I can not fault anything about this great hotel. I have stayed many times since 2011, & am very disappointed about its closure. I have always all staff to be extremely helpful & pleasant to talk to. The food is excellent, although only breakfast meals are available. The rooms are large spotlessly clean & tendered to every day.|I have since visited to find it is closed, but, the foyer looks just the same as ever & I am hoping that it will reopen soon,

This place is now closed, but I visited when it was open. The room was ok. There was a lobby piano downstairs, but no one was playing it at the time. Upstairs was a party area around the pool. Unfortunately, it is now closed, so no service is provided.

On the last two days of a 21 day trip with my youth, the 12 member team wanted some test and relaxation after a grueling schedule. We found that at the Park Hotel at an exceptional 900 baht per night from Agoda. Service was excellent. We requested 6 bedrooms with 2 beds each, which was granted. Our rooms were clean with comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms. They have free breakfast with so much variety (see pictures). The youth enjoyed the rooftop pool. They give you free water and snacks. There's a shuttle to the Night Bazaar which we didn't need but was awesome that they would have that. There is free hot/cold water refill in the hallways. Masseuse service in room too if needed (didn't use that). Staff were really friendly and work to fulfill your needs. These little details make it to the 5 star service list for me. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff of the hotel is very hospitable. Always ready to walk extra mile for you. In several days they become your good friends. Almost all of them can speak English. Can advise you regarding many different issues.||The hotel is clean. The food in cafeteria is very good. Most of the food is cooked in a traditional Thai way but if you do not like the Asian food you can always find something of western type. A very good hotel for a reasonable price. When I stayed there the hotel was full. Most of the foreign tourists were French.

We stayed four unforgettable days at Park Hotel. The personnel were extremely polite and helpful. The room was specious ,very clean and with a basket of fruits every day. Breakfast buffet was quite satisfactory.||We also enjoyed the swimming pool on the terrace . The shuttle bus of the hotel was of great help for transfers to the city.||We felt like home because all the staff did their best to ensure that we had a happy time staying at the hotel.” Happy customer, happy staff” they said.||Wonderful stay. I would really like to go again. Thank you Park Hotel for the lovely time you gave me.

We stayed here in mid-December 2019 (4 people, 2 rooms) and really enjoyed our stay. At check in the front desk team were able to put us in adjoining rooms even though it wasn’t on our initial request. We paid ~$40/room/night; however, we booked through booking.com so the price was maybe a bit cheaper than direct booking. ||Rooftop pool had amazing views of the city and lots of lounge chairs to relax on. The hotel breakfast included with the room was amazing. Lots of great choices (including fruits, cereal, eggs/omelettes, as well as several local options) and super friendly staff. ||The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the night market (just need to book a seat with the front desk). Air conditioning and wifi worked great throughout the hotel. ||Overall would highly recommend this hotel.

I must be clear as to why I have awarded 3 out of 5 before continuing my review. I have stayed in more than 100 hotels around the world, and this increases the scrutiny I must give each hotel as I travel. Some may believe this is unfair, however it is how I write my reviews. ||||My room was nice, with plenty of space for my luggage and belongings. Cleanliness was so-so in my opinion, but I mean it wasn’t dirty or anything. Just could be better. ||||The staff were good, but staying with G Adventures I didn’t have much interaction with them. ||||Breakfast wasn’t great, with only limited options available. ||||Location seemed fine for staying with a group and having transport whenever we needed, but on foot is quite far from ATMs, convenience stores and the night market.

Nice hotel a bit out of the way. Needs a touch-up as it is getting older but still a very comfortable hotel at a great price. Breakfast is very good and the rooms are quite spacious. There is a fair sized pool on the roof and a big lobby with computer terminals.
