I rarely write reviews, but I believe it’s important to raise awareness about what happened during my family’s visit today.
We had a confirmed reservation for 1:00 PM and arrived 20 minutes early, fully understanding that we might need to wait. The restaurant staff initially asked us to wait, which was fair. However, what happened next was unacceptable.
When the waiter finally approached us, he said that all window tables were full and pointed us toward a table in the middle of the restaurant. As I was trying to understand the situation, he began gesturing toward the door, asking us to leave. I calmly asked to speak with the manager, and only then did he suddenly offer a window table, contradicting what he had said moments earlier.
We stepped outside politely to wait for the remaining 20 minutes until our reservation time , we had no intention of leaving. However, immediately after, the waiter shut the door and locked it, right in front of us. That act alone was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. It was only after that moment that we decided to leave.
As paying guests who made a proper reservation and behaved respectfully, this experience was deeply disappointing. I hope management looks into this behavior seriously, as it completely undermines the hospitality expected from such a renowned location. The view may be beautiful, but respect and professionalism are what truly define a restaurant.
