⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Angelo absolutely MADE our experience. From the moment we got to our Bali beds, he treated us like VIPs—so attentive, so kind, and genuinely happy to take care of us. He kept the drinks coming, checked on us at just the right times, and somehow always showed up exactly when we needed something. His customer service was next-level—friendly, professional, and so thoughtful. You can tell he truly cares about making guests have an amazing time, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, relaxed, and enjoying every minute. If you’re lucky enough to have Angelo taking care of you, you’re in for a 5-star experience. He’s a total standout and a huge reason our day was perfect. Thank you, Angelo—you’re incredible!

Our dinner at The Blue Agave, was absolutely fabulous. From the first warm welcoming smile from Maria the hostess we knew we were in for a treat. Melqui , our server was outstanding. He was genuine and friendly and helpful with our selections. I was a little chilly and he had the kitchen hold order so my husband could go to our room to get me a wrap. Everything came out hot and delicious.It was all the better because of his expertise and consistent commitment to us having a wonderful dinner. Five stars!!

This was our first time in Punta Cana and we were initially concerned that the reviews were incentivized but the positive reviews turned out to be true! We felt everyone was really kind and genuine. First shoutout to Santo at Flor- he was very warm and provided us an amazing Mediterranean lunch at Sante. Our rooms were spacious and clean. Food was great- buffet had a wide selection for all meals and reservation required restaurants were decent quality: Mina steakhouse (would recommend skirt steak and picanha) Flor (recommend the flower basket, slow cooked ribs) Sante ( recommend the salmon, octopus salad, heard the shrimp rice was good too). The spa was pretty good- thank you to my masseuse Dorka who was so nice! The beach was amazing. Definitely the highlight. We had access to affiliated Melia resorts. Overall this is an excellent deal. The only thing that left us feeling off and disgusted was one of the girls in our group had her check out card labeled as Kim II Joong. This didn't feel like a reflection of the hotel chain as a whole but whoever wrote that should be held accountable for being unprofessional and frankly racist. Maybe it was an honest mistake, but the room number was correct. We felt no discrimination during our stay except for this instance.

Our first visit to this resort, and I must say—we were truly impressed by the level of service. A special thank you to Raul on the beach and @AndresBalbuena, our personal concierge. Raul provided exceptional service and made our cabana experience absolutely enjoyable. Our friends have known him for over ten years, and thanks to them we were fortunate to meet him—he did not disappoint. @AndresBalbuena took care of us from the moment we arrived, ensuring we were comfortably settled in our room, handling dinner reservations, and escorting us wherever we needed to go. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made our entire stay seamless. This resort is truly a gem 💎 A quick note for anyone who purchased a timeshare years ago: be cautious. Resort names, access levels, and permitted areas can change over time. What may have once been sold as a “top-tier” or “second-best” package may not guarantee the same access today. It’s important to carefully review how your contract is written. That said, the grounds are immaculate, and the staff across the resort are incredibly kind and welcoming.

This is a wonderful all-inclusive hotel. Architecturally beautiful with stunning green landscaping. Great that there is a large adults only area. Swimming and tennis and golf facilities are excellent. 2 x 40m pools to swim in as well as leisure pools which offer fun activities. Staff throughout the resort are fabulous; genuinely friendly and attentive to our needs. Special thanks to Delania who looked after us by the pool every day and left us wanting for nothing. Lovely lady 👌 also thanks to the concierge staff and luggage staff. SO HELPFUL and FRIENDLY. I would be very happy to return here.

Our honeymoon couldn’t be better. From the amazing food, to the entertainment and the amenities of the hotel. The staff made it even better. The concierges: Harry M. & Ana Azcona were very attentive, everything we needed they were there. The bartenders: Luis (pool bar) & Jorge (ginger bar) more than their amazing cocktails, they do make you feel welcome. The buffet servers (lunch box): Jimbert & Rocio, were very attentive and always with a smile and good conversations made our mornings better. The spa therapists: Iro & Alba gave us the most amazing massage. Carlos & Dana, the merengue teacher, made us dance and have a good time. We will definitely come back and will bring family and friends too. Thanks all!

Amazing space great rooms phenomenal food however service is slow and you can barely get a smile out of most of the staff. We were fortunate enough to have met some nice servers but most were lacking training and hospitality. Had two dinners that took over 2 hours to receive our food. That said I can only hope the management takes this review and seeks additional training it could most definitely be a 5 star resort

Rafael and Alam are amazing! They made our trip. Rafael had our beach chair set up every day waiting for us and was always present with a refreshing drink! Alam took care of everything we needed from dinner reservations, to breakfast in the room, and anything else we needed. What a truly awesome and friendly guy. Great trip to Melia Palma Real!!
