Paramount Gallery Hotel

I was here for a business trip for about 3 days to attend the 8th CIIE in Shanghai and the hotel was up to standard for international business travelers.||Room was decent and big with all the amenities available. The hotel provides complimentary bottled water and is very clean. Aircon was a bit noisy in the evening but eventually quieted down.||Hotel breakfast was decent and had Asian and Western varieties. Location-wise the hotel is an easy walk to the Jing An Temple metro which connects you easily to key commercial areas like Nanjing East as well as the Shanghai Exhibition Centre.||Hotel is undergoing renovations as of this post so the entrance is a bit harder to find but easily accessible.||Overall good location and cost given the location and overall service.

Also, heartfelt appreciation to the concierge, reception, and room service teams for their outstanding care and efficiency. I am grateful for such thoughtful service during my stay. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained and the location was very convenient. A special thank you to Shirley, who was incredibly friendly and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others 😊

Very convenient, good service, friendly and warm staffs which made me feel really welcomed! When I was having my bfast, one of the staff Shirley Ma offered to make me a cup of latte art which really made my day! Room is very clean as well! Just maybe hairdryer is abit old

The hotel is located at a great location and it is 5-min away from the subway by foot. The area is not too packed unlike The Bund area. There are many shopping malls, restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is also value for money.

This hotel is in the heart of Jing’An area which provides easy access to shopping and dining. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and speaks good English. Highly recommend this establishment!

Nice hotel and well located across the road from the temple. Hotel is a little old but the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.Good assortment for breakfast. No objections from me. I’d stay gain

Good location, lots of food joins close by. Service during breakfast was good. The spread was decent but food was tasty. Service staff during breakfast was attentive and proactive and friendly, always ever ready to assist when required. Rooms are comfortable. Value for money for this location. Will book again in future.
