Parc Beaumont Hotel & Spa Pau MGallery Collection

We have now stayed twice within a few months time. A lovely hotel. Very professional, helpful and friendly staff. Our room was very clean and quiet and comfortable. The in room breakfast were delicious. A excellent hotel to stay in.

This was my first time staying at Parc Beaumont and I simply loved it! The rooms are very spacious, the services provided by hotel were excellent and the staff was very friendly at all the time. The breakfast includes a variety of options and the dinner although not the usual carte, was changed on a daily basis. The hotel is very well located which helps you to enjoy the surroundings and the best of Pau! I would definitely return either for business or vacation.

We arrived late in Pau and needed to stop by for 1 night. All staff very nice and welcoming. We even had a soup at the restaurant at 23:30 served with smile and nice attitude of the staff for the late clients

A very nice hotel in a great location for exploring Pau. Our room was comfortable and well appointed, but didn't have a balcony and faced the car park, which was disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Also, the pool and spa area was advertised as open every day, but was closed on the Monday when we stayed, again disappointing. Plenty of car parking, either outside or in the underground garage, although that incurred an extra charge. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

I never got to terms with Pau as a town - August is not the time to go I learnt - but the hotel is pleasant, and the staff at reception and in the restaurants are helpful, polite and efficient. On that basis I would happily come back to the hotel and recommend it.

The hotel is fine. I just can’t see how it is a 5 star. It is a well run and well equipped 3 star hotel. If you go with the expectation of luxury I think you will be underwhelmed. We were on a 1 night stop as we passed through on a very long road trip so it was comfortable and convenient and the staff were pleasant and very available. The children were well considered, the dog was accommodated and our mini van fit in the underground car park. I have no real complaints but it had nothing that would make me class it as a 5 star hotel aside from the price which seemed excessive.

The hotel is very comfortable, in a great location, and we appreciated the very good service level. We enjoyed our short stay and would return next time we go to Pau.

Probably the best hotel in Pau although located far away from the city center, but nice location in a park. Rooms are okay not more. Breakfast buffet was good. You need to reserve for the indoor pool area to avoid crowds. Possibility to load your e-car indoor.

Stunning hotel in a charming town of Pau. Excellent service, everyone is very fluent in English (an issue we've faced at many a hotel in other places along our travels in France). Every last detail is thought of, things you didn't even know you'd appreciate. For instance, there's a wonderful comforting scent as you walk into the lobby, and a slightly different but equally wonderful scent into your room. The views of the park are gorgeous. Take some time to walk through it, the water and trees are beautiful and make great photo opportunities. Just note that it's also a slight hot spot for young teens to congregate near the trees after school for a bit of weed, but you can easily avoid them. We really got to enjoy the spa, pool, jacuzzi, and sauna during our stay. The steam room unfortunately was out of service while we were there, but everything else was great. The pool is pretty cold though, so it's a bit of a shock if you enter after using the other spa amenities first. The jacuzzi was a tad bit cooler than I'm used to, I wish we could have turned up the heat. The multitude of towels available right there at the spa was a great touch though. Overall, I loved being here off-season in early December. We basically had the majority of the amenities (park, spa, etc) to ourselves. Really do recommend a visit here if you can. Both the hotel and the town are great.

This may be what you get at a corporate-run hotel. The rooms are pleasant but beyond that few things work as they should. The wi-fi works in the lobby but not in rooms or the bar. In our room, our toilet isn't firmly anchored in the wall, the curtain holder in our bathroom is half pulled out and there's a hole in the hall rug that catches high-heeled shoes. If you eat at the restaurant, plan a few hours. They are so understaffed it feels like an imposition to ask for anything -- and if you do, plan to wait at least 30 minutes for the simplest glass of wine (wrong order and bottle that had turned) to arrive at your table. You're in France. Find a simpler, less expensive and locally-owned place. You'll spend less and get real French charm.

This is a stunning, modern hotel with all of the amenities. Definitely a strong consideration for when you are staying in Pau!

Awesome place to stay. I tumbled in after six days of racing in the Pyrenees on a road bike and it was heaven! I got massage in the spa that was fantastic then sat in the sauna and

Comfy bed, pillows could have been softer great views from the balcony,bar prices steep compaired to scotland but wouldnt complain at all as you are paying for the service of this fine hotel

meilleur restaurant de Pau J'ai eu le plaisir d'être invitée lors d'un déjeuner de communion au mois de juin 2014 et j'ai découvert un restaurant haut en saveurs. Le chef marie des produits (parfois inconnus d'ailleurs) de façon surprenante. J'ai été totalement séduite. Le personnel est extra et aux petits soins pour nous.
