Not to be missed visit of the former factory cum museum which is in its original state so that you can understand the whole process of making oil from local olives the traditional way. The explanations provided are precious to understand why this production was so vital to Parga over hundreds of years and had to be stopped in 1974. Olive oil tasting is delicious and enlightening because you can sense the difference between younger, more mature, or flavored oils, all produced the traditional way. Brilliantly presented by lovely, knowledgeable ladies. Highly recommended to everyone with a curious palate. Entrance 5€ for an hour-long visit + tasting
