Hiking the Mount Mégantic Loop was one of the best adventures of my life! I’m not an experienced climber, but I came with friends looking for a fun challenge, and this hike did not disappoint. The snow made the trek tougher, but that only added to the excitement and sense of accomplishment when we finally reached the peak. The views from the top were absolutely breathtaking on one side, we could see Canada’s vast, snow-covered forests, and on the other, the U.S. Appalachian range stretching into the horizon. The crisp mountain air and peaceful surroundings made the experience even more special. It was a tough but rewarding journey, filled with laughter, teamwork, and unforgettable moments. If you're looking for an adventurous and scenic hike, whether you’re a pro or just out for some fun, Mount Mégantic is the perfect spot! Highly recommend!

This park is absolutely spectacular. The hiking trails are incredible - whether you're a family with small kids, or intrepid explorers ready for a challenging trek, there's a trail for you with amazing views and gorgeous nature. The camping facilities at Franceville are well-maintained, clean, and extremely quiet. Last but not least, the stars here are absolutely unbelievable, the best you'll get without driving very far north. The only thing that's missing is a place to swim and canoe, and even then, there are lakes with beaches not far away.

Beautiful Landscape. Well marked trail, so many signs indicating you where to go. Alot of heated cabins to have lunch or rest indoors.

Truly a 5-star hiking experience. This is the place to come if you want to hike for hours and you like summits. There's enough trails to keep you busy for days, each one more beautiful than the last. All the trails are well maintained. Most are intermediate to difficult, and can be extremely rocky and steep at times.

One of the best hiking experiences I’ve ever had. Breathtaking views, nature, well maintained paths - just awesome. And we only did the shortest sentier. Strongly recommend!

Had booked camping for 2 nights in the Neptune cabin. Check-in time is 5pm and check-out is 12 pm. We reached around 6pm and was pitch dark. Had no difficulty getting to our cabin as we already received an email mentioning not to follow the GPS route and were given clear instructions. Got to the cabin and was really impressed with the design and how efficiently the space was utilized to plan a kitchen cum dining, bedroom and a bath. The place including the bathroom was spotlessly clean when we walked in. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials utensils and equipment along with enough cleaning supplies. The cabin also had some wood for lighting with fire starter and matchboxes. There is provision for an indoor fireplace as well as outdoor. We hoped to have a clear sky and enjoy some star gazing, however, it was cloudy and snowing throughout our stay. There are pamphlets kept off the hiking trails (French only was there). However, at the information center, there was a very helpful person who guided us on various paths. We did a small hike and totally enjoyed our trails. It was a lovely cozy time in the cabin and we felt very relaxed.

We visited parc at the end of September. It's a beautiful parc. We stayed there for 2 nights in the parc chalet (eps). The houses are cozy with all the supplies. We did some hiking with very young kids. The trails were kids friendly and beautiful. The sky was clear in the night, and we enjoyed the views of the stars. Even though we did not see fall colour in Eastern township along our route from Montreal to Sherbrooke, the parc area had full fall colour.

Great place for a family weekend getaway. There are many hiking trails, the opportunity to climb the mountains by bike or car. There is an observatory on the territory of the park, I recommend buying tickets in advance. It is also RECOMMENDED to take with you an increased supply of food and water. At the top of the mountains, you can feed the birds that will sit on your hand. De and were delighted. Blueberry berries are ideal for birds.
