My husband and I absolutely adored our time at this resort. The service is impeccable, we wanted for nothing the entire week. Breakfast quickly became one of our favourite meals, with the food being top notch every morning - special shout out to Ernesto at Hadar for making us feel so welcome each morning, alongside Carlos and Fernando. What a great way to start each day! The option of the quiet pool was perfect for those of us who prefer to relax without a ton of music, and the chairs were comfortably plush. Afternoon’s at the beach were wonderful, with plenty of shade options and friendly staff. Shout out to Ricardo for checking on our needs and remembering our drink orders - even bringing fresh pop without us having to ask! 10/10 would stay here again.

First vacation ever, and this was an amazing experience. The staff is super friendly, and provided top tier hospitality! There were a few minor things we ran into that weren't really a big deal at all. Like in some cases the heat was a bit much but also expected, it is an open environment. I wish I could speak Spanish more fluently to be able to tell the staff how great of a job they all did! I will be back for sure to spend another day in paradise! 10/10.

Our room was a dream: spacious and beautifully appointed, with luxurious linens, a plush bed, and a breathtaking view of the reserve pool. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and we appreciated returning each day to a perfectly refreshed and stocked space thanks to the attentive housekeeping and room service teams. Each meal was a delight. Breakfasts were fresh and plentiful, while dinners at the on-site restaurants were nothing short of gourmet—delicious cuisine paired with impeccable service. Everything about our weekend was relaxing, peaceful, and truly rejuvenating. Paradisus La Perla exceeded every expectation.

We went for a wedding and the service at almost every restaurant is great. Ernesto and Carlos at Hadar were amazing. We went everyday for breakfast. They ALWAYS greeted us with friendly and welcoming smile ready to bring us our special beet juice and iced coffee. Jesus at Toji makes the BEST spicy margaritas. Ernesto, Carlos and Jesus deserve ten stars. I only gave 4 stars overall because the resort could use some more activities to do.

Great place.|Best part was our experience at Hadah restaurant being serves be Ernesto and Carlos. They made many of our breakfast and lunch moments amazing! Love to take them home with me. So polite. Also Jesus at Toji restaurant. He makes by far the best drinks.|All the staff here were amazing.|Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend. Very relaxing here. Lots of fun as well. I love all the employees. Ernesto in Hadar felt like a friend. Very nice and funny. Nancy at the bar was amazing too. I believe she works in Capella or nearby? The food is all amazing and so are the lattes! Highly recommend!

Tony the pool activity director was absolutely amazing! He was very interactive with everybody and made sure everyone was happy. You could tell he really enjoys his job and what he does. Also, Alex in the buffet did an amazing job as well making sure we were happy all hours of the day. In addition, Raina the pool wait staff was always in a happy mood and was very interactive with us. We appreciate all of the kind people at this resort to help make our vacation special.
