Cozy spot with soul and subtlety. This little restaurant claims to serve up mother’s recipes—and who am I to argue? What matters is knowing what kind of food they’re aiming for: not punchy, not dramatic, but balanced. They offer a thoughtful lunch set menu—vegan, vegetarian, meat, seafood—all paired with a solid list of alcoholic options. I went with the octopus salad and seafood soup set, plus an extra side of fried seaweed. The octopus salad? Light, refreshing, and beautifully balanced—not salty, not sweet, not tangy. Just clean. Same goes for the seafood soup: fresh seafood, a light natural sweetness (always a good sign), and just a whisper of chili heat. There’s a veggie in there I recognize by taste but can’t name—adds a nice earthy note. The fried seaweed was a smart move—crispy, salty, and the perfect texture contrast for the octopus salad. Definitely recommend that combo. To drink, I had a local-brewed umeshu on the rocks. It’s got more kick than the Japanese version, but still smooth and enjoyable. Final verdict? Once you adjust your expectations and tune into the restaurant’s rhythm—subtle, homey, balanced—everything just clicks.

A very professional and friendly modern restaurant with traditional and modern dishes. I recommend ordering several dishes and sharing them. But there is also a set menu, which I can highly recommend. The staff were very courteous and created a pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant.

Parc Seoul serves up authentic home-style Korean food in a cozy, modern space. The dishes are made with quality ingredients and balanced flavors. • Angus Beef Ribs 300g (₩39,000): Tender and juicy, with a deep umami flavor. Easily the standout dish—worth every won. • 7 Namuls (₩16,000): A colorful mix of seasonal vegetables, each prepared with care. Mix them with brown rice for a satisfying, bibimbap-style bowl. • Potato Pancake with Cheese (₩15,000): Crisp on the outside, soft in the middle, with just the right amount of cheese. Comforting and addictive. • Glass Noodles with Vegetables (₩9,000): Light and flavorful japchae, slightly sweet and savory, with a nice chewy texture. Prices are fair considering the quality and the atmosphere. A great place to try traditional Korean flavors with a clean, modern presentation. Reservation is strongly recommended.

Excellent! Hidden in the hills off of the main Itaewon Road, this place is a gem. On weekends or holidays, if you drop by and get on the wait list, then a minimum of 1 hour wait, so try to make a reservation. Valet parking is available; however, go to the Leeum Museum just up the road where there is free parking if you take a tour...even the free self tour. The food is well worth the wait. The signature set - as shown in the pictures - was fantastic. Every item was perfectly seasoned and delicious. The kimchii, however, isn't included in the free side dishes. It's KRW 6,000 extra for a very small portion if you decide you can'tgowithout it, which is the only gripe I have. The place isn't large - maybe 12-15 tables. The area is surrounded by art galleries and shops, so the wait isn't too bad. Definitely worth going back.

Last dinner on a holiday is always a somewhat sad affair, so we have made it our mission to try amazing local food whenever it’s our last meal before the return flight. This time we had our eyes set on Parc Seoul thanks to the recommendation of trusted ChatGPT. And my was this an experience worth trying! Due to post skin treatment recovery we opted for the takeaway, trying their beef ribs, stir fried vegetables, egg omelette and cold white kimchi soup. Damn those ribs! I think I’m scarred for life! Great deep flavour that travelled well on the taxi ride back to the hotel. Highly recommended and will be surely back - next time hopefully to eat in :D.
