This was perfect for our family trip. The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — ideal for staying with children. We especially appreciated the thoughtful setup and home-like atmosphere. The host was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome from the start. The kitchen was super handy — we could cook simple meals, which made things easier with the kids. The location was also excellent, within easy reach of major attractions and amenities. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to families.

Recently stayed in their studio suite over the long weekend, and it was a great experience! We arrived late from our drive from Toronto, and they kindly checked us in without issue. We paid for valet parking as well, so it was one of the easiest and smooth check-ins I've had. The staff are friendly, and our room was clean and tidy. Standout is the central location! Would visit again!

We were given early check in time; man working was super accommodating, after a long day of traveling we got a day room at noon, even though it was very busy. Great room, great service, cleaned a room for us quickly and had great recommendations

We just enjoyed a wonderful stay at Parc Suites. We used it as a home base to walk many, many miles as we explored Montreal. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the room was tidy and clean. It was nice to have a small kitchenette and two sleeping spaces.

WOULD COME AGAIN! This place is amazing! The people at the front desk are so incredibly kind and helpful! Like 15/10 for service! We were looking for a great breakfast place and then not 15 minutes later a handwritten list was tucked into our door. The rooms are beautiful and clean. One of the first things I did was video to my family Bragging about how beautiful the room was. It felt like a set from the Princess Diary. I cannot get over how wonderful this experience has been. To the sweet owner, thank you for making our stay so so special! See you again soon ❤️

We booked the Parc Suites for a weekend getaway. The proprietor Turguy was super friendly and helpful. The small hotel has 8 rooms, each with a sitting room and a kitchenette. The hotel was quiet (our room faced the rear, not on Parc). Three blocks from Place Des Arts Metro and a bus ride from anywhere. Great value.

Great stay. Thank you Turgay, the suite fit our needs exactly for our overnight. Clean, comfy, we'll priced and the kitchenette was stocked with what we needed. The next time we are in town, we will definitely book again.

I recently stayed for six nights in a studio king double room at this hotel, which featured two rooms with a king-sized bed and a living area equipped with a TV. The ambiance was pleasant, and upon observing other accommodations, I found all the rooms to be spacious and well-appointed. Considering the location near Old Montreal, the pricing was reasonable. The hotel offers parking for $20, which is convenient for travelers with vehicles. The manager, Turguy, was exceptionally accommodating, always available to answer calls and provide information, ensuring guests felt well cared for. The staff were friendly and attentive, contributing to a positive experience. A notable convenience is the 24/7 A&W restaurant located right beside the hotel, making it easy to grab food at any time. Overall, this hotel is a solid choice for those looking to stay and explore the Old Montreal area.I would definitely recommend this stay.

Yelp
Parc Suites is Montreal's best hidden gem!!!! we will never stay anywhere else but here in the future. We got in super late and were greeted by the incredible general manager (Turgay). He was hospitable, knowledgeable, sweet, and so accommodating. He absolutely made our stay wonderful! Next, our accommodations were amazing. We felt like we were in Europe. The room was perfect and so clean! It was huge, spacious, and luxurious. we can't stop raving about it! Lastly, the hotel location is unbelievable - right in the center of everything. Close to fine dining, fine shopping and sight seeing! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!!

Yelp
I really enjoyed it here. A little small but good! One thing is the Ac doesn't work as best in the bedroom. A little outdated, but does the job! Ac is still cool enough, and the bed was pretty comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen! Everything you need! HOWEVER. The parking is behind the hotel, and is extremely sketchy where you have to remove everything in your car just in case.... it is near an area where homeless people sit around. But overall very good.

Yelp
This little (eight-room) hotel is in a great location and set up nicely. The bed is comfortable. The in-room kitchen is very nice. I have a cool little balcony with a table and chair. Amenities: front desk staff is very helpful, free wifi, free calls to the US and Canada, shopping and cafes are very close, Place des Arts metro station is nearby. Quirks: no elevator, shower is on the small side, hot water may take several minutes depending on the time of day you use it. I don't have a car here so I can't comment on the parking.

Yelp
The manager is very friendly and down to earth. He helped us arrange to stay late when my wife fell ill during our stay. Fresh and clean rooms. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Off street parking very close. Great pizza restaurant right next door. Updated rooms.

Yelp
I didn't rent a room but I kept my bags here since I had to check out of my airbnb in the morning and my flight was at night. Great price for the day, central area, close to downtown and Old Port. Just make sure you get a receipt or something. I didn't have a problem but the guy that was there when I picked it up wasn't the same as the guy that was there when I came back. The receipt smoothed things over.

Yelp
We booked for Parc Suites but were placed nearby at 3485 Du Parc Avenue, a short way up the street above Cacao 70 Parc. We didn't use a car in town, so no parking comment. I booked here based on reviews online. My experience was pretty mixed. On the positive side, the room was awesome. The large room had a modern motive and decor (lots of IKEA going on) and the kitchen was well supplied to allow cooking in comfort. There were two nice sized televisions, comfortable sitting area, and the highlight of the room was the large double full body shower which at the end of the day really feels good! The location is central, so walking to Mount Royale, Chinatown, Mile End, Old Town, basically, any neighborhood was walkable. We took an Uber to Litlle Italy but were able to enjoy walking everywhere else. Now the negative. I have thought long and hard about this because I don't like to write negative stuff on Yelp, but my wife and I talked a lot and decided to put it out there. This area is in transition, being gentrified slowly. On our arrival, it was very depressing because the streets are very dirty, and there were homeless people outside our place at all times. I know that's just part of big city life at times, but every morning and every evening we would be panhandled for money, and have to pass by this intense urine smell. If I had known this, there is no way I would have booked this place. I have no idea how Cacao 70 stays in business with that smell and having to walk past the panhandling. That is the only negative. There is a great store for grocery shopping, a Starbucks and a cool coffee shop across the street. Basically, everything was in place, and this would have been a fantastic stay save the fact that I felt sick every time I left and came back to the place we stayed.

Yelp
This hotel has 8 rooms. I booked using Hotwire and got a great deal. Check in was no hassle. The front desk attendant was very courteous and showed me two different rooms. One I had actually booked and a different room which I could upgrade to for $20/night. I was out and about during the day and so only used the room for sleeping at night. It's a great place to sleep ... very quiet. And if you get munchies during the night there are plenty of options across the street and a 24/7 convenience store to the right of the hotel. I would recommend this place for a drama free, no hassle experience in downtown Montreal East.

Yelp
Affordable, comfortable hotel in Montreal. A group of 5 of us stayed at Parc Suites for my bachelorette party and it provided exactly what we needed. It's more like a bed and breakfast since each room has a fully equipped kitchen, and it's a more personal check-in process than a hotel. We were greeted by Tourgay (owner?), who allowed us to check in early. We thought we were getting a room with 2 beds, but it turned out to be 1 king bed, a pull out couch and a cot. He was still working on figuring out which room to put us in when we arrived, but we ended up on the top floor. It was a nice space and we all fit fine, but did have to be quiet coming in and out since sound travels downstairs. It was also unclear that the quoted price was per night and not for both nights. There is 15-minute street parking outside, and a lot in the back. Tourgay was very gracious and happy to suggest restaurants and other activities in the area. He was there to send us off too and really gave the personal attention that sets certain hotels apart. Free wifi, free DVDs to borrow, and within walking distance to town or right near the metro station. Aside from the minor miscommunications, it was a great place to stay for a girls weekend in Montreal!

Yelp
Great flexible staff. Checked us in at almost 2 am via a hoteltonight booking after calling them awake, after an airbnb failed us. Comfortable rooms, well equipped too.

Yelp
Ditto what Ian said. I have a full review on Trip Adviser but yea this place is super clean, friendly and safe. Great location and the grocery store is 2 doors down. We went on a Living Social deal making it affordable. Free wifi, tons of closet space and a decent bathroom shower. The bed was very comfy. I had no trouble sleeping.

Yelp
I stayed here for 5 days in a one bedroom suite with a kitchenette. The room was good, although AC could be better as the AC unit is in the living room with a small fan in the bedroom to move cold air from living room to bedroom. Service was really good and the manager and his assistant were extremely helpful. Free on-site parking was another big plus. Location was within walking distance of Mont Royal, the Place D'Arts, the Festival area, a subway station and about 3 or 4 buses so we did not move the car until the last day when we decided to visit the Old Port area late at night. There are two supermarkets and a spinning studio if you want to shop and exercise. I know there is not much the owner can do but I could not really give it five stars because of the neighborhood. As others have pointed out, for some reason there are quite a few homeless people in this area and even though they are harmless, you do have to walk past all the garbage and the nasty smells of urine they do leave behind. And the front door was often unlocked which made me a little bit uneasy as the main desk was not usually manned. I would definitely stay there again if the neighborhood were to improve and they would keep the front door locked all the time.

Yelp
Clean, comfy, and great location. We were just visiting for a night but so happy to be able to be in central location and walk all over and have car parked at hotel- close to McGill, Latin Quarter, St. Laurent, etc. Staff very sweet. Someone is always close but may not be at the front desk so best to arrive at time you indicate you will check-in. We were a little early and had to call. You can park in front of hotel while you check in.

Yelp
Had a great experience here so I figured I'd set up the page. Impeccably clean, great location, choice accomodations, like a bed and breakfast but you get Crepes downstairs at the cafe or make your own (each suite has a kitchen, and the grocery next door is open until midnight.

Yelp
We stayed at Parc Suites for two weeks in September and gladly recommend it. The hotel is in an excellent location at the intersection of downtown Montreal, McGill University and the Plateau Mont Royal neighborhoods. It is convenient to public transit - about two blocks to the subway at Place des Arts and bus 80 on Avenue du Parc. The immediate neighborhood of the hotel is dominated by McGill students and seems very young. There are two fine restaurants, Pullman and Isakaya, within steps of the hotel, and two markets and seven coffee shops within a half-block. This is a modest hotel both in size (only 8 rooms) and décor and it is priced accordingly. The special feature of the hotel is service. The owner and manager, Turgay Demirdogan, and his staff were very attentive, helpful and pleasant. The only challenging feature of the hotel is its long entry stairway and lack of elevator. When we made our reservation, the owner called to make sure we had no trouble with stairs. He also went out of his way to carry our bags up the stairs on arrival and down again on departure (at 4:30 AM!).
