Had a lovely experience at this wine-tasting shop. We enjoyed a glass of wine each, and every sip was smooth, balanced, and beautifully curated. We also ordered a small snack of Manchego cheese paired with marmalade jam and crisp crackers — the combination was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was cozy, the service was welcoming, and the whole experience felt effortlessly refined. A perfect little spot to unwind and enjoy good wine.

Canberra has a lot of wanky over rated places...This is not one imo..Food was top notch, though I only had two small dishes; a chickpea pannise that blew my mind and then a stuffed chicken wing. The wine suggestions(I asked for)was unpretentious and tasted great. Thank you, was such a good way to kill time it garnered a Google review. I'll definitely be back!

One of my favourite restaurants in Canberra - I have nothing negative to say about this place. The team here know what they're doing. Warm service with consistently good food, fantastic punchy flavours, great quality ingredients and a small ever-changing menu. Every single dish we've had has been absolutely delicious. We've visited multiple times and will continue to return.

We dropped in for a pre dinner drink, on our way to dinner. Great wine bar located close to the Sebel, staff very knowledgeable about the wines and happy to share! Lovely spot for a drink (and the food smelt delicious).

Great bottle shop and wine bar in Canberra, we had a Sunday lunch with tasty feta and honey fried balls, cold cut and toasty and we finished with a delicious schnitzel. Humble service and great selection of Vin nature. Highly recommend

The place was bustling with activity, which added to the lively atmosphere. The staff members were exceptionally helpful, offering their knowledge and expertise in navigating the extensive wine selection. They were eager to assist us in choosing wines that suited our preferences, making the experience all the more enjoyable. One of the highlights of our visit was the outstanding wine selection. Paranormal truly caters to wine enthusiasts, with a wide range of options to explore. From familiar favorites to rare finds, there's something for everyone's palate. The diverse selection ensures that you can find the perfect wine to accompany your evening. It's important to note, however, that Paranormal deviates from the cozy, intimate feel typically associated with wine bars. The ambience is loud and brightly lit, which might not be the ideal setting for those seeking a more relaxed and private experience. Nevertheless, if you're looking for a vibrant and lively place to enjoy great wine and good company, Paranormal is worth a visit.
