruschetta pizza, and it's delicious. Plus, they will make you stuff that you want that's not strictly from the menu. Whether take out or dine in, this is the pizza place I love.

This is a restaurant/pizzeria located in a strip mall with a HomeGoods store. We've been coming here for years. The pizza is consistently excellent. My daughter loves the Buffalo chicken slice and I love the eggplant roll. We've eaten in the restaurant too, but it has been a while. This time I saw that they are making their own Sangria. We might have to come back soon!!!

Hood was excellent however we had the worst service ever since we walked into the dining room. When we had to call over our waitress she attempted to avoid the table. She also ignored minor requests for the kitchen and food had to be sent back. It wasn't even a busy night in the dining room.

Plain slices were solid. Took a peak at the other slices they had available and didn't see anything that sparked my interest but maybe because it was still early in the day. The garlic knots are super garlicky which is not a problem for me! Service was fine, prices are on the higher side.

Recently returned since it's just down the street from my apartment. Food was very good...still problems at the counter. When the guy who I assume is the owner is not there, the OTB staff all screw around. Same problem at pretty much every Italian restaurant I been to. Boss needs to kick ass more.

I ordered a personal margarita pizza over the phone. I was told 25 minutes. I get there and they have no record of my order. I had to wait for them to make me a pie which defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. All I got was an I am sorry. This is not the first time they have messed up my order. There are other pizza places I town. I am done with them.

Often forgotten local because it gets lost in the vast number of pizzeria and family style Italian restaurants in town. Also not located in the center of town but plenty of easy parking. Every restaurant has something that they prepare better than the others in their categories. Paradiso has many. It's soup season and no one does it better than them. The soup menu changes daily with some items that are always available. The Minestrone is my favorite and it's thick with fresh vegetables and really tasty broth. If the Butternut Squash or Italian Onion Soups are available don't pass either up. Salads are fresh and I think these guys have the best pizza in town. Not thin crust but the real deal. Full menu available and their pasta dish creations rock.

Paradiso accommodated our difficult dinner for 10 last night and was outstanding. Every entree was perfect and the Chilean Sea Bass over Risotto was amazing. All our appetizers, salads, and entrees were served in perfect order. We also never felt rushed on a busy evening. Also a nice selection of desserts, the tartufo was very good as were the cheesecake and cannollis. All selections priced reasonably. Much thanks to our server Jay for his patience, good humor, and professional service.

15$ for this shite. Idk what's worse at Paradiso-the attitudes behind the counter or the amount of chicken then put on their hero's? Should have just gone to Outback. O well! Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I shall fear no onion.

This pizzaria does everything quite well. Great experience dining in with a great wine selection. My previous review erroneously called their Seafood Bisque, Lobster Bisque, is still delicious whatever it's called. Their great soups are what distinguish this pizzaria from the neighboring rivals! Rice balls, specialty slices, and main dishes are all great. Excellent service. Convenient that "mini Pops" = Village Liquors, is right next door!

Fabulous soups and delicious food- great for eat in or take out . Not much Ambience if eating in but .... Consistently good food and service. When I called for delivery I asked for a small pie using the name of the dish from the menu. The person who took the order did not know the item but was able to suggest a very similar pie and it was delicious Delivery was prompt!

Whenever I go home and want and authentic NY slice this is my go to spot! This restaurant is back in the fit of a shopping plaza that you would miss if you weren't looking for it but believe me you need to look and find this spot. They have so many different varieties of pizza pies that you can buy or just order a slice! You can never go wrong with a classic cheese slice plain or with a topping but if you like chicken,fresh basil and balsamic vinegar I'd definitely recommend the balsamic chicken slice. Oh and let's not forget their garlic knots or pepperoni pizza wheels...ayeeee...so so good and a great size as well. Not none of those tiny pizza wheels or garlic knots these things are a nice size and have great flavor throughout. They are family owned and have been there for over 20 years that I know of. Definitely a must try if you are in the mood for good authentic Italian food or pizza

the staff is rude - they act as if you're bothering them with your patronage. the slices are usually soggy / old and every time I have ordered pick up, the food is basically cold (and I always get there before when they tell me it would be ready) they don't treat their customers well and their food is either old or cold. go elsewhere

The aroma coming out of this place made me have to stop in and get some food. We ordered a regular slice, a crispino slice, a Buffalo chicken slice and garlic knots. All of the food was fresh and served promptly. The restaurant has plenty of seating and was clean. We really enjoyed this impromptu visit.

All i can say i will never go back to this place anymore! Ignorant people I never see like them! The food disgusting the service terrible People stay away from this place!

We have been going here for about 5 years, as the food was good and the servers were also pleasant back then. Yesterday, we went with our friends, a total of 6 people in the evening. I cannot say say enough negativity on the attitude and disgusting frowns that we were given while ordering and being served. The restaurant maybe had 2 other tables that had people, so the short waiter had no patience and the waitress had an expression on her face as if she had eaten raw lemons. While I did not expect to be treated like royalty, we expected decent friendly service and were treated in a condescending manner. I guess that with all the negative reviews here, the owners must really enjoy having the staff treat customers in a negative way. This was our 2nd time here in 2 months and our mistake to come back considering we had a similar experience back then with the same waiter and waitress. Rest assured, we WILL NOTbe coming back EVER Please don't make the same mistake we made, go someplace else!

Best grandma pie in town. Great service, awesome red sauce if you like garlic like me!

I decided to order 2 chicken rolls for pickup. The chicken was not fresh at all(the color looked strange), the dough was not cooked. It looked like it was sitting there for a while. I had to throw it out! Never Again! Stay Away!

Ordered mussels for lunch. Out of the entire bowl, there were only 3 mussels that were edible. All the rest were empty shells. Other than the bread dipped in the red sauce, only thing to eat. Spoke to the waiter, he could have cared less, and told me to speak to the manager working behind the pizza counter, once again he could have cared less either. Said he would talk to the owner. I commented on their website since paid for the mussels, ( which I shouldn`t have) and said i thought I deserved something back. Never heard from them. Horrible way to do business, would never go back again and I hope nobody does either.

Let me say i have been to this place before for pizza. I Went to dinner there and it was a disappointment. Service was poor. Waiter was either distracted or stoned. Wrong wine, forgot side dishes, brought the garlic bread, and then waited 20 minutes for the meal. By then the bread was cold. That didn't matter as the garlic bread was terrible. The shrimp scampi & veal francese had the exact same sauce? Waited forever to clear the dirty dishes. Dessert was served with no silverware? Food was just off. If you are looking for takeout pizza its fine. Don't waste your money on dinner.

I live in Rockville centre I have taken my mom here for lunch and came here often.. today i was never treated so cold and with zero respect.. lets put it this way Alberto is very rude and might have changed my mind about giving them my business. I get we all have bad days but I mean how hard is it to say "please thank you and have a good day"

Ordered eggplant parmigiana hero today to take home. One bite and I knew the eggplant was bad, tasted sour. Called the restaurant and guy just said "ok thanks". No sorry about that, no refund, nothing. Last time going there

Update: October 2017. Horrible experience. The Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad that I loved so much has gone down hill (please see previous review at end). We ordered a pizza and 1 small and 1 large salad. This came to $45.00! Ok no biggie if we get $45 worth, right? No, what we received was a cold pizza and 2 soggy, wet, inedible salads with nothing in them (they must've left Caesar at the restaurant). Even if the food came fresh, there was so little food in the salad tins that I would have been forced to eat pizza as not to starve to death. I was amazed at the lack of care put into the preparation of 2 sales that should have bee worth $28 combined. We called to complain and after 15 minutes of an argument on the phone they finally agreed to pick up the salads and give us our money back. So very disappointed in them. I will never go back there. Please note though, people are human and everyone makes mistakes. But it is how you handle your mistakes is what KEEPS a customer. Here they have me, a patron of more than 5 years, gone forever for $28. And I still had cold pizza. 2012: This place has the best Grilled Chicken Caesar. I usually order it as a delivery. They always show up promptly and if you're like me and usually have no cash on hand you can pay over the phone, tip included! .

This was my first time here at Paradiso. We were a table of about 11 and they had our table ready for us. We were greeted by Jay our waiter who was very nice and helpful. He explained all the specials for us and did whatever we asked fit in terms of changing the dishes a little bit. My only complaint was that it seemed like the did took a bit long to get out, I think that it was a kitchen thing, not our waiter. I ordered the Chilean Sea bass with asparagus. All I can say was that this fish was unbelievably delicious. The piece of fish that we all got was huge, very moist and fluffy, and the sauce that was made for the fish was out of this world!!! All the dishes that were delivered to is were amazing as well....I didn't get pics though. So.....to sum it up, Jay our waiter did an awesome job at our table, but I took one star for the time. Maybe it was because we had a large table. Get the Chilean Sea bass.....awesome!

Service problems- my son ordered a pasta with sauce on the side... the waiter charged him for a full entree and charged us the highest price possible for what was a kids size order

They Have the absolute best homemade soups! One better than the other. But honestly, the guys behind the counter are miserable and they barely speak. They seem annoyed when you get to the counter.

I'm eating a great greek salad with grilled chicken...no carbs like I wanted...nice tomato chunks..salad leaves are fresh...I keep trying to pull away...but the chicken and the tomatoes in this salad are...BomB!

Still sucks and good if you want to get sick. Will say this, somehow someway they are better than laxatives. That's remarkable. I honestly do not know how it has this much high reviews. When the owner still has a bad attitude food still sucks where he cannot warrant even having the attitude to save his business.

The men behind the counter always seem bothered by customer's presence. They never smile, they never say thank you.... And they over charged me. They should be happy to even have customers when places are folding left and right. Their dining room was empty, so, at least, treat the to go People nice .

They charged for ketchup. Ordered a chicken cutlet hero, no bread, no sauce, no cheese. Just a chicken cutlet. Then we asked for ketchup. 1/2 of a little sauce cup was $1.25. To put the cutlet on a plate is $1. But they serve the hero on a plate.

I would come here a lot years ago while attending college! Without fail there would be a line and each time I would get skipped! Completely ignored! Fast forward a few years, I decided to stop by being in the area for pizza! Yet again, there was a line, and I was completely skipped and ignored! I waited and finally was helped! Pizza is decent but service sucks! The guys behind the counter are not the nicest!

Ordered 2 slices and this disgusting rice ball, somehow ended up costing me 16$.... the rice ball was 80% dough and barley any rice, the picture speaks for itself.

pizza only. i've recently converted from Gino's,which is walking distance, to Paradiso, jump in the car and find parking in the old A & P parking lot We find their Pizza to have a crispier crust and undercarriage plus the cheese is firmer and less "soupy" than Gino's. The flavor is outstanding. The 1/2 Sausage Topping was actual cut sausage. Add the fact, Paradiso is less $ and quick friendly service, i'm hooked.

So we Order from Paradisos all the time. I love their pizza. The pizza is always on time, it's always hot and the delivery guy is always nice. This one time out of the many we order from there we ordered 2 large pizzas, one pepperoni, one half pepperoni. When our order comes we see we got 1 half pepperoni & 1 whole cheese. So i called just to inform them of the mishap, they said they would speak to the guy who took the order. Douglas said i could get a free topping the next time we ordered. I was fine with that. then i get a call back saying that they were sending a large pepperoni pizza free of charge!! GREAT customer service. Douglas is great, always great mannerism. Keep it up.

The bread basket was absolutely delicious. I didn't post a pic because my party devoured it before I could snap a shot. Chicken Fracese, Ziti, Pepperoni Pizza, Chicken Alfredo, Hot Wings and Mozzarella Stick absolutely delicious. This is better than most Italian Restaurants around, hands down.

Quality has deteriorated and gone down hill over the past year. They also ignore you !

After shopping at Home Goods, we walked down to Paradiso. We were so excited about all the soups they had. It's so hard to find a place with good soups. So of course I ordered Tortellini soup but my son who was being a pain wanted a pasta slice. The owner was so nice. He said he'll have the kitchen make him one. We laughed because he told me he hasn't made a pasta slice in 8 years. The pizza was delicious and so was the pizza and to top it off the staff was accommodating and cheery. I have to remember this place.

Inconsistent pizza. Too salty again. This is the third time I have complained. Someone is screwing up the prep work and adding way to much salt. I'm going to start trying new places again.
