Parallel 23

We recently had the luxury of dining at Parallel 23, inside the BEAUTIFUL Palms resort. The Palms deserves its own accolades on its magnificent grounds and architecture. I will definitely be booking a future stay here. But let's get back to the food, service and ambiance. We odered the Lobster and Wahoo entrees with a salad. The food was excellent. As it should be for a reataraunt of this caliber. The service was absolutely top notch, again, not surprises here. What stood out to us was the grounds and ambiance. Think having your own private mansion / villa with seamless indoor / outdoor dining. It is not the 'big' hotel feel: Not by a longshot. I once had the pleasure of dining at the Versace Mansion in Miami; this totally exudes that type of vibe. Lots of stone, greenery and fantastic architecture. Its extreme luxury without the flash. The General Manager was excellent and attentive, coming by to chat serveral times during our dinner. I am attaching pictures of the actual resort, since i feel that it is so integral to the dining experience. But otherwise. This should be placed on your top 5 places to eat.

we recently had dinner at parallels 23 while we were staying at the Palms. definitely a great meal and great atmosphere staff and service was superb. I had one of the best surf n turf I have ever had . Which came highly recommended from another guest we met at the resort who frequents the restaurant regularly. The fillet and the scallops were cooked perfectly. everyone else said their meal was fantastic . Highly recommend a cocktail at the bar and then dining in the main restaurant.

Parallel 23 at The Palms in Turks & Caicos was great. The lobster bisque on the special was excellent. The grouper was moist and well seasoned. The fried snapper from the special catch of the day had a nice salted crust and was very fresh. The warm apple almond crumble was to die for. Overall food and drinks were amazing, but the service was very slow. Dinner took two hours which was I guess “Island Time” where there definitely wasn’t a rush. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 was for service. The waitress wasn’t very attentive and the check took 30 minutes to come out. I would recommend this restaurant for the food, but don’t expect impeccable service.

Filet, ravioli, and shrimp dumplings were excellent. The grilled wahoo was a bit dry but enjoyable. Overall was a good experience, cool atmosphere, and enjoyable dinner. Service was on the slower side, nearly 3 hours but for 7 people. Dessert was very good including home made ice cream. I would recommend visiting and is around #4/#5 on our list so far in Turks.

Rockwell was our server and the food was absolutely outstanding. Her service was excellent. This is absolutely a five-star restaurant.

What a wonderful experience for a hotel restaurant. High class atmosphere, food and service. The presentations are near artwork and not so much that you feel overly full when you step away from the table. No matter your pallet, you will find food to satisfy your taste.

The food was always great! Drinks/cocktails were amazing! Customer service was good too. One of the best restaurants in TCI with delicious menu.

I can’t think of a bad thing to write…we had to leave? We ate here twice during our stay and I ordered the same thing it was that good (the local caught Wahoo fish. Ambience is perfection in majestic courtyard with live music. You can’t miss this place if staying in Providenciales!
