Parioli Place

This is not a hotel. There’s no reception (except btw 7:30-13:00), you get just an access code for the gate and door to get in. The room door opens with a different code. So take care that you have them before you arrive. Plastic plants welcome you in the courtyard. ||There are just four rooms which are located on the basement, and the room also smells like grandma’s cellar. Because people walk just behind the window and the busy road is very close, there’s also constant noise from outside. So take your ear plugs with you and maybe sleeping pills. ||Don’t wait for flowers in the room like in pictures published on the pages of the place. The rooms are dark like the whole interior. Bed tables are made of steel, sound like steel and will last forever. Amenities, well - at least ordinary soap and shampoo. Pictures on the walls remind from the darker side of life. ||Some good things though. Air conditioning works well, there’s hot and cold water, the room is fairly tidy. A powerful ray of light is Angela who is making excellent work to keep you happy in person or via WhatsApp. She’s extremely helpful.

Simply perfect! The hotel is really well located as it’s in a business area so it’s really calm! The room is really clean and nice! But the huge plus is the receptionist!! We should call her the care taker!! From the welcoming, to the breakfast and the room cleaning, everything was perfect!! Lovely, always available and full of tips, she made our trip really special! Thanks a lot Angela!

The place is amazing, beds are soft and fluffy, it is impossible not to get a good sleep in them, the rooms are decorated in modern style, the pictures on walls are B&W artistic nudes (not obscene), familys with kids, might find them to offensive. We had a very good time and experience, we will be glad to come back to this place. Technical stuff: every door has a code for access, the rooms have multiple switches of the lights, the bathroom and hallway has a dim always on light, the bathroom lights are automatic, the shower is large in room 01 with seating like sauna.

I can not say enough good things about this hotel/BB, the service exceptional, rooms amazing, beds comfy. Breakfast delicious! We wanted to do laundry while there and they handled for us. Mind you there is no dryer but they hung them to dry and folded and returned within a day. It’s not a tourist area which is nice, there are a few restaurants on the street. Parking maybe an issue if you have a rental as you have to pay to park at the machines but we were able to find a spot in the evening. We will be back in September and plan on staying again! Fantastic hotel. Small, hidden place, but very nice. Absolutely new. Really quiet. Nice room. Big room. Big bathroom with Hermes amenities. Clean and safe. Design room and very confortable (and big) bed. Fast wifi. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. I will return!

We stayed here for a few nights in Oct and we really liked the hotel. We were made to feel special by the hostess who gave us a coffee and cake upon arrival before showing us the room. The hotel is in a nice area just outside of Rome city centre so my advice would be to familiarise yourself with the public transport systems (bus routes and tram/underground options). Parioli is a nice district with a few bars and restaurants that are worth trying and nominally they are cheaper than downtown Rome but just as nice. The hotel room was immaculately clean and provided a T.V., bathroom with shower and a large double bed. Each morning our breakfast was prepared and ready for us which was great since we had pre-booked tours which had early starts. I'd be happy to recommend the hotel and would happily return. It's a pretty new place having been refurbished earlier this year to quite a high standard. The breakfast was good and we were asked if we wanted any thing adding to what was available to eat which was nice.

Beautifully decorated and appointed. Fabulous service (and breakfast) from Angela. We stayed three days at the Grand Ritz Hotel before coming here and this is SO much better 😊 If you don’t like contemporary/modern styling then, perhaps, it may not suit you but, if you do, it’s perfect.

Excellent position. Nice quiet private inner garden with modern nicely furnished apartments. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended. Also possible to rent the whole facility with kitchen (8 people).
