Barceloneta Park

Such a wonderful park with so many lovely spots to enjoy. Beautifully designed and well maintained. The fountain is amazing. There is a playground there, and a zoo just next to the park, so it's perfect for a day out with the children. 🙂

A very quiet park located across the street from Barceloneta beach. Has a play area for kids and a kiosk for refreshments and small eats.

Pretty sweet park. It's kinda weird because all of the trees are planted by hand in rows. It's a full forest but not very natural the way they plant. Don't get me wrong though.... The trees are beautiful. Easy to get to on the north west side of town and the river. I would go back anytime.

This is one of my favourite areas of Barcelona..... The 30 minute walk from Las Ramblas to the beach, can often take a little longer as you stroll and admire the scenery. The large Palm Trees along with the large spacious walkway, offers an ideal back drops for photos. The harbour situated alongside the walkway docks Boats and Yatchs of all shapes and sizes, there to be admired. Whilst on your stroll you'll be able to purchase drinks, light snacks and other sweet assortments. Along with a selection of restaurants. I've spent a few hours in this area sitting and chatting whilst the day goes by.

A nice casual and local park that's not too big or touristy to enjoy for a stroll, walk the dog or to sit back (there's some park benches around) and relax if you're in the area (near the beach as well as Barceloneta for food). There's sections used for sports, set up for outdoor events/screenings, and it's regularly used for fitness group training.

There is a place where you can see from above and it's worth taking a look while on your way to the Zoo for example.

Amazing park so close to the beach ⛱😍 and so close to Barceloneta center. Full of wild parakeets and pidgeons, dudes playing basketball and ping pong, a dog run, a Cafe and children area,... amazing place to relax with lots of benches (and only a few homeless that are never a problem as Barcelona is one of the heaviest police presence cities in Southern Europe). Go and enjoy and get some shade after a day on the beach where shade is literally fought over.

Nice park, basketball court was not level. Could have used some shade, not sure what the history is about this part but it must have been something else before.
