Park Gstaad

The overall stay in Park Gstaad was perfect! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The ski shop also had everything you needed. The food in the lobby bar was amazing! Staff were also very friendly and recommended me food and drinks to try. I’m definitely booking again!!! Thank you again ;)

I stayed here with a friend just for one night, and will happily return anytime. The hotel is wonderful, the staff impeccable, our stay was faultless. Breakfast is an experience in itself. All staff we came across during our stay were friendly, approachable and professional at all times. Nothing was too much trouble. Truly a 5* experience. A special mention to the concierge desk, especially Jacobo, who immediately reunited me with something I had left in the room. I am plotting my return already.

We had an amazing stay, the view is|breathtaking, the restaurants are amazing, the service is great. The spa is quite small and old but cosy.|The housekeepings are little angels, especially Claudia, Lia and Monica making our stay special.|The room service is the fastest I have ever seen, exceptional!

We have had a great experience staying at Park Gstaad. The rooms are quite spacious with a lot of wardrobes that is very important when you come to ski. The staff is very friendly and helpful.||Nice view from breakfast. The spa facilities need refreshment. But the swimming pool is with salty water that is great.

Our experience at Park Gstaad exceeded all expectations! Olmo Feudatari, Head Concierge, was available to answer our many questions(it was our first time in Switzerland). He made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay and I truly appreciate all the help and recommendations. The rooms were perfectly kept daily and the staff(Claudia,Monica, and Lia) were friendly and attentive! The servers and attainable staff throughout the Park were also amazing and very friendly. All the food was delicious ( we ate at all restaurants including the bar). Highly recommend!

Fine room with Alpine-Scandinavian decor and (depending on room category) terrific view of mountains. Public rooms are warmly furnished in an elegant mountain lodge style which personally I found very appealing. Staff are superb throughout the hotel, striking the right balance of respect, warmth, proactiveness, and professionalism. I did have some minor issues with Chubut, their supposedly Argentine restaurant that didn’t have any Argentine beef and didn’t know the finer points of preparing lamb and steak.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was great. The hotel is the best I have ever experienced. Certainly coming back to it. We were in between hotels and we choose yours because it had a neat and clean feel to it. We were fortunate and your hotel added to Gstaad experience in the best way.

Very good location. Staff is really nice and always taking care of the clients. Very beautiful room with view on mountains. Spa area and fitness very clean. The food is delicious. The team of Services is really efficient and especially Lia Claudia.
