Paris Hotel Yerevan

Wonderful stay at Paris Hotel!! The staff were very helpful and friendly and they helped organize several day trip tours. The morning breakfasts are delicious and have a huge variety. They have a lovely restaurant on the top floor with views of the city and enjoyable live music. The rooms are very clean and the mattresses very comfortable. The location is perfect, in the heart of downtown with restaurants and shops a few steps away. For a room, if you want a little more quiet, ask for a room away from the main street. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend Paris Hotel for an excellent stay in Yerevan!

The hotel's location is perfect, surrounded by popular restaurants, amazing shops and walking distance to all major attractions. The hotel has a great rooftop restaurant that is open till very late and serves continental breakfast included with your stay. Enjoying my morning coffee on the rooftop was by far the favorite part of my day! There is also a very talented pianist, that plays amazing nostalgic Armenian music during breakfast. It’s a very relaxing and beautiful atmosphere for the morning coffee and breakfast with gorgeous views of Mount Ararat and the historic city! The hotel room on the other hand was a little bit basic and outdated and did not live up to my expectations. The hotel lobby was pretty small and I only utilized it to wait for my Yandex/Taxi. I usually love hanging out in the hotel lobby as you mingle and make memorable and interesting conversations with the hotel guests, but unfortunately this hotel did not have that. The staff was amazing, special shout out to Georgy at front desk who was always there to ensure a smooth stay and even took care of my request when I called him from the US. The entire rooftop breakfast crew was also very nice, polite and accommodating! Special shout out to Anton and the beautiful manager that greeted us every morning and all of the waiters and the chefs at the morning breakfast! And a very special thank you to the pianist for the beautiful music he provided every morning!

Had great experience at paris hotel, we booked directly with them and got free pickup from the airport which was great added value and deal breaker for us to book with so many hotels nearby!|Room was big enough for our family, the hotel breakfast was great! The restaurant was really nice with the mountain view.|Great service with the front desk team who helped us organising our trips shout out to Emma, Kazo and Hzanush! First the good things: - Location is great - Rooms are big - They have smoking rooms which is great for me as it's rare these days to find hotel with smoking rooms - Breakfast is okay - You can smoke in the bar/restaurant which is okay except for breakfast which I don't like, go figure - They have free airport transport, very very useful Things to improve: - Some people working there need to be trained in hospitality, one lady was nice, guys working at front desk were hardly pretending to be hospitable you could see there was not much effort in it, not everyone can work in hospitality industry, you can make somebody's day if you are actually kind and helpful and not just pretending or not even that - Toilet was without toilet paper which can be bad surprise - Coffee machine in the room not working, not good when you want to have a coffee before you leave for airport in middle of the night - Had a breakfast package because of early check out which is nice but without utensils quite hard to eat as they give you toast and separately cheese and sausage and olives so it's a bit messy, not to mention effort needed to put apricot jam on/in the croissant - Only one elevator which you wait for quite some time as there are 12 floors - Booked for two nights and they said they had in their system I have booked for four nights, luckily I had email from them confirming only two nights booking, never experienced that before, but they resolved it, but not until next day, lost the trust in them at that point All in all I plan to stay again but hopefully they will improve above mentioned things. It would be a waste of really good potential if they don't repair/remedy these problems with service, machines and so. Elevator will probably be a bigger challenge.

Perfect location, very welcoming staff, clean hotel. I stayed there for one week, and everything was great. The only issue I had was that my window was facing the street and it was a bit loud during the night (even with windows closed).

Stayed at the hotel twice so far and we have loved it. The location is perfect because it is a 5 min walk to the city center (Heraparak) and 5 min walk to the seasons restaurant and park. There are plenty of restaurants on the same street as the hotel. The staff is super kind and very helpful. The rooftop restaurant is great because you can have your daily included breakfast there and they have live entertainment every night. Few cons - the restaurant lunch and dinner menu is the same. As a hotel guest with kids we went there to eat quit often and we would have liked to see a different menu for lunch and dinner. - the rooms are clean but this time I found a spider on my pillow - the shower is great but has a design flaw where the water comes out from under the shower doors and the hole space gets wet. - hotel drop off zone. The hotel needs to block off a section in the front to allow shuttles and taxi to drop off passengers. There was always a car parked there and when you wanted to get off taxi, you were lottery dropped off in the middle of the street and you had to rush to get out because all the taxi drivers fear the traffic cameras that take photo of you double parked or stand.

The room was very clear anc comfortable. Hotel has a wondetful location in the city. Very friendly and professional service. Good restaurant with breakfast.

Top, one of the best hotels I ever visited, it was my wife's birthday, anything I asked for, the staff immediately tried to do it for me, I asked for a surprise and just did it , the staf are excellent, i ask them to book the restorunds for me, no problem, i ask them to book a day trip to the north, they dit it with a top class driver and a car, our driver was un teacher for eanglish litreture, he was polite, gentleman and speek fluently eanglish a profesional. |i had the best time of my life because of the hotel staff and also the hotel, the position in the center of Yerevan, the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the quality of the bed and the matress, it was a realy big surprice for me, defenatly i will revisit them, paris hotel 10 out of 10, staff of the hotel 1000 out of 10.
