Park City Peaks Hotel is an easy drive to Main Street. The hotel was super quiet even though they are renovating the hotel. The underground parking was nice but a bit of a mess due to the renovation. The breakfast was good and had sausage, eggs, potatoes, breakfast breads and fruit. The common areas and rooms were clean. They are building a nice outdoor areas that will be nice once it is finished, but for now the view is a construction site. The staff were all very helpful and nice.

Check-in was easy. We are in a third floor room overlooking the back food truck dining area. It's very quiet on a Monday night. We were able to park in the parking garage, which was nice. I'm sure it's not available most of the time. We did get a discounted rate due to major construction and honestly, it didn't bother us much coming in after 6 PM. Breakfast is available, but unfortunately, the restaurant pub is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The room is big and nice some mid-century touches which frankly I like, but it looks like they're remodeling two more modern work. The pool and workout room and whirlpool were all closed due to the construction. We are also told there it will be no hot water after 9 AM so that must be an intermittent problem. None of those things affected. Our stay in. The location is perfect just on the edge of the main part of town.

Positive: Our stay at Park City Peaks Hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel is very clean ? with beautiful mountain views that made our stay feel like a retreat. Negative: Nothing

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. We booked months in advance through Booking com. The booking did not have a free cancellation policy. When we arrived, the hotel was undergoing renovations, which we knew about. However, the pool and gym were also closed. I didn't know that, and we had just finished a 10-day road trip and wanted to relax and do some sport units. We spoke to the hotel manager at the desk, and he was completely understanding and canceled our booking on Booking com, including refunding us. Great, and thank you so much! We'll definitely be back in the USA sometime, and I would book this hotel again.

Our stay was perfect. Chad was great checking us in and keeping constant contact with us by text. They are under construction but not an interference at all. Breakfast was yummy. The restaurant and bar were awesome. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Bailey and his manager were so nice. I’m a hard customer when it comes to drinks and I ask for a drink off the menu. They both made it to perfection. We are building a house near by, will be staying there for all visits.

We have travelled extensively throughout the World. We have never encountered a hotel that was as horrible as the Peaks. We had a prepaid reservation at the Peaks for arrival on 07/03/2025, which was the day before the July 4th holiday weekend. My wife, who is hemiplegic, and I arrived at the Peaks at 5:30 PM on 07/03/2025. There was a sign on the entrance door stating that the Peaks was closed. I looked through the glass entrance doors and saw a lobby that was demolished and under construction. It was obvious that the construction had begun well before we made our reservation. There were two contact phone numbers on the closed notice on the door. I called the first number and was told that I had to call the other number. I called the second number and was told that they would do nothing to help us find alternative lodgings. As far as Peaks was concerned, my hemiplegic wife and could sleep on the street. Luckily, we found an alternate hotel. Later I left messages for the Peaks manager to call me and for the Peaks' reservation service to call me. Idid not receive the courtesy of a call back from either. Would you really want to support such a horrific hotel as is the Peaks? It is my individual, personal, subjective opinion, belief, and interpretation that I was ripped off by this company.  Therefore, it is my individual, personal, subjective opinion, belief, and interpretation that the company is incompetent, dishonest, and/or unethical.  The foregoing review solely provides my individual, personal, subjective opinions, beliefs, and interpretations. We just returned from an unexpected stay at the Peaks Hotel. After our original accommodation canceled on us last minute, we lucked into one of the last available rooms there. Everything was so far beyond our expectations! From the morning breakfast to the amazing sauna, steam room, multiple hot tubs and indoor outdoor pool, parking, cookies at 4PM, was just above and beyond. All the staff was amazing but the standout was Art who took amazing care of us under the extenuating circumstances. We are super grateful to him and his amazing personality and customer service. What could’ve been a nightmare situation ended up probably being better than where we would’ve been, we can’t wait to come back!

From theirwebsite - "We will make sure that each guest experiences the warmest do-anything-we can-to-make-your-stay-amazing service" - Well did not experience any of that. The reception we had was cool to say the least It was the least welcoming introduction we've had in 15 days of being in the US in various establishments. Had to ask what time breakfast was, where was breakfast room, where was the elevator 🤷‍♀️. The room was OK except neither socket where the single bedside light was plugged in worked. We had to move the lamp to the other side which involved trailing the wire across the room. Breakfast was the least palatable we've had - no yogurt, eggs tasteless. We assume full rate was not charge due to the construction work but paying more would certainly expect much better!

Yelp
My mom and I stayed at Peaks Hotel for one night and all I can say is that I wish we stayed longer. The hotel itself was amazing, especially with all amenities available! Additionally, Park City is such a cute place to visit so we wish we had more time to explore. I highly recommend taking advantage of the pools, sauna, gym and the restaurant all available at the hotel. We also had great staff during check in. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. Our waitress was amazing and such a hard worker. She answered all of our questions with a smile. If you are in the area, I recommend this hotel!

Yelp
My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights. I am giving the 5 star rating not because this is a 5 star hotel but because it is everything I would want at the price point it is. It is clean, comfortable and convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were able to conveniently ski at Park City and Canyons by taking either hotel shuttle or Park City bus, both right in front of hotel. The hotel shuttle is great for getting to and from mountain and to town at night. The drivers were extremely courteous. Breakfast is fine and had what we needed but afternoon hot chocolate and fresh cookies were a real treat.

Yelp
Recently had a great stay at Park City Peaks. Rooms were clean, modern and very comfortable beds. Reasonable for the price. Convenient location a quick drive to Park City or Deer Valley and also offer shuttles there every 30 minutes. Ski rental place in the hotel very easy if you're renting. Pool and hot tub (indoor and outdoor) was great for the kids as well.

Yelp
Beware!! 30 day cancellation notice. Expedia should remove them from their list of hotels as their "cancellation policy" is unrealistic. I called the hotel to explain our emergency to only encounter unprofessionalism from both Abraham at the front desk and Niko the manager. I cannot recommend this hotel! Emergencies occur within 24-48 hours so therefore i feel their "policy" is unethical.

Yelp
My friend an I stayed here on a recent ski vacation. I think a lot of the bad reviews here are pre-renovation. The hotel was clean and nicely appointed. All of the staff members were super friendly and helpful. The ski shuttle operators were super friendly and the shuttle service was prompt and efficient. They got you to the mountain and to Main street pretty easily. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel as well. There was complimentary breakfast - I can't say it was great (powdered eggs, meh potatoes, simple breads and cereals, yogurts, bananas, etc.), but it did the trick. There was a cookie and cocoa happy hour every day from 4-6PM. Live music on Fridays and Saturdays (at least during ski season). The hot tub was large and hot. The hotel is a little loud in the AM due to ski boots clunking around. The water in the lobby was almost always empty and the fruit needed to be changed out of the dispenser. The lemons were giving off a gross taste. Also, the lighting in the rooms is pretty terrible and the mini-fridges are not food-safe (drinks only). There's no store or anything in the hotel and the bar, in the restaurant, opens at 4. All and all no real complaints just minor inconveniences here and there. My friend and I are already planning our return trip and will be staying at this hotel again.

Yelp
On a road trip and we planned to stop here for two nights. After a smooth check-in, we went to the little Italian restaurant in the hotel. We had the Fig pizza (amazing) and a couple drinks. Excellent service and great food/ambiance. The room was comfy, clean and safe. Pool/spa area was just what we needed after a long day of driving. The morning complimentary breakfast was good, about what you'd expect from a free hotel breakfast. We had a situation where we had to leave after only one of the two nights I booked. With a full understanding of their refund policy, I didn't think they would refund me the second night. I asked the desk if they could but the attendant had to talk to the manager and he wasn't there. She left him a note to call me. I figured he probably wouldn't so we left, chalking it up to a loss. Not long after we left, the manager called me back. After I explained our situation, he said he would look at the bill and see. 3 minutes later he texted me with a full refund of the second night. Very, very cool. If/when I'm in Park City, I'll be staying here.

Yelp
Peaks Hotel is phenomenal. The service is great. Isabella at the Front Desk delivers exceptional customer service. The rooms are beautiful and the pet policy is very friendly. We will always stay here on future trips - it was memorable.

Yelp
Nice hotel in Park City. The hotel was fine for its purpose of housing you overnight, and exploring throughout the day. We went during winter and it was very snowy. It was nice that they had shuttles running to, and from the slopes, as well as to downtown. The downtown shuttle doesn't start until later in the day, which was a little annoying, but it's easy to catch an Uber From the spot to anywhere you desire. There is also a indoor outdoor swimming, pool and hot tub, which we did not partake in, but there were several people who did and had a great time. They have a nice restaurant inside, which I did a separate review on, so go check that out if you're looking for pictures of the food. My three big negatives are as follows. The walls are very thin, and at night when you're trying to sleep unless you have a noise machine, you're going to hear any movement in the hallway and any children that might be staying around you. The housekeeping situation. You need to let them know 24 hours in advance. If you want your room to be made up, and sometimes they cannot accommodate you, and when they can accommodate you, you don't get a real sense of when you need to be out of your room for them to make it up. Finally, the front desk didn't feel the most knowledgeable about everything that was going on. We had an issue with what card we want it to be charged to the room, and we also wanted to go downtown and they put us on a bus that went to the slopes. It was a little bit of a mess. But if you're looking for a place to lay your head at night, and go out during the day, this fits the bill.

Yelp
Pros: We loved the heated pools, hot tubs, steam room and sauna! They provide cookies and hot coco (or in our case lemonade) in the afternoons which is a fun touch. The rooms are decent and the bed was pretty comfortable. The free breakfast was 4/5. It was a little better than your average free hotel breakfast but definitely not the best I've had. Cons: The halls had a funky smell and I was disappointed that there was not live music at night as advertised. THE WORST part was the communication before hand. I called 3 separate times before our stay trying to get a hold of someone to ask a question about our stay and the phone just kept ringing and ringing and ringing. Finally the 3rd time I sat on the phone for 15 minutes before someone finally answered. They definitely need to fix that.

Yelp
Great stay with Park City Peaks. Rooms were spacious and designed well. Staff went out of their way to take care of me and check in early. Really enjoyed their indoor / outdoor pool that included stream room and sauna. Perfect way to relax after using the fitness center.

Cole P.

Yelp
Very nice hotel. Just don't let them put you in room 335 or one nearby, the gym is right below and when the treadmill is in use it shakes the whole room violently. Woke us up 3 times during the early morning.

Yelp
Really pleased with our stay here. Came for the skiing, like most people. Breakfast was good, room was comfy, afternoon hot cocoa and cookies was a nice touch after getting off the mountain. I loved the sauna and they also had a steam room, an indoor hot tub and outdoor hot tub, and a big pool you can swim to connect from in to out. Our kids loved that. They have a ski shuttle and that came in handy. Get there at 8:20 if you want to be on the lifts at opening. The lobby was cute and cozy with a fireplace and a place to stash your skis so you don't have to keep them in your room. Clearly an old hotel with lots of upgrades and cute finishing touches (wooden key? So chic). Would def stay again.

Yelp
We stayed for a few nights when we went to ski at Park City. Hotel was very clean. Staff was amazing. They had free shuttle to Park city and Deer Valley. The drivers were very friendly. They had complimentary continental breakfast and cookies/cocoa in the afternoon. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back

Yelp
I had a nice stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean and the lobby was nice. I really liked the pool - it was pretty large and there was an indoor and outdoor portion. The hot tub was nice to relax in too. The staff here were also friendly and helpful.

Sam H.

Yelp
Good value at $150 including taxes and fees. Lobby is pleasant but rooms were just ok. Hallway and room carpets need a good shampoo. Both smell musky. Bedrooms are a little dark - need more lightings. Beds are comfortable - particularly if you like mattresses on the softer side.

Yelp
We were here for a wedding with a large group of wedding guests and asked for a late check out due to a delayed flight. Rachel at the front desk was incredibly unaccommodating and downright nasty and told us no even though there were no guests coming and housekeeping was not waiting. She then gave us an hour only until noon. Rachel made us go upstairs to the housekeeping mgr to see if we could get any later This woman gave us til 1. We were in the lobby and all checked out at 1:13 and she actually charged us for another night stay!! Housekeeping was in no rush to get in and there were no incoming guests! She spoke with the rudest manner and treated us as an inconvenience not the paying guests we are. Rachel made no attempt to make us happy and showed zero effort to accommodate our needs. And not only will we never stay here again but we will make sure all of our many friends do not either Many of our friends frequent Park City and will spread the word at what horrible customer service the Peaks provides. Do not stay here unless you want to be treated with disrespect and pure unprofessionalism.

Yelp
The positive We loved the breakfast. The room was very clean. The pool looked great but we did not use it. Staff was very nice and friendly ( except for one). The negatives when checking in we were not told about the parking structure. We struggled the whole stay for parking. You can use your room key to get into the parking garage. The gym was directly below us so if someone was running on the treadmill the room and furniture shook like crazy. They do yoga in the room next door so they move furniture around. It was so loud it woke my daughter up. Definitely reserve the restaurant or it is difficult to get in.

Yelp
At The Peaks Hotel ; Both ice machines on the first floor were broken. When we went to the front desk to address this, they sent housekeeping to clean them. Cleaning them is not the issue. They need to get a service company out here to fix these ice machines. The hotel shuttle will not take you to Canyon ski area five minutes down the road. You have to take the local bus. The hotel shuttle will take you to Park city ski area, and also Deer Valley resort. The Hotel should modify the time schedule to accommodate going to The Canyons Ski Resort. It's really not that far. Maybe 5 minutes each way There is a free breakfast, but it's pretty basic and the same thing is put out every day. The rooms are decent size, but could be a little bit bigger. There's only a bench to put a suitcase in the room. The other persons suitcase would have to go on the floor. There's rumors this Hotel might change to a Hilton or Marriott ownership and maybe that would fix the issues with the property. The location is good, and is in close proximity to all three ski areas and in the valley

Yelp
We stayed just one night on a Saturday. Overall pretty pleased with the experience. Nice hotel in a good location only minutes from downtown. We did not ski but they had a ski bus stop right in front of the place with ski storage on site. Good amenities - loved the indoor/outdoor pool area with sauna and steam room. Room was quality. Stairways had a weird smell but everything was clean. Only real bad thing was communication with the front desk. We had a problem with our reservation so we tried calling the front desk and we had to try like 3 different times before someone would answer our call. Overall a good experience though and would recommend.

Yelp
I thought this place is was an absolute gem...The front desk staff are friendly but watch out for the manager - she's a judgmental ‍ witch If you don't fit into her categories. We love the heated pools and jacuzzis. The outdoor hot tub is absolutely phenomenal, especially when it snows. The on-site restaurant is also a great - the first few days were great and then the awful manager and construction in our hallway was horrid

Karen G.

Yelp
Hotel is tired. Some of our furniture laminate must have peeled. It's patched with scotch tape! Minimalist in many ways. Water stained ceilings in bathroom and bedroom spaces. Overall the entire place needs some TLC.

Yelp
Nice cute Scandinavian hotel! You can tell it's old, but that's the charm. The elevator from the parking garage seemed a little wonky but it did the job. They have a small covered parking lot that takes you right up to your room by elevator. It's close to Main Street which is also perfect! We didn't get to explore the hotel much since there was a wedding going on, but we could see a fire pit and cute outdoor area. Nice little staycation!

Yelp
Mariana at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating. She made our stay very special. My daughter loves this place. Thanks again

Yelp
I loved this hotel! It was the perfect thing for me and my girlfriends to get away for the weekend. We came to Park City to spoil ourselves a bit and one thing we really wanted was some fun bath robes, which this hotel provided! We were super excited about it, and throughly enjoyed them! They were very comfy and warm and made us feel pampered :) The rooms in general are good--they look nice and are very clean. The bathroom area isn't very big, but it didn't bother me much. I guess it would've been nice to have an extra mirror in the room somewhere because the only one was above the sink. But overall, they have nice, comfortable rooms! We loved the big TV that was mounted on the wall. One of my favorite parts of staying here was their pool area! They have both an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub, and it's just a fun place to hang out and relax for a bit. They even had a steam room and sauna! During the peak season, they also have a popular restaurant (the Versante) at the hotel that will deliver to the pool! I wish I would've been there for that because it sounded awesome to me...but they don't do that in the summer. Overall, I definitely recommend this place and would come here again! It's a bit pricey, but so are most places in Park City. It was just what we needed for a fun, relaxing weekend getaway!

Yelp
Had the opportunity to stay here while at an event at a local National Park.... Very Nice accommodations.... Clean rooms ///quiet/// We we're only there for well 8 hours.... Left early in the morning/// they have a continental breakfast but we were already gone/// access to pool ( indoor/outdoor) would Love the opportunity to have a longer stay here.. I did enjoy

Yelp
I have stayed here 2 times now and both were as a stopover from the Bay Area to Denver so not really as a guest who is going to be hanging out using all the amenities. Overall I have been very happy both times. The rooms have been very clean and updated and the bathroom is a nice size, especially the shower (although they could have done a better job with the floor of the showers, but whatever, just a picky design detail on my part). It has been quiet both times, although over Labor Day it wasn't until 11pm when it got quiet because of events happening at the hotel. The staff have always been very welcoming and accommodating. While I would love it to be closer to town, it isn't very far. The only thing I would say is that this time we had to eat in the restaurant onsite and I will never do that again. Good service, but the food was not very good especially for the price. However, I will write a separate review for that so the stars do not reflect that disappointing part of our trip there.

v w.

Yelp
Nice hotel. Modern and comfortable great free breakfast, friendly staff and nice amenities but room 140 is terrible. NOISY! Close to lobby and next to and under a staircase. DO NOT STAY IN THIS ROOM. YOU WILL NOT GET ANY REST.
google avatar

Maritza S.

Yelp
Fun hot tub. Fun people. Fun pool. Fun lobby. All about mood and vibe. They could've picked us up from main st faster, their shuttle is jot to be trusted on the way back- but on the way out of the hotels in the am, it's a well oiled machine!

Yelp
This review is solely a reflection of how poorly management is handling the pandemic. We did a PCR test in anticipation of our trip (even though we were just flying domestic, but things in NY are crazy) and lab results came in late on the very same day we were traveling. We obviously took the decision of not doing the trip. Knowing that we booked a non-refundable fare, we called the property and asked them not for a refund, but a future credit and a reservation for even more nights the very next week. The answer was a respectful "no, we will stick to our policy". It's hard for me to understand how the manager gave more value to keep the fare for a night of stay rather than showing sensitivity towards the circumstances and, at the same time, ensuring more business for the immediate future. Needless to say we won't be coming back to the property.

Yelp
Front desk Manager Sara. General manager is Stephanie They advertised a special cancellation, Then they called me to change their policy and take a deposit that wasn't agreed-upon. They did this through both Hotel.Com and Booking.Com. Seems as if they're pulling a "bait and switch." They do not stand by their mistakes. I've never had this type of problem with the hotels before on either Hotel.Com or Booking.Com, but somehow the weasel around hotel.Com and Booking.Com's policies.

Yelp
Nice 3 star. I'd come again for the pool area. Not very sound proof. Free breakfast if okay and hotel restaurant is a no+go next time

Posh fun hip hotel! Great price for the room! Clean and quiet! Great location too! Will stay again!

Yelp
Made a reservation through booking, could not get the full 3 days I needed so I booked what I could Sat/Sun night and got another room at another hotel. My whole family was staying at this hotel (24 people) . My Aunt called the Manager at the hotel and was able to get me a room for the full 3 nights. I cancelled the Friday night booking at the other hotel but didnt realize I needed to cancel this one, I mean if you make a reservation in your name twice with the same credit card - surely common sense would kick off and the person who reserved the room would cancel the other. I did not realize this till it hit my credit card on 12/16 . I called immediately that day to cancel with the hotel and through Booking to cancel . They both said they would make an exception and refund my full amount $571 because I had another room. I never got a credit issued. Today when I talked to Jaquiline the CS Mgr. I got a tough crap its less than 30 days, you can come back again this year only and use your credit. Cant really take 2 vacations in the same season . I am very disappointed that they would not honor the full cancellation and now I am stuck staying at a hotel I want no part of because they are keeping my $571. I am thoroughly disgusted and it will be difficult to enjoy myself here. No credit towards restaurants or anything. I just had to eat the entire amount.

Yelp
Don't do it! I was in a pickle and needed a quick 2 day rest stop from being on - road trip and booked this hotel. First off, it's very dorm college like and you can hear the people upstairs moving/stomping around. Noise really does travel in the hallway due to the flimsy walls and doors. After further inspection the towels were dingy and the room hadn't been properly cleaned from dog hair. I find that pretty gross and will never stay at a hotel where dogs are allowed. Finally, you can hear the dog down the hallway barking. Oh! It doesn't stop...a small breakfast is offered in the AM and there is no social distancing and courtesy to not touch everything you see. Lots of people hanging in the lobby area removing their mask to eat. Go outside! Any who following this hotel stay I moved over to Park City Hotel and that was amazing! Don't give yourself a headache and don't book here.

Yelp
Overall it was a decent place for the price. Cons and pros of staying here.. Cons: Smaller rooms than usual for a hotel. Carpets in room left our feet dirty when walking barefoot. Remote control batteries were near dead and TV often needed to find signal. Restaurant food was ok, forgot half our order. Key card to room had to be reset 2 times locking us out. Really thin walls. Too much bleach in the pool left some of our swim gear and suits with bleach stains. Pool water was fairly cold, kids didn't seem to care though. Beds were super noisy just to sit on. Pros: Friendly staff. Texting service for anything you need was nice. Very close to the main Park City Trails. Contemporary feel to rooms, pretty and comfortable beds, except for the noise as you stir in your sleep. Nice bond fire outside in the evening. Fun little market set up outside of the restaurant. This hotel is located right in between Tanger Outlets and Main St Park City. It was the perfect location. Hope this helps your decisions. Wouldn't recommend for a family on young children like us but adults or couples would be the ideal place to stay.

Yelp
Best value around. Especially in Park City. The location is great and the service is exceptional! Their shuttle service is legit and super helpful. Onsite ski rental, easy storage system, and great happy hour cookies! And the on-site restaurant has yummmnn food and great pizza! We had a 4 night stay and highly recommend this hotel. It's not super fancy or stuffy. Really family friendly. Only negatives to prepare for is their hot tub outside is more like a warm tub... and the steam room and sauna are in much need of updating. Nothing worse than a cool sauna and steam room. And the bedrooms are a bit small with tiny bathrooms... so if that's no biggie than this place is a gem and a really great experience. I'll def be back when visiting Park City/Deer Valley.

Yelp
DISGUSTING and unacceptable customer service given by the manager himself, Art De La Rosa. Called the establishment (20mins prior to booking) to confirm availability and parking only to arrive to a cancelled reservation based on my Semi Truck, when I was told directly that semi-truck parking WAS ALLOWED. People tend to forget how their stores get stocked - TRUCK DRIVERS. I was looked at like a "worthless truck driver", meanwhile I'm away from my family and home for weeks at a time. I work a hard and demanding job for a Fortune 500 top Moving Company and just needed a place to stay so I could reset my hours. Shame on you for the blatant disrespect you displayed. You have a job to communicate with people, to be understanding and to show kindness ... you have completely failed at that. Art De La Rosa, you DO NOT belong in hospitality.

James S.

Yelp
Almost everything was perfect about this property. The free breakfasts included were all great, the hot tub, steam room, and sauna were terrific, the hot chocolate and cookies every afternoon from 4-6 were a nice amenity, the lobby facilities were beautiful, and the room was lovely. About the only room for improvement would be to have more frequent pick up service from the ski resort. The other hotels all seem to have more frequent pick up service than Peaks. My son and I had to wait for a long time out in the cold, and he couldn't even fit in the van because such a crowd had built up. He had to take the regular town bus shuttle, which eventually got him back to the hotel, but not with me.

Yelp
LOVEDDDDD this hotel. Super clean and tidy! We have zero issues! The rooms are darling and have a retro feel to them. Complimentary coffee and tea in our room, which is rare! They also include robes to wear which we wore down to the pool area, crazy soft! The room has a safe and a mini fridge as well. We went down to the steam room, hot tub, sauna, and pool. All AMAZING! Again, every clean and well kept and the water was nice temperature. We will for sure come back and get a room here again with the great experience we had. The staff was really nice and personable as well, so that just puts a cherry on top!

Yelp
This is a great place to stay for the price. We were going to stay at an actual resort and this ended up saving us $500 for only two nights. The hotel is tastefully updated in mid modern rustic, very clean and they serve a great breakfast buffet. The indoor/outdoor pools, spas and saunas were perfectly spotless and updated as well. The restaurant is an absolute gem as well. All in all this is a great place to stay, clean, hospitable and very close to historic park city. Would recommend.

Yelp
I'm writing this waiting for the second day in a row for the breakfast that is supposed to be out at 7am that's not. So if you have to catch a flight and your hoping to get breakfast don't stay here. Also, I travel a lot and this one the noisiest hotels I've ever stayed at. Look elsewhere.

Yelp
Double booked in error for same days. When I canceled through Booking.com and calling the hotel , no problem. See photos for confirmation. Called again when I did not see credit. Was told tough crap too late , not even a credit to use while I am forced to stay there now because too late to cancel and a lot of family is meeting here this weekend. JAN 14. IT SUCKS TO HAVE TO THROW $ 571 AWAY WHEN THEY WERE ABLE TO QUICKLY FILL THE ROOM AND THOSE FUNDS COULD HAVE BEEN EASILY DIVERTED ELSEWHERE. Who would want to be around that kind of staff.

Yelp
Peaks hosted the Orlando Ski and Travel Club for a week of skiing/boarding. They were fantastic! Served a simple breakfast in the morning and then shuttled us to the mountain. Great onsite restaurant, Versante.

Yelp
Look at all those wonderful pictures of the remodeled rooms. Unfortunately, I didn't get one of those. Instead, I got a room that resembled a Motel 6 Room. If your whole purpose is to go skiing or snowboarding at Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) or the other local mountain resorts, the Peaks is conveniently located. However, I think there were more negatives than positives about this place. Breakfast was a big disappointment. I really wanted a real breakfast and not items that can be purchased off the shelf. I'd recommend heading to the ski resort for a real breakfast. Their main restaurant only opens at 3pm which is pretty lame. It pretty much forces you to leave the hotel to have a decent meal before 3pm. Pretty sure they don't have room service either. Walls are paper thin. You could hear pretty much everything in the adjacent rooms. At least the beds were comfortable. They have a shuttle bus that is pretty much on call at certain hours of the day. It seemed to be convenient at least some parts of the day. If you are into swimming, they have a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool that seems to be interconnected. Also, the city buses stop right in front of the hotel which is also a plus.

Yelp
Came to park city UT for a wedding. I had a mix up with our previous hotel and booked a night here at Park City Peaks Hotel.Estella was very accommodating as we worked out a miscommunication. I would highly recommend this hotel and not to mention the pool is very nice with an option to be inside or outside

Yelp
Stayed here for a ski trip that was organized by third party. The room was nice and clean along with a modern bathroom! It also contained a mini fridge which was convenient to have! The hotel offers free continental breakfast every morning, which is also convenient for a ski trip. Nothing special included: cereal, yogurt, eggs, bagels, toast, fruit, sausage. Also offers free hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookies after 4pm everyday for a nice treat after a full day of skiing. There are also daily shuttles to/from park city ski, deer valley ski, and to Main Street (where many restaurants and shops in the city are located). We didn't have a car and didn't need it; it was also nice to not have to call Ubers everywhere!! Another added plus was a free yoga class on Thursday mornings -- was excited to snag a spot with an instructor who came to the hotel, very relaxing after skiing for a few days!!

Yelp
Mickey the shuttle bus driver to park city base is such an awesome guy! Best restaurant in a hotel I've ever stayed at. There's a skating rink, nice fire place (indoor and outdoor), and a reasonable price. Beware down comforter and pillows if allergic! They have bedding substitutes upon request. There's also a Top Stop convenient store just under a mile away which is great!

Yelp
I love love this hotel! The staff are so friendly. The shuttles are so easy to use. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel!
