Paraiso 10 Apartments (operador por Marvill) Benidorm

Basic, but good clean accommodation. Ideal for self-catering or just to sleep and relax. Very friendly & helpful staff. Great for a week in benidorm. Great clean pool, with a nearby pub. Warning a cash only deposit is required, suggesting you take £100 and save you €. We didn't have enough £ so we had to waste €100 on arrival. Also, you have to pay extra for aircon and WIFI. Other than that, the place was great. Local to all the amenities and nightlife but far enough not to be too noisy. Except for the odd stag & hen parties, but do you expect in benidorm. Lots of places to eat at reasonable prices, the local is the Titanic, good breakfast and meals. Overall, I would recommend these apartments.

Stayed here for 5 nights and couldn't fault it. Very reasonably priced Apartments that are a good size and spotless. Really good sized balconies too. ||Staff are super friendly and helpful. ||Didn't use the pool area much but it was clean and plenty of sunbeds available when we did visit.||Great location. Close to the outdoor market and a stroll from the nightlife but not so close that you're disturbed by noise at night. ||Great little places for breakfast nearby, we especially liked the titanic bar around the corner. There's a shop beside the bar too to grab the essentials.

Had a fabulous stay at Paraiso 10 apartments, for the second time in a year. Clean and tidy facilities and good pool with lovely staff. Especially the bar staff Becky. She made our holiday, she couldn’t do enough for us. Will defo be returning again. Also brilliant location for all the pubs and bars

Great holiday, apartments are far enough away to have no noise but only a 10 minute walk to the beach and main bars. Very clean, we had a 2 bed apartment and was on the 2nd floor was perfect. Pool area very clean and all the staff was very friendly. We had a great time.

Check in was quick - lovely lady on the desk. Everything explained to us.|We travelled with a teenager & everyone over the age of 12 had to pay a €50 deposit each. No problem getting the deposit back on check-out.||Our 2 Keys were handed over early as check in should be 17:00. This was appreciated as we’d been up since 4am.||2 bedroom apartment was very clean but basic. Cleaner came at day 2 & day 5 with fresh towels and more loo roll.||2 hot rings, kettle, toaster & microwave plus fridge freezer. Only a dishcloth provided, no tea towel, washing up liquid etc. ||Plenty of hot water for showers.||There was some noise from other guests on one night/early morning.||Jet2 drop off & pick up from Alpha Apartments, a short walk (up hill on the way there!)||Lovely sized balcony.||Good value for money.

Just back from a 4 night stay here with my 21 year old Son. I could not fault these Apartments. I emailed ahead asking for a room with a balcony. We arrived to a lovely lady on reception. She was very welcoming and gave us our room keys for the 20th floor....wow what a view. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed including a large balcony with an amazing view. It can be noisy when guests return in the early hours but I expected that being in Benidorm. I would definitely come back

Nice place, location right next to outdoor market, view from 20th floor lovely. Clean, had all amenities in kitchen. WiFi only in bar when purchase a drink. Used pool but we weren’t asked to pay for sunbed so unsure how this works and no signs to say had to pay. Would stay again

This will be our second time staying here, once in October 2023 and May 2024, both times our stay was brilliant. The rooms were clean, the pool was everything you need, but what made both our stays fabulous was the superb hospitality and kindness from the staff, in particular Rebecca… she was amazing. She couldn’t do enough for us, super friendly and just a joy. We will be back again, if for nothing else to see our new friend behind the bar!! Thank you again for everything, Bec!!
