My Favorite Airbnb: A Dreamy Home on Milos With Sunset Views of the Aegean

"Located on the southern coast of Milos, this beach is a popular destination for its scenic views and is recommended when the Meltemi winds are blowing."

Nice calm and relaxing beach. The sand gets really hot. There's some small cliffs that provide some shade if you go in the mornings.

Amazing beach. My favorite beach accessible by car in Milos. Beautiful colored pebbles and hot sand. Boats were available for rental. We rented a private boat with driver in the view was stunning with amazing places to swim.

I really loved this beach. The sand isn’t too fine, so you don’t end up with it everywhere, and the small pebbles actually make it more comfortable. It was surprisingly well sheltered from the wind. The water was beautiful, super clear, with amazing colors. I spent the afternoon there and had such a great time.

More than 1km of beach made of sand, little stones and turquoise water. All services are available, including 3 different beach clubs with cocktails and menus, lifeguards, and some water sports to try like jet ski. Perfect place for those days the wind is blowing hard from east-northeast cause it is covered. And even on summer sundays, not very crowded. The bad part is that you are not going to see much while snorkeling.

Beautiful NOT WINDY long beach with crystal waters and thin sand. Since it is covered by a rock wall, it is not windy and the waves are not strong. Went in November. There is a very pleasant restaurant on the beach which makes it easy to get a lunch break and spend the entire day at the beach.

The part where the umbrellas, restaurant and lifeguard are is not very exciting. The sea is clean and lovely but not very interesting. If you swim to the right you get to another beach with umbrellas and a cafe, and lots of rocks / mini caves for snorkelling. That side is cool!

South beach, so its protected from the north winds…car accessible and crystal clear waters.

The deeper you dig in the sand, the hotter it gets, because of volcanic vents underground. If you dig deep enough you can boil water. This is a beautiful beach and a geological wonderland.
