Parador Boquemar

To start off, the location is right on the Poblado de Boqueron. You just have to walk 100 step and your literally on the main road, where all the nightlife and food is located. This is a old building, that was renovated. The rooms are basic decor but comfortably. Some rooms will have a small bathroom, like I did, but with working hot shower and sink. Plus in my book. Since it's a renovated building, I only saw the stairway and a spiral walkway, very step for any wheelchair. I assumed anyone with handicapped conditions will take the first floor. I didn't had the chance to go to the restaurant but it had a good clientele on the weekend. The pool is maintained. Keep in mind, theirs tree next to it so leaves will fall on it. I believe they cleaned it before the weekend. Overall the staff was incredible and friendly. They will do their best for you. Those room with bay view, which are limited, will give you a wonderful view of the bay, day or night.

Excellent location and friendly staff. It's been a long time since my last stay. Very good memories. So sad to see that the restaurant is no longer in service. The hotel needs a little TLC. The pool was in bad shape.

Excellent service, the front desk personnel house, keeping, parking, etc. Facilities are clean, a/c units in perfect conditions. The best location for partying and enjoy the best beach and places in the west of Puerto Rico.

Not recommending this place at all. They will up-charge you for everything and have an attitude about it. It’s like just your presence bother them, wife and I both felt same way. We were originally to pay $166 million ended up paying about $267. Use an Airbnb instead.

My stay at Parador Boquemar was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Boquerón, just steps away from the village and the beach. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was also a wonderful spot to unwind after a day of exploring the area. What truly sets this parador apart is the warm and inviting atmosphere combined with outstanding service. Every detail seemed thoughtfully designed to ensure a memorable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Parador Boquemar to anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Boquerón with comfort and care. I’ll definitely be back!

Quiet place close to a lot of stuff to see, eat. We enjoyed our stay and would not mind staying again.

We stayed here 25 years ago…but today HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.|We stayed only 1 night. |The room was clean and out dated.|The bathroom in desperate need of a deep cleaning and renovation.|You only get 2 Towels , no hand towels or wash cloths. There was NO BATH SOAP, fortunately we travel a lot and I always carry bars of soap.|We went out for the evening and upon our return I wanted to shower.|The entire rod with liner collapsed and couldn’t be put in place. I took a picture to show the front desk the next morning. Our bathroom shower was TINY. If anyone weighs over 225 lbs you are going to have a difficult time showering.|This place is in a really great area, lots of bars, restaurants, etc.|The hotel owner really needs to consider upgrades, maintenance and care of the property. |Will we return to this property? NO.|We will book an early reservation to stay at the Boho Beach resort up the road.|Tip: Great food, drinks and service at the Cabo Beach House.|They were open until midnight.

Is a Beach area hotel in the west area of Puerto Rico,It’s not luxury but the location is perfect to go to the Beach in a 5 minutes walking distance. Room is not big but perfect to rest in a very high traffic holidays weekend. Restaurant was close at the time.

I do not recommend this place. Tourist be aware they up-charge for everything. Make sure your reservation is in accordance with whatever you truly wanted, we booked two beds and they had only one bed on the reservation so they up-charge us for beds. Service was sup-par from get go. It's like some places don't know how to be nice. Find a better option or be happy overpaying. Cheers!!

The Boquemar has a great location, close to all the restaurants, bars, and kioskos. It also has off-street parking - a must in Boquerón! The public beach is only a 10 minute walk away. The facility is very clean and the service is great. We stayed in a deluxe-plus room, which was large and well-appointed, and had a balcony. The whole family slept well in the comfortable beds. The prices are reasonable, too, for the location and service. The Staff was very friendly and helpful, and provided great information about local restaurants and nearby attractions. We had a great time in Boquerón/Cabo Rojo, and Parador Boquemar provided us the perfect place to recharge and relax after our busy days and nights. We will definitely stay there again!
