From the moment we arrived, Raul greeted us with a warm smile and helped us get settled by the beach. His attentiveness to our needs throughout the day made a huge difference—whether it was delivering drinks, or offering great recommendations for local activities. Raul’s professionalism and friendly attitude created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel like valued guests. The entire beach team was friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist, but Raul’s personal touch really stood out. If you’re staying at Palma Real Resort, make sure to ask for Raul—he’ll ensure you have the best beach experience possible!

We had a wonderful trip celebrating our anniversary. We had an ocean front room and the accommodations were excellent and the service we had from Kelvin was top notch all week. He cared for us so well. We highly recommend this resort. Lots of great food and drink and entertainment options. Very relaxing!

I want to express my appreciation to Paradisus Palma Real Resort. I stayed here with my mom and I really enjoyed this stay. The variety of food is impressive, the rooms are great and the staff is super friendly and willing to help all the time. Great thanks to Martin and Gilberto at the Beach bar for the best cocktails and willingness to help! I would definitely come back here!

We came to this resort as family and Raul took care of us the whole time we were there. His service was top-notch! He truly made our experience much better. He was very fast in getting us drinks, either by the pool or the beach. He made sure we were always happy and satisfied with the resort

We stayed in the Reserve, went to the beach reserve and Martin was fantastic! Every morning heading down to the beach, he made sure we had an amazing view of the ocean and had the drinks coming! I would definitely ask for Martin when at the Reserve Beach! Irvin was our concierge, he was also just as amazing! Super relaxing hotel, nightly entertainment that was relaxed and fun!

Absolutely amazing resort! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Wellington, who refilled our minibar and snacks promptly with a warm smile. The rooms are spacious, new and well-maintained, the pools and beach are stunning, and the dining options are fantastic. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable—highly recommend!

Our rooms were incredible and the food all over the resort was wonderful. Gustavo was an incredible concierge. Luis made the best cocktails at the ginger bar! Luis was also the best supervisor and extremely helpful. We had the best vacation and cannot wait to return!

Tomorrow is the last day of a fantastic 2 weeks. Food has been excellent. Staff has been universally friendly and attentive to our needs. As always a couple of staff deserve particular mention. The waiters at our swim up pool bar very attentive without being obtrusive, Jose at Blue Agave extremely attentive and went out of his way to please. Wellington made sure our minibar and snacks were replenished regularly paying particulad attention to our favourite items. Also very good were most of the staff at the buffet. We have been to most of your properties here in the past, and indeed are coming again next month.
