I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately my experience was spoiled—literally. I ordered a slice of cake that looked decent at first glance, but after a few bites, I noticed something wasn’t right. A closer look revealed mould growing on the underside. Not exactly the surprise you hope for with dessert.
When I politely pointed it out to the staff, the reaction was underwhelming—no apology, just a refund of $6.50 on a $25 purchase from the cafe.
Staff was absolutely rude and claiming it was freshly baked
Food safety should be non-negotiable, especially for something as simple as a slice of cake. I hope they take this seriously and improve their quality control, but I won’t be back to find out.
