Love the pastries here. Probably a good thing there's not one on the Southside of Wichita or I'd be in trouble. Truly great pastries and not totally overwhelmingly sweet which I love about them. Truly an asset to ICT.

Google
We ordered holiday cakes from here for our company event and they were AMAZING. They not only are decorated so cute, but also taste so good. We got tons of compliments. Thanks Paris Baguette!

Google
Very elegant looking place but my first impression wasn’t as pleasant whatsoever. I did not feel welcomed when I entered. Ordered an Egg and Cheese breakfast croissant, but the entire things was so burnt, that I wasn’t able to bite completely through the cheese nor egg. Needless to say I threw the entire sandwich in the trash, a complete waste of money of course. How can such an elegant looking place serve such horrible food? What a bad first impression. I do not recommend this place to my 244K viewers. By the way, thank you for the views. I hope this content makes a difference in a positive way.

Google
Not as busy as the ones in California but it’s a cute place for Wichita. I love my Italian coffee so I come here for lavazza and their blubbery yogurt cake. That’s our family’s favorite. Definitely worth checking out ;)

Google
Walking in felt like stepping into an atmosphere unlike American fast food. It felt heavenly. The coffee tastes like home made and not chemical. The baked goods don't taste like cardboard but Grandma's home baked goods

Google
This is a must-visit bakery! The quality of their pastries is exceptional every single time. From croissants to cakes, each bite is a delight. Whether you're looking for a quick breakfast or a leisurely snack, Paris Baguette is a must-try. Every opportunity I get to be in the area, I just cannot resist myself to make a 🛑 😋

Google
This was our first time visiting. We were looking for a breakfast sandwich or breakfast pastry. We ordered a breakfast egg, bacon, and cheese croissant thinking we were getting something made fresh, but it was pulled from the case and we were asked if we wanted it warmed. Who wants a cold egg and cheese sandwich? Silly. We ordered 2 sandwiches and an ice coffee for $23.00. The ice coffee was pulled from a fridge also. So not warm coffee over ice. We didn't try anything else. They did give me a water when I asked which I love because I need water when I eat. We will try it again, but seems pricey. It was a clean and bright atmosphere. The service was a bit awkward also. Many people standing behind the counter, but they seemed confused over who wS supposed to help you.

Google
For a chain, this is an awesome bakery. Even though it is a franchise you can tell that they are baking stuff daily. There are so many options and it reminds me of trips I’ve taken to Europe. Is it exactly the same? Of course not. But it is on par with many bakeries I’ve been to in the U.S. and otherwise. The coffee was pretty good, for what it was. The sandwiches were decent. And the prices weren’t outrageous. But be careful. Once you get that tray you will want to try everything! I hope to go back and try the cake!

Yelp
It's a cute, quieter place to meet a friend. Pastries are fabulous and the drinks are great too! Only downside is pricing.

Yelp
Food: 4/5 Service: self service. Ambiance: 4/5 The baked goods were all flavorful, buttery, and fresh. It's self-service for the most part with the fancy cold desserts being served out of a counter with employee assistance. They have some good measures in place to keep things clean and tidy as well as avoid contamination i.e., sliding pastry cupboard doors, tongs, and tissue paper. The vibe gives original Starbucks meets clean cafe meets Luke's from Gilmore Girls. Overall I will be back and this is probably going to me my go to for nicer bakery fare. Try it, you probably will be pleasantly surprised.

Yelp
The food is fantastic and the service is quick and efficient. I have yet to actually sit and take a meal inside but its always clean and well lit.

Yelp
Oh Paris baguette how I love you so! I started this addiction on DoorDash and then in person it was even better(or worse). It is a good thing I stay active and eat so healthy at home or I'd be in trouble! Thank you for your delicious goodies!

Matthew G.

Yelp
The atmosphere was amazing and relaxing and the service was incredibly quick and polite. The food is absolutely amazing every time we come in with one of the best coffees in town. This will continue to be a regular spot for us.

Yelp
Best ever. Love the food and service and ambience. Highly recommend I had the coconut crescent.

Yelp
Counter server insisted on a long, detailed explanation of why the didn't have coffee because the "actual" coffee machine was "actually" broken. Food was very pricey, "actual" service, was "actually" annoying and made the trip to get a coffee and pastry a disappointment.

Yelp
This little Parisian cafe is such a wonderful escape. The cream puffs will forever have my heart. But honorable mentions include the Turkey and mozzarella Sammy (to go in the cooler) and the buffalo chicken quiche (pop those into your air fryer and my oh my , you've got yourself a treat!) I love the small Parisian cafe atmosphere. It's not an overwhelming or overcrowded place to enjoy a light, artistic, even romantic meal. The service was great I felt like the entire staff was willing to help "learn the ropes" as the serve yourself experience was out of the norm for some of the customers who were there at the same time as me. Of note, my birthday is in less than 2 weeks, and I think mama could use one of those decadent looking cakes. I love that you can place an online order for these works of art. Makes life a little easier, and that's just another "simple thing" to be grateful for.

Yelp
I stopped in today at 6:50 AM to grab some breakfast. On my way out of town. They open at six and by 650 most of the shelves were empty. I asked for something specifically and they said it would be 30 minutes. This is a frequent occurrence at this place. They need to either bring their help in earlier or they need to open it. 730 or eight when the food will be ready. I like their pastries, but it's really frustrating when you can't get what you want because They don't have food prepared for an hour after they open.

Scott S.

Yelp
This place is a gem hidden away in Wichita. The cream puffs are excellent. The baguette sandwiches are amazing. The owner is on site and it shows.

Yelp
Gave this place a second try the other day and pastries were dry and tough to eat. Got them to go so couldn't do anything about it at the time. The service behind the register is still grumpy and slow. Not really sure why the employees hate working here (unless they're force fed the tough pastries). It's very loud inside which isn't very pleasant, so I wouldn't want to stay here long. As far as a "European Bakery" I'm not sure where they get that from considering you find better (and freshly made) pastries at a gas station in Europe. I suppose they could be referring to the cold customer service you find across much of Europe. Places like this only go to show you that if you open a new place in a nicer part of town and charge too much for your product, Wichita will go nuts.

Yelp
I waited several minutes to be waited on while no one was in line. the staff knew I was there and completely ignored me. it was Cheesecake Day so I stopped in to pick up 2 slices of cheesecake- $16! Wow, it was fair cheesecake but Walmarts is better. I've seen enough to know I won't go back.

Yelp
The food is amazing! So good. We used to own a bahn mi and Vietnamese bakery and I will admit -- This would've given us a run for our money. On top of that I am a pretty harsh critic of bunny sandwiches because we used to sell those so I'm always on the lookout for good Bánh mi. The bread was super crispy and the ingredients inside were done superbly. I didn't get a picture because we ate it way too fast but we did buy some pastries which were the cherry on top. I'll definitely be back.
google avatar

Nicole R.

Yelp
The setup is awesome and selection is phenomenal! The cronuts were delicious. I also got an iced coffee than far exceeds anything you could ever get from Starbucks. The people are kind and genuine. This place is a must try if you're wanting pastries!

Yelp
Food is so yummy and perfect for when you want a quick sweet treat :) Staff is always nice and the vibe is solid.

Yelp
Great pastries! The coffee was good, but nothing to write home about. Clean restaurant with really easy parking.

Yelp
Unfortunately I think this location is suffering from poor management. We went around 9:00 on a Sunday morning to find shelves half stocked, coffee machines out of order, filthy bathrooms, and the owner sitting and watching instead of picking up a broom and tidying the place up. I wish that their corporate office would make a surprise visit and see how far downhill this location has gone.

Yelp
On New Year's Day around 11 am our family wanted to see if there is any bakery that may be open. We called Paris Baguette in Wichita and this girl answered the phone . We asked if they were open and she said "no" rudely and quickly hung up. We then decided to drive to see the location. When we arrived, there were people there. When we approached a girl behind the counter and asked if we spoke with her regarding a phone call about their hours. She states "yes." We mentioned that she told us they were closed, we were lied to. She then argued and said no "I did not say that. I said business hours as usual" ( which she did not say.} In reality we were lied to. Wanted to talk to the Manager. One of the staff said " she is the manager. Her name is C.J." We could not believe she is the manager!!!! We did not stay because we do not want to spend money on this type of service. Franchise owners ( we understand is Moe and Mike). Please take note. To run a good business that will survive in the long run is not only the pretty looking pastries and food, BUT how the customer is treated by the staff that you hire. This is how you also bring in business. This person C.J ( if she is the Manager) needs to be trained on excellent customer service( i.e., know her business hours, don't lie to the customer, and rudely hang up, and deny what she says when approached). Customers please be aware. A place or eatery may have delicious or pretty looking desserts/food but if the customer service is not there, do not waste your money. They do not deserve your hard-earned money. Paris Baguette headquarters will be made aware.

Yelp
Nice bakery and atmosphere. A variety of selections to choose from and they're all unique. A little pricey but it is a new bakery in a suburb neighborhood so it's expected. Service was quick and workers were willing to help answer questions!

Yelp
I've been here twice now & figured that I would write about both visits. The first visit the restaurant was full. Good for business, not so great for anyone bothered by crowds (people with any anxiety, people sensitive to noise, my fellow neuro spicy folks). I'd suggest trying an off time for a more enjoyable visit. During the first visit I used the bathroom. It was well lit, clean & fully stocked as far as paper products & actually having hand soap. During the first visit I didn't try anything as I had already eaten which is why I stopped by again. The second visit I went later in the day (about 3-ish pm). It was much quieter making it easier to look at everything on display. They have a lot to choose from, from sandwiches, salads & so many croissants to various decadent desserts such as pastries, macarons, to cake. We picked up a few sweets to try (completely self serve here). After choosing everything on the floor we went to the counter for a couple of the macarons which are a favorite of my daughter's. Everyone behind the counter were doing their assigned jobs. Our order was boxed up & we paid. This was the only time we had any interaction with an employee. The cashier was friendly. When we got home we dove in. The first thing we tried were the little puff pastries. They are light, fluffy & have a good amount of cream in the center. 10/10 Next we had a couple of the small fruit tarts. Again, little puff pastries with berries on top, a light drizzle (I want to say honey but it's probably actually a glaze type of drizzle). The berries were perfect, not overripe. 10/10 Later in the day I had a very big croissant. It had what I believe are slivered nuts, maybe almonds all over it plus the chocolate drizzle. Not the freshest but I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that as it was my first time eating this pastry. It was good nonetheless. 8/10 Lastly the macarons. Two vanilla (so we were told) & I think the purple is taro. My daughter wasn't impressed with these. She's had macarons from other French bakeries & said these were not as good. I don't have the palette of a teenager but I thought the bite I had wasn't too bad. But this is based on her thoughts so she gave it a 4/10. All in all, it's nice trying new things. I'll be back since there's a LOT to choose from. Maybe I'll get a sandwich or I'll try one of the croissants. They put everything in those! My advice here is to go try it. If you have issues with crowds or noise levels that rival a school cafeteria I'd suggest you visit later in the day after the breakfast & lunch rush. Just don't blame me for the extra weight gain or the sugar high should you overindulge.

Yelp
I ordered a bunch of pastries. I had previously tried Paris Baguette in LA and ended up loving every single item I bought there. Especially the cronuts. I ordered the butter cream bread, mochi donut, red bean filled sweet rice donut, soft strawberry cheesecake, walnut cream bread ( they ran out for my online order), cream cheese pastry (also sold out), Coffee cronut, cronut, buffalo chicken quiche, salted butter twist roll, and an iced coffee with caramel. I'll have to try the walnut bread the next time I come into town! It's hard to find a place where most of the things you buy taste end up tasting this delicious. I loved all of them except the cronuts. The cronuts at this location were not flaky or crispy at all. I was highly disappointed bc I was looking forward to them the most. I don't know if this location just serves them that way or I ended up getting the soggy ones. Everything else from the butter cream bread to the iced coffee tasted very delicious. The coffee was good quality and strong!

Yelp
I don't know what's going on lately at Paris baguette but the last two times I have been here I have gotten food poisoning and my MIL got food poisoning. I suspect it was the sausage croissant I ate (which they heated up at the restaurant). My MIL had some kind of cream pastry/danish. I'm not sure how it's sanitary to have food item which contain meat and dairy sitting out in non-temperature controlled glass containers for who knows how many hours/how long, but it's apparently not safe given we got sick from them. We don't really want to go back now unless we pick just straight bread or something from refrigerated sections. If we can even trust that at this point. The food is good, but not good enough to deal with food poisoning as a result.

Yelp
This place is pretty neat. It's a serve yourself place. You grab a tray and a pair of tongs and get what you want out of the cases. Each item is labeled with the name and price. You take your selections to the front counter to pay. All of the pastries I've tried there I have liked. I will say I was disappointed with their coffee. It pains me to say the coffee is better at McDonald's. Which is why I'm giving them 4 stars. But we go back for the pastries. Service is slow when you order a beverage but that's because they are always so busy. I'm assuming the new will wear off soon enough and that will slow down. It also makes it hard to get a seat inside right now. But they will box up your stuff to go if you want! Enjoy!

Yelp
What a gem! The selection of warm, sweet, and savory pastries was impressive. I tried a handful of items and everything was flavorful. My only complaint was the matcha latte was way too sweet. The decor was cute, clean, and modern. There were about a dozen or so tables. The bathrooms were clean. Parking was not too plentiful. Loved this place and can't wait to try it again.
google avatar

Kay H.

Yelp
Good selections. Tasty treats... I went in the evening around 8pm and very cold night, there are quite a few selections left. Then next moi went back to get more. I will definitely go back for more. Friendly service as well. The place is clean and enough place to sit down and enjoy the food. There are outdoor seatings too.. with the nice weather it would be great.
google avatar

Jamie R.

Yelp
Super tasty. I'm willing to pay the "higher prices" for the quality you get. I think people that feel it is overpriced don't quite understand the skill, labor, and time it takes to make good pastries and breads. Plus with the last two years the cost of ingredients have sky rocketed. Super easy process. Grab a tray and a pair of tongs and just pick out what you want. Take it to the counter where they will ring you up and box it if you're taking it to go. A lot of the pastries look heavy but are actually light and airy. Very much enjoyed everything I got. They have an entire savory section as well that I'm looking forward to trying.
google avatar

Jaime M.

Yelp
I always stop at Paris Baguette when I'm in town. They have delicious pastries and sandwiches. My faves are the coconut cream stuffed croissant and the lemon custard filled pastries with fruit on top. Definitely worth trying!
google avatar

Darryon W.

Yelp
Place is awesome! Make a left as soon as you walk in, grab a tray, sheet placemat, tong and begin picking. We arrived close to 9am and they had a good variety available then. Getting there earlier is recommend. Hazelnut latte made w/ almond milk was good as well. You can order fresh made sandwiches at the counter. Place gets packed but getting around is manageable. Gets pricey as you add more and more things but it's worth it.
google avatar

Alisa S.

Yelp
I love all their pastries. Whenever I'm craving something sweet, and sometimes savory for breakfast, I stop in to get a box full of goodies. Their cakes look good and taste yummy, too.
google avatar

Tom J.

Yelp
I think they're getting top prices for day old items. I just bought a multigrain bread, is the worst I ever try. Go to 85 degree bakery. It is much better.

Andy S.

Yelp
Poor service, lack of consideration for customers with needs, and unwillingness to correct inconsistent promotions. Better places to visit.
google avatar

Monica B.

Yelp
Everything was beautiful, and the pasties were fresh and delicious. Service was great and fast. I love the colors and ambiance.

Jennifer B.

Yelp
I contacted company via email provided in a response to my poor review as directed by their PR person, and they STILL did not respond to make it right!

Shani ™.

Yelp
I've been here atleast seven times now and the pastries taste good, however, EVERY TIME I go here there's HAIR in at least one of my pastries . I recommend they enforce hair nets and beard nets for both front of house and back of house. This will probably be my last time coming here for a while, if at all.
google avatar

Jessica P.

Yelp
The pastries are good but value for the money is not really worth it. If Parisian pastries is specifically what you're looking for it's probably fine but there are other bakeries in town with similar offerings that are more cost effective. I have gotten 3x as much at a local Hispanic bakery for what we got here. The only dealing with service we had was the person checking us out and while very friendly we picked our own pastries and all they did was box them up, not 20+% tip worthy IMO. It was clean of course and as like other places the line(s) for check out were not clear causing some confusion/congestion in the process. The pastries were decent but I wouldn't say the best Wichita has to offer; and most definitely not the best price for what you get.
google avatar

Janet P.

Yelp
Love it! I've been here 4x since they've opened and have spent way too much already. I've pretty much tried every baked good they have and they're all amazing. I especially love the King Cream donut, Cronut, blueberry cream cheese pastry, and egg tart. Yes it's "pricey" but if you want cheaper pastries go to Panera? Like this is why we can't have nice things in Wichita!!! These are quality baked goods that are worth the price! No you will not get it every day like a Krispy Kreme donut, it's a treat!!! Worth the trip! Best bakery we have in Wichita. I do agree that they are a bit slower on making the drinks.
google avatar

Kevin M.

Yelp
All of the pastries I've gotten so far have been super fresh. Definitely a must visit as Wichita has been missing a bakery of this caliber. I can't wait to try everything!!
google avatar

Doug P.

Yelp
We stopped in to give them a try. Sandwiches are made fresh daily but are kept in a refrigerated display case. They have a lot of space for pastries, but arrive early because they'll be mostly sold out by 3:00pm. We ordered a brewed coffee and a latte. It took so long to get them that my wife had already finished her sandwich. They have nice indoor and outdoor seating. Prices tend towards the high side IMHO. Two sandwiches, two berry tarts and the drinks were over $39

Amber R.

Yelp
Croissant Donut -- delicious and highly recommend. The sugar glaze was delightful as well as the cream inside. Pain au Chocolat -- okay, bitter chocolate so good option for someone with less of a sweet tooth Pastel De Nata -- this is what we went for, hubby lived in Portugal for a few years and enjoyed these while he was there and we have made them at home. The nailed these. Very authentic. We went at 3 and the cases were kinda messy with things not well labeled so if you didn't know what you were looking at you would have to ask.
google avatar

Sigrit S.

Yelp
I was impressed by the aesthetic. Very cute and modern. I was not impressed by the pastry selection at 6pm on a Thursday. It was very sparse. And I was quite disappointed in my pastries. I wished they tasted better for the price I paid. The pretzel and pastry were dry, and so was the red bean bun. The red bean paste was good, but the bun was lacking. And maybe it's because it was out all day. My friends got the packaged cake and liked it.
google avatar

Sandra P.

Yelp
Wow! This place is an experience! Fresh, pastries, fresh, lunch Panini's, and a fun atmosphere. The service was counter but fairly fast. The choices are vast and EVERYTHiNG was delicious!
google avatar

Jay H.

Yelp
Everything we got was delicious, the coffee choices were great. I would go again. Easy to get to, parking lot is a little small

Yelp
If you want to just chill this place is pretty laid back, clean and have good desserts, highly recommended to family and friends

Yelp
I came here for the first time on a Sunday around 1pm- most of their items were already gone- they were even out of the pumpkin spice latte- i was disappointed but ordered two slices of their cake to go. Not note worthy to be honest. I vowed to give this place another try and I'm so glad I did. I got there early at 7am on a Tuesday morning and the entire case was filled with goodies I loaded up and tried at least 7 items and the pumpkin spice latte. The service is a little slow so don't come if you are in a rush- very clean and plenty of room to eat inside or outside if the weather permits.
google avatar

Yelp
Just an incredible little shop. Tons of pastries and other delicious treats. My family loaded up on a variety of items and have enjoyed every one of them. Will definitely go back.
google avatar

Monique K.

Yelp
The food was devine. The iced chai was the best I had ever had. Service was great. We will be back.
google avatar

Sarah J.

Yelp
We ordered a mixture of breakfast sandwiches and desserts for the bridal party at my friend's wedding. Everything was delicious! We were all impressed.
google avatar

P M.

Yelp
It's okay, pricey. Go try it out once so you can experience it. We recommend the cream cheese roll/donut.
google avatar

Mandee K.

Yelp
Pastries were very good. The pastries are self serve and then they give you a total and warm anything you want heated. We got a variety of sweet and savory ones to try. Our favorite was the coconut croissant. The hash brown pastry was surprisingly good. We got iced coffee and hot tea. Both were excellent. The only negative was we had to pick multiple teas before they had one in stock but the rooibos tea was still very good. If I'm the area or craving a pastry I'd go back again. Interested in trying their sandwiches.
