We visited this Pardor with a friend, and were booked into 2 Junior Suites. The initial impression of the Parador was good, positioned close to the historic part of the town, with a good carpark and looking clean and well cared for. We arrived at about 1.30pm and were told that only one of our rooms was ready, the other would be available in about 10 minutes. No real problem with that so we went for some lunch. On returning to reception at about 3pm the second room was still not available, and did not become so until about 3.30pm. We did not think this was acceptable at all.||The room was very impressive. Nicely furnished, with a huge bed, a good sized lounge area, an amzing amount of sotrgae space and a nice terrace. The bathroom was enormous, with a double sized jacuzzie bath which frankly was a bit of overkill. However, the shower was pretty grim - a narrow cubicle, with a hand-held type shower head, and a spiggot sticking os far out of the wall as to be difficult to avoid. The bathroom hand basins were very shallow, and took forever to drain.||The pool area was very pleasant, with plenty of sun loungers, but the pool was very much a "swimmers" pool with the minimum depth being 1.40 metres.||The breakfast service was OK, but service was rather slow, and the cooked food was not as good as I would have expected. I have never seen anything quite like the scambled eggs our friend was served up.
