We were disappointed with the service, even though the hotel itself meets the standards of its category. At check-out, the hotel attempted to charge us over 100 euros in additional fees, with no justification. When we pointed this out, the front desk claimed it was a "mistake." Whether it was an error or a deliberate attempt, such incidents should not occur in a hotel of this class. I suggested that guests should sign off on all charges for transparency, but the receptionist replied that it wasn't necessary. This kind of attitude towards guests is disappointing and simply unacceptable for a hotel that presents itself as premium.
