We really enjoyed this RV Park, each site has beautiful trees, grass and/or planted areas. The park is well kept, very dog friendly, easy to use laundry. Location is close to Park City Old Town and easy to get to Salt Lake. Only downside is the proximity to the highway, it’s a very busy highway and takes a few nights to get used to the traffic noise. Would stay here again!

The park has easy access off the freeway. The park is well maintained and has groomed sites. The pool and spa is clean and overlooks the hills, river and valley. You can take a walk from the park down to the river and picnic tables or take a hike on trails. You can hear the freeway traffic during the day. At use a sound machine to sleep.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Very well maintained RV park! Each RV spot had enough space and several had a spot of grass with a picnic table. The view of the mountains is wonderful. The laundry facilities were nice (3 washers and 4 dryers). Easy access to historic Park City and the ski resorts. The only drawback, to me, was the freeway noise.

Great facility with many sites. We were there when only the upper section was available, so the hiway noise was noticeable, but tolerable. This was our 4th time staying here and we'll be back again.

We’ve always had a nice stay at this campground. It’s quiet and has lots of entertainment close by. The lady that checks us in is always very professional and very pleasant They are dog friendly as long as you observe the rules. The sites are a little tight and the freeway is close by causing some noise that dies down at night, but I knew that when I reserved. The campground is well maintained and there is an expansion planned in the near future which will include sites and cabins by the small stream. There is not a lot for kids to do so keep that in mind if you are traveling with them, but there are streams and lakes for fishing, water sports close by, and lots of biking trails close by too. Park City is nice to visit and there are other nice places close by. We always enjoy our stay here and will return.

Reading some of the previous reviews, we almost passed on staying here. Man, what a mistake that would have been! This place is fantastic! There is obviously a great deal of attention to the facilities and maintaining the sites. The staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful, even with an adjustment to a reservation just before arrival. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience here and can’t wait to get back! Cons: Yes you are off the interstate and it can be loud. But it wasn’t so obtrusive to ruin our time and made it super easy in/out going to town. The booking policy that only allows certain rigs in certain spots is frustrating. I’m guessing the point is to keep the Class As together in the high rent district but when you’re already limiting trailer type and age, I don’t see how this is a big deal. Pros: Nice big concrete pads and landscaping (upper sites specifically) You are so close to PC and everything to do there. Olympic Park is a must see! Nice, well equipped gym, pool and hot tub Laundry was nice and reasonably priced, with the ability to pay with an app. Parks underestimate what a convenience this is Staff was nice, friendly and accommodating. Dog run was super nice and maintained well I was told they will be doing some renovating this winter so I’m guessing things will only get better from here, which is already great.

The facilities were well-maintained and provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay (concrete pad was a big plus). We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

Stayed here for 3 nights in July. We really enjoyed it. Friendly staff. Nice dog run. Close to trails and stores. Pool is cool and clean, a nice refresh after a morning on the local trails. Only drawback was the proximity to the freeway/noise which wasn’t that noticeable even with the windows open at night (traffic dies down in the late night/early morning hours). They are in the process of making improvements and I think it will only get better. WiFi would be a nice addition but cellular service was good. Will definitely stay here again.

Yelp
1 star. Small and tight spaces, you have almost no room to sit outside. No wifi No cable hookups. It's a small park, 50 or less spaces of which 30 are full timers. They screwed up my reservations, but luckily someone left their space early during to a water issue, so I took that space. I say to stay somewhere else. If you go by the dog area, you do have a good view.

Yelp
*** Doug and Jill Replied and called me a spoiled child. Wow, thank you for validating why you have awful customer service. Keep doing what you guys are doing because apparently it's working well for your 2.8 star review. By all means, please continue to play the victim. I don't think your response had quite the affect on me that you were hoping for. Enjoy our money. It sounds like you need it more than we do after reading all your reviews.*** Sincerely, A spoiled child AWFUL!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KEPT OUR MONEY. Don't waste your time or your money. I booked a 3 day stay here due to a lacrosse tournament. 2 days after booking I called to cancel (due to our tournament being canceled last minute). The lady said that they have a "no cancelation policy less than 7 days and can't reimburse due to cancelled sports events." ok, that sucks but we understand the fine print. The lady was horrible but reluctantly agreed to move our dates to October during fall break. My son ended up drawing a deer tag and his hunt would be during the same times we booked and already paid for. I called to see if we could reschedule our dates and the SAME lady told us that she already did us a favor by rebooking us. I asked her if she would be willing to rebook us for dates into next year and she scoffed and basically told me that she can't do that. I told her that her cancelation policy doesn't say anything about re-booking or rescheduling. She was unwilling to work with us and said "so are you cancelling then?" I said "Yes. Are you going to reimburse us?" she said "No. I already re-booked you guys, and did you a favor by rescheduling you." I told her that her customer service was awful and shit happens that people can't avoid. And there is a reason they have 3.8 stars on google review. She hung up on me. We stay at lots of RV resorts and have to re-schedule to due unforeseen circumstances. Every single place has worked with us and even given us up to a year to schedule. When your RV resort goes out of business, remember your amazing customer service and money you have stolen.

John M.

Yelp
How did they ever think this is a resort??? Office is a check in desk only, pool is dirty, spa is covered, gym is locked up, very tight spaces. Been to many RV parks and this is by far the worst I've experienced. But your dogs will love the rock dog park. Keep driving and don't waste your $$$. Go park in a Walmart parking lot

G Y.

Yelp
Right off the i80, close stores. The reason for 3 stars is 1) way too close to your neighbors, if I opened my window I could Reach out and touch the Rv next to me. 2) I should have read the other reviews first but we got there and the 50 amp didn't work and ended up only having 30 amp. Even though I told the manager about it she came over and did exactly what we did turned off and on and said it was on. (Basically not her problem it was us). However I know isn't us we just had our Rv checked and we are good, and other reviews mentioned this park has low voltage issues. Also, I don't mind noise but literally the i80 is loud. However I was asked if I wanted a "better" spot for more money. Be careful prices fluctuate here which is kinda odd. Be sure and book early cuz if not it's a lot more if you wait and book last minute. It's good if you're in need of a night stay but I wouldn't stay here again if we are in the area.

Kerry C.

Yelp
Beware the pretty pics don't show how bad this place really is.. Ok they can't help being situated right beside the freeway and the constant noise from it that makes. But it's unpleasant to sit outside and even the staff wear industrial earplugs at night. It's the rest of it that's really bad, from first meeting the arrogant manager he made it pretty clear that he wasn't here to help or be nice. The laundry required quarters which they couldn't provide, was told to download an app which he then told us rarely works on an iPhone. I'm not here to help too bad you don't have quarters, blame Covid (4 years ago) Ladies bathroom out of order. Gardeners with industrial gas blowers and mowers started at 8am in the morning.. why couldn't they schedule them for 11. But the rude manager said that's just the way it is. We have stayed in many RV parks, usually with friendly people, this place is the worst. Also the other items that others have bought up , like parking right next to each other, the list goes on but our recommendation is don't come here!!!

Tom H.

Yelp
Yes, it's near the freeway and so it has noise. We did a spontaneous online check-in for our van and trailer. Nice spot, full service. The showers were clean. The facility was pretty good overall. It was pricey, but hey, this is Park City where the streets are lined with gold. Overall, it was a good value, slightly pricey but very clean and very well maintained. We'd stay here again, all considered.

Yelp
We needed a place to stop overnight on our way home. I found Park City RV resort. Knowing we would be coming in late I picked their pull-through D-1-NEVER AGAIN! 1. Really appreciate for after hour arrivals they tape your reservation info on board. Had our name and clear instructions. 2. I had to pee so bad, but no code on our reservation sheet BUT note saying check e-mail for code. I appreciate they do that. It's more secure for everyone staying there. 3. Dog area a simple fenced area with bench. Nothing special BUT it's nice to have a place my boys can go off lease and do a walk about. The traffic noise ALL NIGHT was insane. The site is very sterile, no picnic tables What gets me is we paid way more for this place then places that offered way more, not sterile. 'Desperate Times Call for Desperate Measures'. The laundry room and front restrooms were clean. I found the sign hanging in the laundry room funny. The restroom one woman's and one men's each had a toilet and a shower stall. The shower water had great pressure and temperature. When I reached in to turn on the water it shot directly at me and slightly outside the shower stall. My clothing got slightly wet...so get naked before turning on water and good luck adjusting water temperature before getting in. I add this part of my review regarding the warning notice attached to our reservation sheet because of the differing opinion between me and my partner. I found my partner's reaction perplexing. He was upset saying all this place is "Don't do this, don't do that...don't do $@#¥." He couldn't get out fast enough. My opinion: I'm glad to see they put that out a in clear written notice but sad they have to. What's sad is they have to do it. I told to go take hot shower...he was in a better mood after . Good hot shower really an help one's preceptive . Would I recommend them? Not for a long stay. Only an emergency one night but stay away from D1-4, the I80 road noise is horrible. They really should discount those sites.

Bruce D.

Yelp
Okay it is near a freeway, so there is noise, but a map would tell you that. The park is small, but immaculate, large spaces and grass between each. Front office is friendly, but expects you to follow their reasonable rules. This park attracts some beautiful rigs with really friendly owners. When you talk to your neighbors you find out there are lots of repeat customers. Definitely would stay here again.

Brent M.

Yelp
Poor customer service. No one there middle of day to check you in. No table at site

Linda G.

Yelp
Very nice park! Concrete pads with patio. Park is well laid out for the amount of property they occupy. Super clean & very well maintained. Decent price for a RV park with Amenities.

Jacqueline T.

Yelp
As far as RV parks go, this was not my favorite. It's one of those that's a big gravel parking lot with everyone on top of each other. Then it's right next to the interstate so it's incredibly loud. Like many other RV parks, it advertises that it has WiFi, but the WiFi barely works. Don't expect to be able to browse the modern internet on it. It worked for our one night stay, but I wouldn't be rushing to come back again.

M O.

Yelp
This is a pretty park. It has a nice pool, laundry, a river, some grassy area for playing and nice bathrooms. It's clean, well maintained and the person in the office who took our reservation was super nice and friendly! But we ended up with a tiny little space with no table and pretty close to another camper. I think I would have liked to been in the lower section or the upper section. The middle section was just rock and no shade. It did have full hook ups and was close to a Whole Foods, Home Depot and restaurants and shops. The freeway is really close which was convenient, and the noise didn't bother us at all. We were only a few miles from downtown Park City where the whole street was closed for shopping! We would come back.

Cassiopeia F.

Yelp
Very well maintained RV Park, Dog Park is clean and is part gravel but has a very small side of grass, we didn't try the WI-FI because it was just open to everyone (and no password) they do not have cable (but great, clear channels via antenna.. think there are about 27 to choose from), slabs are even but yes they are very close together and this place is right off the freeway. You will hear the freeway ALL night! This RV Park is in the perfect location between Olympic Village and Downtown Park City so I have no complaints!

Mary M.

Yelp
Like other reviews, this is a well-maintained pretty RV park close to I80. Friendly helpful staff who told us about the free shuttle service offered by Park City--High Valley Transit. There is an app for it and easy to use if you're looking to not unhook your rig for a short trip into town. There are also very walkable bike/walk paths into town. Would have given 5 stars but we paid for a "patio and pet-friendly table" that was advertised but non-existent at the FHU pull throughs. Disappointing to pay the same price as the other sites that did have a nice patio and table. Would visit again but not in the same site.

Mark S.

Yelp
DON'T STAY HERE! The first time we stayed here several years ago, the park was so-so, but a convenient stop. This stay was with two other RVers on the way across the country. We booked for two nights so we could see Park City. The sites they put us in were so close together we could barely walk between the trailers. When we tried to get at least one better site so we could visit with our fellow travelers, the lady at the front desk was so rude, she shouldn't have a job in contact with the public. Besides that she was 30 minutes late getting back from lunch! The highway noise at this park is so loud you can just forget about sleeping. I will never stay here again. Find another park, no one needs this kind of irritation on vacation.

Mary G.

Yelp
We stayed here for 6 nights because of RV repairs we had to have done. We also stayed here because it is much higher than SLC and is closer to the mountains where we can hike. The people here were very friendly and helpful, recommending where to go for RV repairs. The property is really nice, close to I-80 and Park City but fairly shielded from highway noise with nice views of a tall green hill. We also discovered the trail along the small creek that runs alongside the resort where you can fish. The swimming pool, exercise room and laundry are all pristine. I highly recommend it.

Heather M.

Yelp
Wonderful park, we saw lots of wildlife right behind us! Everything was clean including the laundry area. We were worried about the proximity to the freeway but it actually worked out great. We were super close to the on ramp for the freeway and close to Olympic park.

Marc N.

Yelp
Park is below average, staff is even worse. Office people are rude and immature. Seems like they operate more like you are staying in their back yard with weird rules than a professional hospitality business. Have stayed at more RV parks and campgrounds than I can remember but the only reason I do remember this place is because of how rude they actually are. Don't do it. They don't deserve your money.

Sandra M.

Yelp
This place is the worst! The people in the office specifically the man that drives the cart is so rude. They don't like children or people so if you are going to hang out with family or a large group DONT come here! They have tics, spiders in the pool, the residents here are also rude and don't like people camping here. One of them almost ran my son over because our corn hole was in her way and she didn't want to drive around (even though she had plenty of room). The people who run this place are so rude, the man told my kids to pick up trash because their mom didn't work here.

Maribelle N.

Yelp
This place didn't meet my expectations. Staff here is a little rude. Nice area to visit but don't bother spending money here. Campsites are very close together. The more expensive sites have payment and grass. The dirt area where we camped was too close for comfort you. Campgrounds are close to the highway and its a bit noisy at night.

Jill R.

Yelp
This place has a lot of rules none of which is in relation to where people can and cannot smoke. So if you happen to be placed in a spot by people who choose to smoke it will be in your space. And the staff doesn't want to hear about it. But if you have alcohol visible in your spot you'll be asked to leave according to the rules.

Margie A.

Yelp
Very convenient to shops and all. Facility was very clean and well kept. A bit close to the highway but we slept like babies. Would stay again but upgrade to premium site with Gras set all.

Deborah K.

Yelp
We had a very pleasant stay at this Park City RV Park. Clean, nice park with three levels by a small river. We stayed on top level with nice concrete pads. Plenty of room for our 41ft 5th wheel and truck. Would love a bigger dog park! Although it was a good size.

Jesse K.

Yelp
They don't allow pop up tents attached to a camper van for example. Called and lady who answered was short and disturbed. I'd drive right by even if I had the "right" equipment.

Ian S.

Yelp
I booked 2 nights to stay here as the place has full hookups. Upon my arrival the water spigot was leaking. The manager was not available so the water leaked over the ground and created a sheet of ice. The bathroom facility was quite filthy and unmaintained. The electricity voltage dropped dangerously low a few times which could damage electronics. We decided to leave the next day due to these issues and impending snow storm which I did not want to be stuck driving theough. The manager would not refund the last day despite giving 24 hr notice. Save your money and just dry camp at walmart.

Rae C.

Yelp
Had to leave a day early....no refunds or credit. Owners let their dog dump in lower circle and not pick up.

Rich S.

Yelp
We decided to stay at the upper portion of the park so my review is for that section. This park is a nice park and staff was extremely friendly. It was a fare price and located right in the heart of Park City. The park has great water pressure, good power, level concrete spaces and even free WiFi. The only thing in my opinion keeping the upper park from a 5 star review is two small issues. The upper park is very nice and we had a beautiful spot but the only issue I see is that the some of the spaces are kind of close together and that park is also very conveniently located by the 80 freeway but as that is a plus it also is a bit of a negative. You will have some road noise while sitting outside or even inside if you keep your windows open like we like to do. As for me it was a very good experience. Have a Blessed Day

Sue M.

Yelp
Passing through and we only stayed one night but what a dump. Certainly not what I was expecting. Lots of highway noise too. We have a brand new camper but they put us "out back" on a dirt road with a bunch of old dilapidated campers.

e m.

Yelp
Our site was a filthy wit dog crap left over. Our site was all dirt and we had to back in almost 100 ft. No cable and we paid $55 for the privilege. Never again!!!!

Rita C.

Yelp
Just left this RV Park. We loved it! The negatives are close to the freeway so you hear the traffic...the positives are near the freeway so easy assess. The other positives are the lower sites with a large grass area next to the creek. Jill, one of the camp hosts, was wonderful to deal with. We moved from the upper paved and beautifully groomed sites to the lower sites with a beautiful grass area and creek. Our dog loved it and so did we. Lower sites don't have sewer but we decided the open area and less noise was worth it. The location allowed us to ride our bikes from the park to the main paved bike trail. Jill even came and let our dog out so we could enjoy a day of fly fishing. Thank you Jill you and your hubby run a great RV park!

Rob W.

Yelp
We loved it here. We camped in the top section. It was an all concrete pad and beautifully landscaped. Some road noise but not bad. The park has a creek behind it and you can access trails there. Pricing was very reasonable and there are tons of things to do in the area. The staff was super helpful and personable with us.

Brian G.

Yelp
Very helpful staff. The campgrounds are near the freeway, but the noise only affected the top (resort) area and maybe one tier lower. We were on the 2nd tier down and didn't notice the freeway sounds. Walking down one more tier gets you to the creek and a walking path along the hills. Getting into Park City from here is an easy short drive and major stores are nearby. Definitely a convenient spot to see Park City from.

Yvonne G.

Yelp
In response to Doug who never contacted us nor did anyone from his staff. I have the phone records with the calls we made in attempting to talk to anyone from management. We had permission from the RV place to have a small get together at the campsite. It's in writing via email. At the most we had 4 cars. Not 15. Anyone who is familiar with your campsite can obviously see that 15 additional cars would not fit anywhere. The campgrounds are not that big. Assuming that grandmas and cousins were all there is again another exaggeration. Not all the players showed up. We had an adult there at all times at the pool. Our stay was not over a week as stated. We have our records that shows when we got there and when we left. It's a shame how you refer your guest as rats. You made decision and asked us to leave without reviewing any facts. The fact that the other guest hit the game board on purpose which was witness by at least 4 people would make any parent upset because he could of easily hit a kid. No where in any of the comments is race mentioned only in yours. Which no makes me wonder if this is why you treated us unfairly. We followed your rules and we left without making a scene. When we were finally contacted which was the next day, the lady was rude and hung up the phone. Customer service in this place is a big issue. The fact that it's run down wouldn't of mattered much , but the way you treated our family is unacceptable. Maybe if you answered your phones once in while it might help resolving some issues.

Mike T.

Yelp
Very nice park. Great pool and hot tub. Super clean. Staff was very helpful. Will return when passing though

Jo J.

Yelp
Five years full timing, hundreds of campgrounds, and this place has the WORST electrical quality of anywhere I've been...101 volts at the pedestal during the afternoon heat. That will destroy an AC and is borderline for cell phones and laptops. It could also cause a fire as resistance and heat build. The worst part is that management admits to knowing about the issue and yet keeps renting the problem sites.

Jan A.

Yelp
Thank you Park City RV Resort for a surprisingly wonderful experience! We called 20 minutes prior to arrival to reserve an RV site for the night. You had one site left with full hook-ups! When we arrived after a long day of travel we discovered a wonderful pool and hot tub! So refreshed!! Beautiful park!

Tk M.

Yelp
Seriously you cant have a trailer older than 10 years old to stay in the front! What the heck! Our 5th wheel trailer is 12 years old and very nice! When I asked why I was told because they are a HOA and can do what they want! RUDE who does business like this?!

Caryn C.

Yelp
Been on the road for over a month and is this park is by far the worst we've seen. The upper park is nice, but they put us it in the dusty dirt parking lot down below. The first space F35 ,was so small and tight. Plus, they gave us no table. We told them that we were not happy with our site so they put us in another space H65 and we had electrical problems. We left The next day and we stayed in a hotel because everything was booked due to the holiday. The bottom spaces look like an overflow parking lot .If you stay up top you are OK ,but if they send you down to the dirt lot just leave.

Angie J.

Yelp
The Park is off the highway and close to Park City. We stay in mostly National Parks so when we stay in a private campground we want working electric and good restrooms. The 50 amp in the lower lot didn't work. The showers in the lower lot had mud, hair and large spiders. My daughter was scalded by a shower that went from cold to burning. The upper lot looks nice but was full.

Jeremy V.

Yelp
I gave 1 star, here is my take. The location and the RV park itself are nice. Clean, beautiful, convenient, a lot of amenities. One issue, is that when you hook up your sewer connection at your site, it is up hill. How do you dump uphill? With that, it is due to an experience I had they forced me to give 1 star versus 5. When we went to check in and pay, they were charging $5 more a day that quoted. Most places I go to try this from time to time, but when I requested them to give the quoted price, they said no. Not only no, but the error was on their side as "we have a new girl and she is Latino, and she is not getting it..." The girl behind the counter informed me that it was not their fault that it was misquoted and there was nothing they would do. I never understood the change in price nor did I understand why it could not be the new girl, why was it the new Latino girl? With that, I called before we left to try to find a manager to help with this issue. No manager. On the way home the owner called. Confronted me very heatedly, and short. Said I was flagged and not welcome there because I made his employee cry, the employee that made the latino comment. Did not listen to what I had to share, did not care, promised to pay the $5 back, never received it. Nice location, but the owners attitude is driven into the entire staff.

Joseph J.

Yelp
Nice park, great location. The stream is great, and the dog run is well maintained. Why the low marks, then? Two reasons. First, they tend to let things fall out of repair and stay there. Example: hot tub has been out of commission for almost 2 months now. Second, a bit of sleazy business practices. Example: had booked and confirmed a 3 month stay. A few days after we had arrived, they retroactively decided they wanted us to pay daily instead of monthly rate for September, which cost us an extra $1,000+. We would have gone somewhere else, but it was too late to book. I thought about pressing the issue (the original confirmed booking is a contract after all) but decided it wasn't worth the trouble. To sum up, good for occasional short stays, but steer clear for longer durations. If you care about things getting fixed that aren't visually important you will not like it.

fredda S.

Yelp
Think they went to great measures to give us the worst space in park, not only was it right next to the smelly bathrooms, the sewer and water were impossible to reach with the standard hoses, was the only space in the sun also, the manager and guest partied long after quite time, would not recommend!

Anna T.

Yelp
We have stayed at Park City RV Resort for the past three winters and I'm sad to say this is our last time staying there. This past winter we noticed a decline in customer service, maintenance, dirty restrooms and showers, the pool wasn't open, the hot tub was dirty, and there seems to be an increase in permanent residents. When we spend our winters in Park City we want to stay at a resort not a trailer park. We even considered ownership but after witnessing the people "living" there... I think we will take our investment elsewhere.

Rachel R.

Yelp
Nice and clean. The bathrooms are very nice. The staff was also very nice and helpful. We loved the pool and hot tub especially after a long bike ride. Only one complaint; too much chlorine!

Andrea T.

Yelp
They call this place a resort, but it is more like a dump. Our rig (a 2014 Airstream pulled by an x5 BMW) didn't qualify for the "upper resort" so we were relegated to the mid section which consisted of some full time residents with rigs that looked like they hadn't moved in 10+ years, most like the one in my attached photo. Adding to the "resort" atmosphere was a car on blocks being worked on by a staffer, the lawn crew riding his mower with no shirt, and various trash and debris strewn around. Our neighbor awoke us with his Harley at 6 am. I'm not sure what kind of resort these folks are running but it's unlike any I've ever visited. The waterfall pictured on their website was minuscule and had the added ambiance of the aroma from the chain link dog run right next to it. We definitely won't be back!

David M.

Yelp
Now Let's picture the truth since Doug wasn't on site and got false info from his dumb and dumber manager and maintenance guy. We got approval from manager to have a team bbq with a total of 9 cars which most parked up top in parking area. Kids did play baseball with impact balls not rocks down at grass area away from other campers. Kids did go to pool with adult supervision. Bbq did last 5:30 to 9:30 with no music. Road was never blocked at any time. 2 elderly poor example of humans at the end didn't like to see people having a good time so ran over the cornhole board on purpose with damage and never asked to pay anything. Immediately called the office to complain that it was in road which it clearly wasn't. idiot Maintenance guy comes down to do nothing as usual. Manager Asked our guests to leave or she will call the peace police. Our guests left within 10 min before police arrived. We left the next morning to get away from this hell hole not because the peace police tried a scare tactic. Because of horrible staff and one elderly couple that hates life we left. Definitely would not recommend this place to any normal humans. Never dealt with such hatred and rudeness from a business ever. Think the tics they have there went to their brains
