Stayed in these apartments in October 25. Two adults and a 13 yr old in a two bed apartment (3A)||||We checked in early around 1pm but thankfully our room was ready. The lady that checked us in was lovely and spoke English well. ||You do have to pay €50 or £50 per person deposit, we paid £ with no issue. You get given a receipt for this so hang onto it as you’ll need it when you check out.||You will get asked if you want to pay for Wi-Fi, we didn’t bother as we’re already fixed for access on our phones.||You also have to pay for air con, again we didn’t bother as it was cooler in October so we thought we would so how we went, and it was fine without.||The safe is €2 per night which we did pay for.||||Our apartment was great, absolutely no complaints, each bedroom had double wardrobes with loads of hangers and oddment spaces, plenty of room in each bedroom to store the suitcases. Lounge area had a couch, 4 tables and chairs, a tv unit with a decent sized tv. We retuned the tv and managed to get BBC1, BBC2, ITV and a few other oddments of English speaking channels.||Kitchen was small but had a full size fridge, microwave, two hobs, toaster and kettle. In a little utility area was a mop, bucket, sweeping brush and pan. Kitchen had 4 sets of all utensils you would need. The only thing lacking was dish towel, washing up liquid, sponge, cleaning material etc.||Bathroom was small but perfectly adequate, shower was amazing! Totally controllable (it did have an annoying shower curtain that you need to veer away from otherwise it sticks to your a**e)||Balcony was a great size, didn’t get much direct sun but was lovely all the same had 4 chairs and a table. Can see the lights from the nightlife on the strip at night.||The pool area is out the back across the car park, there is a door from the apartments leading to the pool. Sun loungers were €1.50 per day. It was never crowded though and a nice deep pool.||||There is a bar / cafe as part of Paraiso 10, we had a drink there and sat outside, we were the only customers though (maybe busier in peak season?). Didn’t see any menus for food. Bar seemed to close around 6pm.||||We ate in the Titanic Bar around the corner 3 times in our 7 night stay. Proper British pub with British owners, nothing fancy at all but food was quality and very very reasonable. They are open for breakfast and lunch too. Other nights we headed down to the levante beach and ate there, loads to choose from.||||Location wise the apartments are about a 10 min walk from the strip. We heeded the warnings from others and didn’t use the dirt track shortcut (left then immediate right out of apartments) we took the longer way (right, then at first junction take a left) but even the longer route is only 10 mins from the strip, 15 mins to levante beach and about 20 mins from the old town.||For the old town you could either walk, right from the apartments, left at the junction, keep going straight until you come to the beach then turn right along 5he beach and keep walking. This route will take you around 30-40 mins.||For a shorter route, right out of the apartments, turn left at the junction, continue down until the next road on the right, follow that road until the main road, then take a left, follow that road and you will end up in he old town.
