Was in town for weekend to attend a wedding. Several of the others at the hotel were attending the same event. The room was great and had my own access to the sun deck which was equipped with very comfortable chairs. The bed was very comfortable and the shared bathrooms were always cleaned and stocked with paper, soaps and shampoo. The social gather spot on the main level was great for our group to gather. Parking was easy and free.

I stayed two nights a Friday & Saturday in July for the low price I did not know what to expect. I found the check in process seamless and was given a tour of the Premises. Everything has a place and the building is spotless. I love the 24 hour access and free parking included. The fully stocked kitchen and spacious common area is outstanding. There are 3 levels to the building. Two excellent Balconies on the top floor. If you have a chance watch the Summer Sun rise from the East Balcony at Sun rise of course. I was lucky enough to have a mostly full moon in the background on Saturday. You can store your bicycle or other equipment. It is also very close to multiple bus stop's a free system in Park City. Do no hesitate to stay here highly recommend.

Couldn’t ask for more. I stayed on the 3rd floor. Got private room with balcony access. I drank a beer and watch the sun set. Estes pizza is right beside the place and the Salt box? is a few building down. They did my laundry and commons area is nice.

Best hostel I've ever stayed at! The location is perfect! There are bars, restaurants, grocery stores, free public transportation, hiking and biking, and live music, all within a short walking distance. The facilities were clean and functional. The staff was great. I asked about goings-on over the 4th of July weekend and was pointed in the right direction every time. I was in a private "sunset room." My neighbors were quiet, the showers were right around the corner, and they have laundry service. Lots of amenities in the community areas too!

Title: Best Kept Secret in Park City – Perfect for Rideshare Drivers, Gamers, and Digital Nomads As a full-time rideshare driver for Uber and Lyft, I need a place that’s more than just a bed — I need strong Wi-Fi, a hot shower, a kitchen to refuel, and a chill environment to recharge. Park City Hostel delivered on all fronts. I picked up the facility day pass, which gave me access to the lounge, showers, kitchen, and high-speed internet — and let me tell you, the Wi-Fi here is elite. I tested it playing Black Ops 6, Modern Warfare III, and League of Legends on my gaming laptop. No lag, no packet loss, consistent low ping — this network is better than most hotels, including Marriott, DoubleTree, AC Hotel, Peaks, Best Western, and even some luxury resorts nearby. The connection is rock solid, and perfect for gamers or remote workers. Beyond the tech, the vibe is super friendly. The people hanging in the lounge were cool and welcoming, and the front desk lady (wish I caught her name) absolutely crushed it. Even on the busiest days, I watched her manage everything with patience and a smile. Great energy, great service. If you’re a traveler, rideshare driver, gamer, or just someone who needs a reliable base for a day or two in Park City — skip the overpriced hotels. This is the smart move.

It was fun, but I had to figure out how to make coffee myself because staff didn’t know how the machine works. Noticeable crumbs, chips and cups on tables from staff themselves, ironically. Cardboard recycling had been full throughout my time there and the garbage and dishwasher is full. Staff stay up past midnight in common area. I’m up before everyone else, check the cameras, oh and the upstairs doors were wide open when I decided to check the balcony for the first time. I’m glad I got to make coffee for myself and others. It’s not fair to those who bust their butts in the busy season. I come from an Army background and believe in standards. The manager, Morrie, is very welcoming and I appreciate such a host who was willing to tour me throughout Park City and give me a tarot card reading. Hope I’ve bookmarked this spot and get a chance to see you again.

This is my second stay at this Hostel. I find the accommodations outstanding for what I am looking for in a place to stay. What makes it truly nice is the staff that works here! They are attentive, friendly, and very helpful. The Cost is economical, there is a big free use kitchen if you want to cook your own meals with a walk-in fridge. They put out a nice spread each morning for your ski day sustenance and also have many eateries very close by if other options are desired. The location is perfect for staying near free transportation to take you anywhere in the City without cost if you use the bus system. I found it easy to navigate and it made the stay much more enjoyable, as I did not need a car. This year I had the unfortunate luck in breaking my leg. This happened the day before I was to leave. The surgery I had prevented me from leaving right away and the Hostel made sure my things were kept in my room and extended my stay for another 2 days without any issue. The staff during this time and after my discharge from the Hospital did everything they could to help me with my struggling situation and not being able to walk. Staff went out of their way to assure I had the things I needed and were so professional and nice about it. The owner even took time out of his day to take me to the airport when it was time to leave. Exceptional Service, Thank you!! I can also say I typically find the guests staying here, engaging and friendly. They also helped me feel at home as friends that had my back and did what they could to help me. This was the same vibe I had about it last year when I stayed. It is a welcoming stay for sure here! I will definitely return to stay hear anytime I am in PC. Thank you for the Great Time along with your Care and Kindness!! Dave

The hostel was a beautiful place to stay, wonderful people running the place and staying. Plenty of volunteers, clean rooms, clean restrooms. Good activities to do after ski hours. I'd recommend this to anybody who would like an alternative to a hotel in the area and still want to meet some social people.

Yelp
First time staying here at the hostel. It was completely lovely. Super clean beds very comfortable. Great common area. Everyone I met was so nice. The breakfast in the morning was reasonable and delicious. I will definitely plan to stay here in the future super cost-effective.

Yelp
We spoke to Morrison and she was so wonderful and accommodating! She has already made us feel so welcomed. Amazing customer service. I wish I could give 10 stars!

Yelp
We had a great time at this hostel. Well kept. Lovely staff. Abundant nerf darts. Incredibly accommodating. The management ( trevor and bri ) were both on-top of their duties and down to hangout with the crew and hit a happy hour when they weren't working. Had good pizza right next door. Hot showers. Warm building. Comfy common room and summer has a great hidden cafe upstairs. Much love to all u pow pow pangolins Ill be back soon lobo howling manatee IV and rainemakesbagles

Yelp
We stayed at the hostel for 3 nights in a private room with bunk beds on the first floor. The first night our room was insanely hot and made sleeping impossible. After complaining the problem was fixed. Our room was next to the common area which was surprisingly quiet with the door closed. The hostel bathrooms are very clean. The hostel provides a light breakfast of bagels/ toast/ hard boiled eggs and cereal which was nice. There were a lot of older men staying at the hostel. And by older I mean over 50 y.o, which was a little weird for a hostel. The bunk beds are pretty uncomfortable, I guess it's a hostel so it's acceptable but after a long day of skiing, It didn't help the sore muscles. Would stay here again if I was on a budget but would probably look at Airbnb first.

Yelp
The vibe is rustic and simple. It's cozy and relaxing. Kind, welcoming staff. It's not on the main drag but very accessible to everything! Would recommend if you like staying in hostels with good character! Thank you!

Yelp
What a delightfully unexpected place! As a single female traveler, the price was right, but what I didn't expect was for it to be so nice. The rooms clean & the bunkbeds were nice, sturdy, not squeaky and the women's only bunk had its own toilet with a hair dryer! Showers were in the hall, but how nice to not have to walk down the hall in all manners of disarray to do my business. A huge common area with tons of seating options, a kitchen and walk in fridge. Plenty of space for everybody. This place really felt like home, and for an introvert who likes her space, that is saying a lot. There were fun activities, the guests were friendly and the staff helpful. For a budget stay, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Yelp
Without a doubt, the best place to stay! You may get more luxuries if you stay in a hotel, although you would sacrifice the charm of meeting new people and the incredible references of things to do in Park City. The hostel is impeccably clean and you couldn't be catered to more at a fraction of the cost. I personally live in Park City, and quarterly have to move out for a week due to my landlord staying in my house, and have never gotten the hospitality I experience at the park city hostel. Shout out to bre, and the rest of the other staff that makes this charming place possible!

Yelp
I rented an entire 6 bedroom dorm, for my husband and I (because this room had a window and was only a little bit more than the other dorm without a window). Because of COVID, the rooms are private, which we loved. We decided after booking to invite our friends to come along since we had extra beds. We had two additional people come with us. When we checked in on Jan 23rd, they said they had it marked down for 3 people, but not a problem for the fourth, they just needed to get an extra set of sheets and towels. It was later explained that our reservation showed 3 and not 2 because they need to block off 3 beds to close a room to other reservations. So, the next day, on the 24th, we all went snowboarding and had a great time, and then arrived, exhausted, at our room. As soon as we stepped into our room, we stood at the doorway to take off our boots to not track water/ dirt in, and then a man from the receptionist desk pushed the door open and said, quite loudly, "There are 5 people in here." We were so confused. We said, "No, there are 4 people here." And he said, "Well you need to pay extra for the additional people. $100." We were thrown off guard by his burst in, and were also still confused. He explained that the room is sold by bed, not per room (like I thought), and we still owed them money. I asked why didn't they tell this to us at the check in? He said they just didn't catch it but "lucky he was paying attention." Before I went to pay I checked their site and it does say that, I didn't read the conditions thoroughly enough. So just make sure you are reading very carefully or you may end up paying way more than you expected. While it was very annoying to have someone burst in on us demanding more money, I understand that it was what was owed. What we had an issue with the way it was brought up- unprofessional- it felt very accusatory, like we had to defend ourselves. After we paid he tried to make small talk and ask about the snow conditions, which I felt was an attempt to kind of backtrack on the way he initially approached us, but I was too upset to be in the mood to be cheery and chatty. It completely killed the mood for the rest of the night. Now about the hostel- bathrooms were kept clean, hardly any choices for breakfast (kitchen not really available to use because of COVID) so we ate out for breakfast, was pretty quiet at night, beds not too comfortable, about 5 mins drive from the lifts, there were a lot of people in the common area not wearing masks that were not eating / drinking. Would not stay again just based on our experience.

Yelp
Hostel definitely not worth the money! 1. Broken freezer - The freezer was broken, so I was not able to store food for my trip. I even called the hostel prior to ask about the kitchen amenities, and was told it was a fully functioning kitchen. I contacted the hostel manager about the broken freezer, and he responded that it was unreasonable of me to expect a freezer. I disagree. Another hostel guest said the freezer had been broken for at least a month. 2. Failure to update info for travelers board - I arrived at the hostel on March 23 and was excited to see activities posted. I love seeing info like that when I arrive to a new place! Problem was...The board was showing activities from March 12-16, more than a week behind. 3. Complementary breakfast not as advertised - Pictures of the breakfast show bagels, coffee, fresh fruit and eggs. The breakfast pictured in the poster looked wonderful! Problem was...the actual breakfast looked nothing like the poster - no bagels, no fresh fruit, no eggs. Actually, on the second morning of my stay, the hostel ran out of coffee. 4. Moldy, water-damaged bathroom - The bathroom behind the kitchen had a smell that nearly made me vomit! Seriously, enter at your own risk! The cost of a dorm bed for a night is too much given the above issues.

Yelp
This my first stay at a Hostel in 30 years. It was a fantastic experience. First and foremost are the people that run it. They will do anything to make sure you have a great stay. One standout is Erik. Super cool guy. It is clean and very tastefully decorated. Tile showers and granite etc etc. The big living room kitchen etc is well equipped and a great gathering place for really cool people (at least during my stay). Will be back soon.

Yelp
Eric, Clayton, and Nick were incredibly helpful and made our experience excellent and fun! My girlfriend and I just stayed for a week at this wonderful place! We had a cozy room across from the large clean bathrooms and opening right on the main gathering room on the first floor! Plenty of people to meet ,but amazingly quiet when we shut our door and needed to rest. It had a bar and behind it a full kitchen, walk-in freezer and dishes and silverware that you use and wash, and put back. The friendly staff put out all kinds of breakfast makings in the morning, good coffe!, and people from everywhere! Access to all cooking and preparing areas. Eric had hotdogs ready for everyone one night ,which was well received by all of us. Never crowded , felt very comfortable. SO close to easy bus access to Skiing!! Park City, and the Canyons all available on our ski passes and Deer Valley was also available on a separate pass, no boarders, limited numbers, and a great restaurant with fondue. I never stayed at a better hostel with top notch facilities and a wonderful staff! Thanks Clayton, Eric , and Nick for making our stay great! Linda From Ohio and Lu from Florida

Yelp
Brie and team were awesome. They were able to accommodate 20 of us, all comfortably in our own rooms. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and showers hot. The downstairs is a great place to unwind and watch tv and play pool. The local bus is right at the doorstep and can get you on the mountain in 15 minutes if you're skiing or 15 minutes if you're heading to Main St. Would recommend staying here to anyone going to PC and want a Ferrari experience for a Honda price.

Yelp
This place is awesome! The staff is super relaxed and friendly and you have access to the kitchen and hang out area is great down stairs with pool table and TV. The rooms are nice and everyone is really friendly, great place to meet people if you're in Park City alone!

Yelp
Eric and Nick are incredible. They were extremely easy to work with, and they run an incredibly beautiful Hostel. It's actually one of the nicest hostels I've stayed at yet and I've been hopping around LA, San Diego, Colorado, and Mammoth. Their rates are extremely reasonable for the establishment they run!

Yelp
I read many reviews about this place before coming out to Utah, and besides the occasional complaint, I only heard good things. This place exceed expectations. Clean and tidy place with welcoming and extremely helpful staff. They went above and beyond answering questions about the area, the slopes, restaurants, etc. as well as specific requests to have something make my stay a little better even if it meant they had to go out of their way. Not to mention the location was excellent. It was a 15 min. bus ride to the slopes but the bus stops directly in front of the hostel. I highly recommend this place and I'd definitely stay here again!

Yelp
Awesome hostel. My husband was not keen on staying in a hostel as a couple but agreed since I could get a private room and everything is so expensive for Sundance. The room was small but had some shelving and drawers so we could unpack a little. They even had a fan and white noise machine. I love the noise machine so much that I already ordered it on Amazon. Even when people were in the common room chatting it up, between the noise machine and well insulated room, it was super quiet and comfy. It was a little weird being in a room without a window but it was too our advantage to be able to stay out late and sleep in without any daylight waking us up. Everything was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The only challenge is that it's hard to find because of the signage. It is 2 doors down from Este Pizza. Bus service in to downtown is right around the corner. This place rocks and is perfect for Sundance.
