花蓮假期飯店 Hualien Holiday Hotel

We had a thoroughly pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are impressively spacious and featured large, comfortable twin beds that ensured a great night's sleep. It’s clear that both the lobby and the rooms are well-maintained and thoughtfully furnished. ​The location is unbeatable, with a fantastic variety of local food options surrounding the hotel. Dongdamen Night Market is 800m and Pacific Park (太平洋公園) is 1 km away. We also found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. Practicalities were a breeze too; there is a large car park located right behind the hotel with a very convenient back-door entrance. Highly recommended for a stress-free stay!

one of the best and price worth hotels I have stayed in Taiwan. We had a family room and it was spacious. huge toilet. It was clean and comfortable! Will definitely be back. It is good for business traveller too. The breakfast was surprisingly quite good! Free parking and coin laundry to use. The facility is well maintained! The lobby was welcoming, clean and spacious with marbled flooring!! Staff was extremely friendly because I left my items in the fridge and they took the initiative to email me to inform!

Nice place. Front door looks small but it's actually rather big hotel. Room only has a single vertical window that can't be opened. Bathroom generous size. Bathtub nice and big. Bed is comfortable though the pillows are a tad soft. Free breakfast at the basement. Free coffee and tea with snacks at level 1. There's a tiny gym on level 2 and a laundromat on level 5 Overall quite a good experience. Not luxurious but comfortable.

I'd class the hotel as 4-star on Taiwanese standards with friendly staff, good breakfast selection, nice rooms with a laundry on site. We were on a round island cycle tour so were able to store our bikes in the lobby and using the laundry was most welcome! Great location within an easy walk of the city centre and the enormous night market.

I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The best spread out of all my stays in Taiwan. I had issues is with my initial allotted room however upon on feedback they changed my room immediately. The other room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

The hotel is 4-Star. I think its ok. The room was spacious, clean, toilet also clean. Only i think i it should consider to upgrade or renovate it. I really do not like bathtub and shower together.. the shower head also very old. Bed is comfortable, clean. Only pillow is too flat... come with breakfast. The food variety is less but ok.

Stayed here for 2 nights and we were very satisfied with what the hotel provided. Its strategic location in the heart of the city makes it reaching out to the nearby attractions and eateries with ease. The room is reasonably large enough for 2 persons, it is clean and with all toiletries provided. The breakfast provided is mostly local fare however the main dishes didn’t repeat in the two consecutive mornings. The freshly brew coffee from the machine is good too. The only downside was the air conditioner which couldn’t be controlled. The temp kept on dropping below the preset temp, we’re left shivering until we turned off the air conditioner. Overall our hotel stay is value of money and I would recommend anyone to check it out.
