Pardoo Roadhouse & Tavern

Bit pricey but very convenient, thats what we pay for. Owner is lovely and has nice hot food there as well. I don't know about the rooms I didn't stay here i needed to use the toilet working out in rural.

After the cyclone last year it's good to see the guys up and going again. We stop in there every time we head north and back. Haven't stayed in accommodation there but believe they are quite comfortable and there is more planned. There were a few guests stopped there today when we came through which is good to see.

Nice stop on our way down south! The staff were extremely friendly and we were pleasantly surprised with a very freshly cooked dinner..... the salad that came with my chicken and chips was amazingly fresh (see photo) and the pad thai was also made fresh.....(paul did expect a meal out of the freezer so again pleasantly surprised with the freshness)। I gave this a 5 star purely based on the service and food, I probably would drop a star for the $40 powered overgrown site with no water but the food and service definitely won me in the end! Flies are definetely annoying but that's the Pilbara at this time of year. Great job guys, keep up the good work!

Great place to pull on and grab a snack on the road. Lovely people who are always smiling and ready to have a chat. Great chicken mayo burger as well! So delicious

Stopped in on the way to Port Hedland. Had coffee and a Bacon and egg burger. Wow, it was the best we have had in a long time. People are lovely too. Good selection of other things for anyone on the road travelling. Some basic foods off the shelf too. Well done. Highly recommend a stopover if heading past.

Wow, one of the worst showers I've ever had! Stopped for a shower (won't get fuel as they don't take cash and force you to use the card machine) so since I needed a shower... Skipped buying breakfast because if their kitchen is as filthy as the shower 🤮 ?? Nice looking caravan park, even has grass. But the shower had no hot water and was filthy. Sure it was only $5 but keep your money. I'd like to support them after rebuilding but I just can't. They need better staff.

GET FUEL HERE IF YOU'RE THE KIND OF APPARENT WEIRDO DARE DRIVE AFTER THE 7PM BLACKOUT AT THE NEXT ONLY FUEL SOURCE AFTER HERE *** Thank you owner for having the logical common sense idea that fuel might be important when the sun goes away. Don't know why a mobile number is listed though. Couldn't get a reply confirming his machines will be operating before risking many hours and much frustration to have a payment fault a former reviewer said happened. Took the risk. The machine worked wonderfully, thank grace. And has card insert or tap methods 👍

We stopped by for fuel - and were very pleasantly surprised by the lovely roadhouse, very friendly staff, delicious barista coffee with oat & almond milk and great selection of cold drinks. Definitely the best stop between Broome and Port Hedland.
