Pardon Cafe & Bistro Sibiu

Absolutely marvellous dinner at Pardon! We started the dinner being received by Claudio who welcomed us and assist us through the dinner in warm and helpful way. Marius, the chef, also greeted us in a very kind way. The food is just formidable. From the soup to the main dishes, everyone was very happy with their food. Super delicious and well prepared dishes. We highly recommend Pardon to everyone who visits Sibiu. We wish all the best to Claudio, Marius and the team!

It's the beat restaurant i at in Romania till now. The food was perfectly done , I ordered fish and soup and my son ordered the shrimps The portion were big and really tasty Great background music and service was great. The food arrive really fast.

Amazing food! The red pepper soup was so delicious, as was the pizza. Great wine list as well for affordable prices. Amazing service. Will be returning!

Amazing food and great atmosphere. Claudio was a wonderful host, full of energy and simpathy. Marius is an amazing chef, everything from the lamb to the soup was simply delicious. I highly recommend it.

We just stopped for a drink in the terrasse. The waiter told me that I could go upstairs to see the rest of the place, even if it was closed at that moment. It's a beautiful place, and the friendliness of that specific person warmed my heart :)

As a short review, this place is pretty good and cozy. We chose the patio, as the weather was perfect. The waiter was great. She handled our silly jokes with elegance. The food? Pretty good. I chose the mussels. Though, they were not the best mussels ever, they were pretty good. My only complain was that I had to pay cash. I knew beforehand, as I was informed when I made the reservation, but still, in 2024, I had to pay cash in the old town of Sibiu? This is pretty ridiculous. I hope they fix this issue next time I'll visit and I will update my rating.

We had been holding this place for the last dinner of our Sibiu trip — and I’m so glad we did. Otherwise, we probably would have come here every night and never discovered anywhere else :). Amazing pizza, amazing mussels and wine, and incredible hospitality. A beautiful experience in every way. The interior of the restaurant will take you to another world, for sure. If you ever come to Sibiu, make sure to spend at least one evening or night here!
