Large family meal ( 12). Good welcome and efficient friendly service. Food came quickly and was hot! |Yes I know I am in Philippines and other dishes ordered were all local but I went for a thin pizza and it was excellent- exceeded my expectations. |The Filipino food all disappeared so we can take that as a very good sign. |All in all very good food and nice setting too. Would return .

A Charming Stay at Paradores Del Castillo – A Step Back in Time! Our group of 11 had the pleasure of staying at Paradores Del Castillo from February 7-9, 2025, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel perfectly blends history and comfort, with each room beautifully furnished in 1800s style, adding to its charm and authenticity. One of the highlights of our stay was the warm and attentive staff, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. Another standout was the delicious food at Cucina de Jardin—every meal was a treat, showcasing fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a unique historical experience, Paradores Del Castillo is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!

The place was rented as a wedding and reception venue and it delivered. Everyone had a good time and appreciated the historical value to the location in Taal.

The place is pleasant, quaint and has lovely well preserved heritage structures. Staff was accomodating and well mannered. Food in their restaurants are at par with Manila standards. Although our friends ,who stayed in the annex bldg, did not get to sleep because of noise from basketball court which had very late till early morning games.

Lovely old building with delightfully renovated rooms and a shady garden. Taal is a pretty place to wander around, with some nice restaurants. We were unable to visit the eponymous volcano at the time of visit, so do check its activity beforehand.

Located at the heart of Taal Municipality. This place has an amazing view, great food, and fresh air. Been here before. But since we liked it very much, we brought other guests along with us and came back. Food is really great!!! Customer service is really good. The staff go above and beyond to make their guests comfortable and have a remarkable experience.

Sobrang ganda ng place! Very relaxing. The place gives you the feeling of being proud to be a Filipino. Though a heritage structure, they have a very refreshing outdoor swimming pool with a view of the Balayan Bay. They serve buffet breakfast for an overnite accommodation.

My family is from Balisong, but moved to the US decades ago. We came to this place to visit family and stayed at this beautiful hotel. Authentic Filipino heritage is well preserved here from the decorations to the architecture. The rooms are charming and all have air conditioning. The views from our rooms were immaculate. Breakfast buffet with traditional Filipino food was delicious and the service was warm and inviting. The surrounding streets had rows of heritage homes turned into museums. And a short walk to the historic Taal Cathedral built in the 1500s. Visiting this place felt like a stepping into a Time Capsule. Our stay was magical. Highly recommend.
