"Parchment Coffee Traders, Pyrmont by Thinkbone. This is definitely the place to go if you’re serious about coffee. The owner, Phillip, knows a thing or two. He roasts his own beans to make a perfectly balanced espresso. Accompanied with a chilled sparkling water it’s heaven. Parchment Coffee Traders is a great little place to enjoy a quick coffee on the way to work, or a place to relax with friends over a damn fine brew."

This place is hidden away in the quiet suburbia of Pyrmont close to the park. This place is forgettable and just absolutely satisfying! Phil the chef/owner is just a gun! He creates the most incentive flavorsome, organic fun menu that constantly changes depending on produce so you have keep coming back to see what's new! Coffee: Parchment Coffee Traders coffee is locally roasted by the Phil as well! Specially coffee at its best and well balanced. The cafe is funky, stylish and welcoming designed by his wife.
