Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort

Had such a fun experience. The hotel rooms were to our expectations, food was good compared to other places we had been to. I think what made the experience different and turned it from a good time to an exceptional time was the animation. Fernando Chispa was so energetic and attentive to us. Great customer service from him. The activities and dance classes were top notch coming from someone who clearly loves their job. I will be coming back soon and hopefull find the same animators.

Rafael on the beach was amazing! He got our spot ready every morning and waited on us like we were royalty! And we he wasn’t there Yuderi took his spot and was excellent as well! Our concierge Eriol was awesome and so sweet! He made our anniversary extra special! Gladys in the spa! OMG! Magical! We will definitely be back!

We had a great time on our girl's trip. Our goal was to rest and relax while not doing a whole lot. Mission accomplished. The food was excellent and there were always things to do on the resort. Fernando Chispa and Ay Ay Ay were always so fun and ready to get us involved in activities. They taught us to dance and made sure we had everything we needed. Our catamaran trip to a private beach for yoga was great too! Our concierge, Adriel, made our dinner reservations and texted us activities every morning. He even made sure we made it to dinner on time and stayed hydrated. Great service. We look forward to coming back soon!

I'm not sure how this resort has such a high rating. The hotel service is good and that's about it. The rooms are nice, but you only have a glass door in the water closet for privacy. Your significant other will hear EVERYTHING when you are using the toilet. The food and the service was horrible. A lot of the food dishes are local, and the American food is bland and unseasoned. Mashed potatoes at breakfast (yeah breakfast), were literally boiled and smashed, not blended. They did not have any butter or seasoning. The ribeye steak at one of the resaurants was tough and only about .5" thick. Some of the restaurants are not open every day. The steak restaurant was closed when we arrived Saturday. The large buffet was closed as well two of the days that we were there. There aren't many activities here. They had a cheesy concert in front of the main pool. Speaking of pools, the pools and the beach close at 6:00 PM. Really, I couldn't believe it. I will definitely do more homework if I go back to the DR. Don't believe these reviews.

Amazing experience! The staff was super friendly and attentive. The food was varied and delicious every day. My room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I loved how close all the amenities were — easy to get around the property. The gym was spotless, well-organized, and had everything for a good workout. Only suggestion: it would be great to have more sports bars on-site. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

I had an unforgettable stay at Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty of the property — the white sandy beaches, crystal-clear pools, and stunning gardens made it feel like paradise. 🌴 The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, giving me everything I needed to relax and recharge. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and going above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented at every meal. On top of that, the drinks were exceptional; refreshing cocktails by the pool and beach made the whole experience even better. 🍹 Between the gorgeous beachfront sunsets, relaxing by the pool, and exploring the peaceful lagoons and gardens, every moment here was memorable. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, amazing service, or picture-perfect views, this resort truly delivers. I can’t recommend Paradisus Palma Real enough — I’ll definitely be coming back!

We traveled here for a girl's trip and had such an amazing time! The resort was beautiful. Only downside was the main pool was under construction at the time but we still really enjoyed ourselves. Our concierge, Adriel was so helpful. He planned everything for us. He answered every question we had, ensured we made it on time for dinners, and even made sure we remembered to hydrate regularly :) All of the staff responsible for entertainment were awesome. Particularly Fernando and Ay Ay Ay helped us have the best time with all the activities and dancing. They made everything fun, from the pool to the beach to the planned activities :) I would absolutely come here again.

We had to change rooms three times. Our first room was modern nice ocean view unfortunately it had plumbing issue after reporting the issue on several occasion we were moved to a ocean front room however this room was only partially renovated closet door hanging off the hinge also had a plumbing issue. This room was Nothing like the modern room we had. Finally we were moved to the Adult only area the room and view was beautiful. The Hotel common areas are nice beautiful beach and pool area Agave Restaurant food was good Buffets were just ok. Housekeeping Service for towels needs some improvement it takes forever to get towels It was unfortunate that we spent a-lot of our vacation time changing rooms however I like to Thank Karen at the Front desk for her assistance. Thank You to Antione from Guest Services he showed exceptional customer service once he was informed of the our issues.
