Flew from the States to CDG! Before flying here, I read so many nightmarish reviews about this airport. Happy to report, I had ZERO issues! Everything went super smooth from passport check to security. Tram car was easy to figure out to get to & from terminals. The terminal I was in was beautiful & modern. They even had a gaming section to entertain travelers with kids. BONUS- Vegan find in the terminal “news stand”!

We loved flying out of this airport. I've never sat at a gate so beautiful. Easy to navigate, helpful and efficient staff. We were able to find coffee before getting on the plane.

I traveled by Terminal 2G. It’s far from public transport, better taking Uber there if you don’t feel like spending an extra hour waiting for shuttle bus. There are only 2 shops and 2 cafes in this terminal, not much to do if arriving too early. Toilets are very small to enter with a luggage.

I recently traveled through Terminal 2B at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and found the experience to be generally well-structured and efficient. The terminal has clearly benefited from recent renovations, with a modern layout, improved lighting, and well-maintained facilities. Signage throughout the terminal is intuitive, and amenities such as dining and retail options are sufficient for most travelers’ needs. A particular point of focus during my experience was the boarding process. The boarding staff operated with commendable efficiency, maintaining order and adhering strictly to scheduled timings. Their communication was clear and direct, which contributed to a smooth boarding procedure. However, it is worth noting that the demeanor of the staff could be perceived as somewhat impersonal. While professionalism was consistently upheld, there was limited engagement on a human level. In instances where passengers appeared uncertain or required clarification, the responses, though accurate, lacked the courtesy and patience that would have made the interaction more welcoming. In summary, Terminal 2B offers a functional and streamlined travel environment. The boarding staff demonstrate a strong command of procedure and time management, though there is an opportunity to enhance the passenger experience through a more approachable and empathetic service styl

Our experience flying out of Charles de Gaulle Airport was really nice. The staff members we encountered were all very helpful and the airport is loaded with directional sights in multiple languages. The walkways were wide and kept clear and clean. There are also a great number of flight monitors, all in working order. A really seamless transition for us.

Charles de Gaulle Airport, named after one of France’s most prominent military leaders and former president, is one of the busiest international airports in Europe. Upon arriving from Italy, I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and efficient the arrival process was. The airport staff were friendly and welcoming, which added a positive touch to the experience. Passing through customs was quick and hassle-free, with no long lines or delays. Overall, it was a very pleasant arrival, and I look forward to seeing how the departure process compares on my next visit.

We’ll sign posted, easy to navigate around. Its a good walk from one terminal to another Travlators and escalators. Very quick through security, no new scanners here, so need to remove liquid and electric equipment. Lots of eating places / cafes / restaurants once through. Good duty free, but slightly expensive. Smoking area as well Train station is at the other end of T2

There are train line between the CDG and Orly airport but tickets are amazingly expensive if I didn’t purchase wrong one. (Zone 5 to zone 5 ticket cost (1 day pass) is 30 euros. I hope travellers can find better ticket options. There are many security check points to the international flights. I guess I passed 4 checkpoints (one of them detector point) but I am familiar with my hometown. For this reason, I suggest to come a little bit early and spend time, read and eat at the airport. Connection between terminals requires walking. There is no direct connection through the main floor. Traffic is busy. Over all, the airport is a good place, clean and comfortable.
