I'd class the hotel as 4-star on Taiwanese standards with friendly staff, good breakfast selection, nice rooms with a laundry on site. We were on a round island cycle tour so were able to store our bikes in the lobby and using the laundry was most welcome! Great location within an easy walk of the city centre and the enormous night market.

The hotel is 4-Star. I think its ok. The room was spacious, clean, toilet also clean. Only i think i it should consider to upgrade or renovate it. I really do not like bathtub and shower together.. the shower head also very old. Bed is comfortable, clean. Only pillow is too flat... come with breakfast. The food variety is less but ok.

Had a fantastic stay at Park View Hotel in Hualien! The staff, especially receptionist Yan, was incredibly helpful and friendly, making check-in smooth and providing great recommendations. The room was super clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hualien!

Park City Hotel in Hualien offers excellent value for money. Its prime location is a major plus, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The free parking on-site is a convenient perk, especially for those exploring the area by car. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable but smelly. However, the breakfast buffet, while sufficient for local tastes, may be a bit limited for Western travelers. It would be beneficial to offer a wider variety of international breakfast options. Overall, Park City Hotel is a solid choice for a budget-friendly stay in Hualien.

I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The best spread out of all my stays in Taiwan. I had issues is with my initial allotted room however upon on feedback they changed my room immediately. The other room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Stayed here for 2 nights and we were very satisfied with what the hotel provided. Its strategic location in the heart of the city makes it reaching out to the nearby attractions and eateries with ease. The room is reasonably large enough for 2 persons, it is clean and with all toiletries provided. The breakfast provided is mostly local fare however the main dishes didn’t repeat in the two consecutive mornings. The freshly brew coffee from the machine is good too. The only downside was the air conditioner which couldn’t be controlled. The temp kept on dropping below the preset temp, we’re left shivering until we turned off the air conditioner. Overall our hotel stay is value of money and I would recommend anyone to check it out.

Very small room with almost no window. No hooks in the bathroom! Air conditioning cannot be regulated. No reading light. Drinking. water dispenser only in the lobby. Water not quite cold. Breakfast OK, simple, Chinese. Not much choice. Located far from any sightseeing, half an hour march to the night market. Seven/Eleven nearby.

Great location, big and new hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable, also have everything that you may need inside. Free laundry room that you can use, also dryer. There is big fitness room. Breakfast is big, more their cuisine, but you easily can find something on your taste and also good coffee from coffee machine. On the first floor there is waiting area with a lot of space and also coffee and tea. Staff is mega helpful and welcoming. Big plus big free parking. Highly recommended.
