Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort

We enjoyed our stay at the resort very much! We stayed in the adult only area and had a fantastic view of the ocean and beach. Service was great and the food was delicious! Our Concierge Francisco was extremely helpful and was always very prompt with responses to my question's and was extremely organized with planning dinners and sending information. Martin at the beach was great, always had our spot ready for us and kept our drinks coming! Will definitely be back!

We had the absolute pleasure of being taken care of by two incredible staff members during our stay — Rafael at the beach and Harry, our room concierge — and they truly made our vacation unforgettable. Rafael took care of us every single day at the beach, and his service was nothing short of exceptional. He was so attentive, always making sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed, and felt completely pampered. We celebrated my birthday during the trip, and Rafael went above and beyond by surprising us with champagne and creating a beautiful beach setup that made the day feel even more special. His kindness, attention to detail, and warm energy will definitely be missed! Harry, our room concierge, was just as amazing. He completely catered to us from the moment we arrived and made my birthday so memorable by decorating our room and surprising us with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. He handled everything with such genuine care and attentiveness — we never had to ask twice for anything. His thoughtful gestures and warm personality made us feel so welcomed and celebrated. These two truly went above and beyond and are a huge part of why our stay was so incredible. We can’t wait to come back and see them again — they are gems of this resort!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Amazing service and staff. The resort is beautiful. Chris at the Coniegre desk was helpful. Don't miss morning coffee or evening cocktails at the Ginger Bar in the lobby. One of our favorite spots during stay...the staff, Ismael, Antonio, Jorge, Clark and Olga we always above and beyond. Also noted are Jorge, Eddy & Jonathan at the pool bar. Keep up the good work. My husband and I visited Paradisus Palma Real and had a fabulous and relaxing vacation. All of the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. You can really tell that they just want everyone to fully enjoy their vacation. There were many good activities and restaurants were easy to book. Two people particularly made our stay extra special, Vanessa from the beach bar and Wander from the buffet/snack bar. Both Wander and Vanessa made sure that we wanted for nothing and had the best time. They were so helpful, friendly, and fun, they truly made us feel welcomed and like family. With service like they provided, I would definitely go back and recommend the resort to others.

Vanessa was our personal waitress and assist on the beach . She took care of my family of 9 for a week and was absolutely amazing in her efforts and attention to our family. She made our family vacation memorable and unbeatable to any other service provider we've had at an all inclusive. She will be part of our memories forever and we can't wait to come back just to visit her again!

We have just spent a week at this resort and we had an outstanding experience. The resort is beautiful, the service impeccable, the rooms are fabulous and we had terrific experiences with all the restaurants/foods. Christopher was our concierge and catered to all our needs very quickly, securing all our dinner reservations and addressing all our questions. Great service. Raffael on the beach looked after us all week, securing our sun loungers, bringing us our drinks all day, fantastic. The full team of servers and waiters at the restaurants were great with fabulous service from Rosanna and Junior at the buffet. Thank you to all for making this a standout trip for our whole family.

wow 🫶🏻 what an amazingly beautiful time i had at this resort. all staff were so attentive and caring, especially our concierge Anayely. Special shoutout to our favorite bartenders at Rum Republic Miguel, Melvin, Milagro, made us the best Lemon Drops! Thank you Jose and Rosie at Brisas who made us feel so special and seen everyday! And lastly our wonderful waitress at Mina restaurant, Yuderqui, and the amazing manager Dionys, so sweet and personable, thank you for making our experience so great! We loved them so much we ate there twice during our trip 💕 The beach is unlike any other and our wonderful friends Raul, Ivan, and Odavy made every beach day luxurious and fun! for any excursions book with Krandell, he will make sure your experience is unique and memorable!

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and really enjoyed it. We stayed in the Reserve section and it was definitely worth the extra cost. Rafael made sure we had everything we needed while hanging out on the beach and pool. Our concierge Zenovia made us reservations at different restaurants every night and booked us on a complimentary excursion trip that was very fun. Alberto served us and had our drink order memorized after one round at the bar. He was on it, friendly and took great care of us. We had a great time.
