My recent vacation at this hotel was truly exceptional. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived — friendly, efficient, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was spacious, spotless, and even ready before the expected check-in time. The luggage arrived right after we did, which was a nice touch. The food throughout our stay was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety and quality. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

This is an absolutely brilliant resort. The staff were amazing, nothing too difficult. Super attentive and serviced all needs and wants. The resort restaurants were beautiful and food was amazing. Great range of drinks at the bars. Beach and pools were lovely. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Great value and service.

The perfect couples’ getaway! My wife and I stayed at Paradisus La Perla and it was absolute paradise from the moment we arrived. The resort is gorgeous — lush, modern, and peaceful — but what really makes it special is the staff. Everyone we met was kind, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make our trip unforgettable. Eduardo the concierge was outstanding, Alfredo & Javier the reserve pool waiters kept the drinks flowing. The food was incredible at every restaurant (especially the dinner spots), and the cocktails were next-level. We loved spending lazy afternoons by the pool and quiet evenings on the beach watching the sunset. Our room was spotless and romantic, with every detail thought out. If you’re looking for a place to truly relax, reconnect, and feel pampered — this is it. Paradisus La Perla is hands-down one of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed at. We’re already planning our next trip back! ❤️🌴🍹

Came here for our honeymoon and loved everything about it. We spent a little extra money and got a reserve package which we thought was worth it. Carlos took care of everything we needed for our room and all our dinner resos. He even let us know about the daily activities at the resort and was sweet enough to give us a little extra special treatment for our honeymoon which we appreciated. Manuel and Christopher took amazing care of us at the beach on the reserve part. Christopher always set up the best beds for us and Manuel was always happy and singing. Sebastian and Oscar were amazing by the main pool in the adults side. Our favorite part of the resort was the nespresso bar. We visited it about 3 times a day! I also recommend spending the extra money at the resort for a massage, especially if you're celebrating something. Something to note this resort does have a family side which you do have access too should you like, we opted to stay on the adults side for the majority of the time, minus for a few dinner resos which were on the family side.

Earnesto and Julio are the best waiters! They were so kind and helpful with all of our food especially with my food allergies. You must go to Hadar restaurant/buffet and visit them! They made the experience even better and were funny as well. 10/10 recommend them at Hadar. We enjoyed our stay at Paradisus La Perla!!

We are utterly baffled by the high ratings this resort holds. Our stay was defined by relentless frustration, disappointment, and stress, not relaxation. We will never return, even if offered a free stay. Major Issues Experienced: • Reservation Chaos: We had reservations for dinner on two separate nights (the main dining room and Blue Agave), and both times, the resort had absolutely no record of our booking upon arrival. This required unnecessary intervention from management just to eat. • Consistently Poor Service: The wait for any ordered food—from room service to poolside orders—was consistently extensive. We often lost interest in the food by the time it finally arrived, making simple ordering impractical. • Unacceptable Food Quality/Safety: Buffet food was cold most of the time. More concerningly, I witnessed a cook preparing an omelette without gloves or utensils, handling ingredients from various containers across multiple workstations (major cross-contamination). I left the food untouched. • Room/Accommodation Blunders: Despite booking specific rooms, we were given an uncommunicated "upgrade" to rooms with two double beds instead of the requested configuration. While one room was fixed by pushing beds together, the other room required us to move late at night to a "better" room (King/swim-up) that was offered much too late. • Lack of Follow-Through: When my mother’s room key failed, we requested assistance that never arrived, forcing us to seek out management ourselves. We shared this extensive list of feedback with a manager who received it all, but the sheer volume of gaps made the trip more stressful than relaxing. I do not wish this experience on anyone.

Not Adults Only! This is a great hotel, and the people that work there are amazing. I have stayed at the complex 3 times, the first two times I stayed on the family side and the last time I paid extra to stay on the adults side. If you want an adults only resort go somewhere else, because it's adults only in name only, they don't even make an effort to separate the adults from the kids. ....You have access to 3 restaurants and a buffet that are adults only so you will be dining with kids. ...The adults only coffee shop closes at supper time so if you want a coffee or sweet treat you will be off to the family side. ...Our last night there we decided to eat dinner at the buffet, when we got to the adults only buffet they posted a sign that said the adults only buffet was closed and were told to use the family buffet. When we were seated at the family buffet they didn't try and separate us from the family side, they just put everyone together. We ended up eating our last dinner at the resort in a loud family restaurant. This is a great resort but it's not an adults only resort. If you go I would suggest you book whichever side is the cheapest and be prepared to have your vacation with the family side, it's a really nice resort. But if you truly want an adults only vacation go to a real adults only resort.

Nelvia at Hadar did an absolutely phenomenal job as our waitress. She is kind, attentive, and helped serve me well since I was on crutches during the trip. She made special trips to assist me in getting my food and always had a beautiful smile on her face. Additionally, Felia and Arturo were so lovely as well; the three of them made a great team!
