Fantastic location, very nice lobby, rooms were very spacious and loved the extra area that we could separately put a crib. Also loved our room's balcony. Only downside, our room had a strong smell almost like stale air (despite us opening the windows) that we couldn't get used to.

Had a double classic room, which felt small at first but as a solo traveller was actually more than big enough. The ladies on reception were very helpful and attentive. Didn’t try the breakfast but was told it was good. I loved the location - everything within good walking distance and just outside the main centre so was the street was quiet. Only issue was that the fridge in the room didn’t seem to be working. Would stay again if I returned to The Hague

Park Centraal Den Haag is not just a hotel, it’s a mood. Atmospheric, beautifully designed, and perfectly located in the very heart of The Hague, just steps from the main shopping street with its boutiques, cafés, and charming historic streets. Everything worth seeing is within walking distance, and Scheveningen Beach is only about 15 minutes away by transport. A special bonus for me was the stunning hotel lobby — stylish, light-filled, and full of character. A perfect spot for inspiration and an effortless photo shoot. This is one of those rare places where the hotel itself becomes part of the city experience: elegant, visual, and truly memorable. Thank you 🫶

It was a wonderful experience. Very convenient location (in the center of Den Haag). Cozy and clean room with a view of the park, the bathroom was so bright and cozy, like home. Friendly staff. And the opportunity to spend the evening in a quiet, cozy atmosphere. There is billiards in the lounge. Thank you very much, I really liked it. Best wishes, Diana

What a fantastic stay! The location is simply unbeatable — right in the heart of The Hague, with everything within walking distance, yet incredibly calm and peaceful. The hotel itself is elegant and welcoming, with a beautiful, cozy atmosphere from the moment you step inside. Breakfast was a treat: a rich, international buffet served from 7–10 on weekdays and 8–11 on weekends — ideal for both early risers and late sleepers. The lobby is stunning and offers a relaxed bar service until 11pm — perfect for an evening drink. The entire staff was attentive and professional. A special thanks to Giusy, who truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Her kindness and warmth made a real difference. Highly recommended — we can’t wait to return!

My wife and I stayed at Park Centraal Den Haag from 12 to 14 September. The hotel is beautiful and classy, with a very central location and parking available nearby. The rooms were somewhat oddly laid out and not very cosy, though they were functional. Staff interactions were neutral—neither particularly friendly nor unfriendly. Overall, I would only recommend this hotel for a short stay.

At check-in, Jeffrey from the reception team assisted me and made a great first impression. He is very presentable and provided a clear, professional welcome and introduction to the hotel. The cleanliness of both the hotel and the rooms was outstanding. All staff members were extremely helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay — highly recommended.

A pleasant midrange hotel hidden away on a small, charming street, yet convenient to sights and tram lines. Positives: * Attractive, renovated rooms with modern baths and excellent water pressure. (The website refers to Art Deco interior, but there's really no evidence of that style anywhere.) * Some rooms have small balconies that overlook the gardens behind. Request these, as we did, although you may have to pay slightly more. Great for lounging at the end of the day. There's also a common garden in the back that looks inviting; * Efficient staff; * Quiet and clean inside and out; * In-room safes accommodate laptops (mine, anyway). Negatives: * The free wifi was so slow as to be useless. We tried all possible devices at different times of day. Almost nada. Very frustrating. * The buffet breakfast is varied and attractively laid out, but it's really pretty mediocre. Ours was included in the room rate. Under no circumstances should you pay for this. You're better off at one of the cute places down the street. * A front-desk staffer tried to convince my husband that the Gemeentemuseum no longer hosted highlights from the Mauritshuis (which is being renovated). He pressed her to ask a supervisor, at which point she discovered that he was right. Her directions to the tram were accurate, anyway. Really more like 3.5 stars, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and round up.
