It is a very easy to use train station. Bercy train station in Paris is a nice train station. It is very clean. I speak a little French and found the staff very helpful in assisting me.

I may call this rail station "customer service free" environment. Spent around one hour in the morning at this passenger terminal on March 5 and was not able to observe any staff... Ticket office business hours are only few in mid day. The rest of the time is is closed. No permanent information office. Spent 30 minutes to buy a train ticket at machine. Thanks God a found a person fom the Netherlands speaking English to assist me with bying a ticket with the second ticket machine (the first refused to take my card). Railway passenger terminal in Paris with no customer service staff it something unique. Be prepared to be on your own when going to this place.

Very nice Station. a lot of chairs.. you have to pay 0.70 € if you wanna go to the toilet. free Wi-Fi.. several charging points, so don't worry abt your phone or laptop.

Cool 😎 area. Many options of quick on the go food area (eat shop). Find quick sandwiches 🥪 there. The place is located in the middle of city Paris. Metro 🚇 system is amazing. I admire it’s old but just follow the lines and you will reach your destination. This is the area where the buses 🚍 arrived and departure from the other countries of Europe.

nice train station ! Not much to say about if other than that i thought the little glass platform doors were very cool and very handy because you know exactly where the doors will be when the train stops at the station

Women toilet was not accessible so I entered the men toilet, the only thing I can say is I put a step in and felt nauseated cause the smell of piss was so strong I felt like throwing up. It's disgusting that for such a Station the service cleanings are so poor. I'm still waiting to empty y bladder cause it's been the most disgusting toilet I've ever been.
