The chicken is very tender and flavorful. The dessert and cappuccino were good too. Nice ambience and the service was good.

I was there for the chicken. There's some communication issue since I don't speak Spanish & the Internet is not as good as I expected in Lima. I ended up eating 2 1/4 chicken meals. I love it.

Pardo's is some of my favorite chicken, in Peru or otherwise even. The chicken is amazingly tender and has really good flavor. Aji Amarillo is legendary. I think they do a really good job with the entire menu, to be honest. Service tends to add to the experience here too. They also have amazingly affordable drink specials sometimes.

This was my last meal of Peru. A lot of my Peruvian friends go here as their first meal upon arrival. So I knew the hype was big. We started off ordering Chicha Morada as a drink. For the main course we ordered the 1/2 Encamotada Premium which had fries, sweet potato fries and cooked salad. As for the chicken the pieces were a breast and a thigh. We also ordered the 1/4 Arrocero Premium which had fries, rice and Russian Salad. I had an option of breast or leg, I chose breast. Overall the food was amazing, great flavor and big portions. The downside was the service. We were sitting on the 2nd floor with 3 tables of 20+. The large parties were just getting seating but didn’t start ordering because all of the party was not there yet. The staff just lost their composure and really didn’t know what to do. Our server left for 20 minutes and between that time we asked 3 employees for the check. They acknowledged us but didn’t do anything until a 4th employee finally helped us. Food was really nice, service was good in the 1st part but the 2nd part was insanely bad.

Food was good at a good price. Large helpings. Service is at a slower pace, however this particular service was much slower than normal. Outside seating was nice with the cool breeze.

We ordered 1/2 a chicken from our favorite rotisserie venue in Lima and were served quickly by friendly waiter. The chicken fell off the bone and was delicious. That's why usually visit Pardos during trip to Perú

Stopped in for a quick bite before some other activities, my spouse received a chicken brochette that was half raw. We informed the server and she simply took it away, no apology and then she asked for a tip. Sorry no tip for raw chicken.
