We booked through on the beach and they use a company called Gestaltur which have some of their own apartments within Paraiso 10 so I can’t speak on the actual apartments if booking straight through Paraiso 10. I had a really disappointing stay. There were several issues that significantly impacted our experience:||- The kettle was in an unsanitary and unusable condition.|- The wardrobe door was detached from its railing at the bottom.|- The balcony chairs were of such poor quality that two of us experienced falls due to the legs bending. Despite receiving replacement chairs, I still fell and sustained a significant bruise that is still there and it’s six days later. |- The water pressure was inadequate, and we had no warm water from 4 pm Saturday until our departure at 2 am on Sunday.|- The floors and tables were not clean.|- The apartment is advertised as suitable for up to four people, which is misleading. One of the couches was located on the balcony and had to be moved inside for sleeping. The couches were uncomfortable, with the wooden slats being felt through the thin cushions. The sheets provided for the couches were dirty and stained.|- One of our keys was faulty and required replacement. Even with the working keys, opening the door was difficult and you had to fiddle about with it for a while each time.|-You have to pay for sun loungers each day aswell, to which it doesn’t state that on, On the beach. ||While the staff did replace the chairs with better metal ones, it was only done the day before our departure, which didn't benefit us much. At least the next guests won’t hurt themselves by them. The kettle was replaced, and there was an attempt to fix the wardrobe, but it remained misaligned.||Overall, the lack of cleanliness and comfort means I won't be returning.
