Park Hotel

2015, we had a funeral reception for my grandfather who had passed away. The staff and the premises were all ok, but one incident happened which still bugs me 10 years later. When we had the planning meeting, I was offered a glass of water. Then during the funeral reception, the manager interrupted the reception by taking me sideways and demanding payment for that glass of water and accusing me of not having paid on the previous occasion. It was the most cheap and unmannered behavior I have ever experienced. Totally unacceptable given the circumstances, 1) that we were all in grief and 2) that this funeral reception was nice business for the company and that it is resonable to believe that a glass of water would be the Hotel’s treatment in relationship to the business we planned and also brought. We tipped the staff as thanks for their service but when I look back at this moment, I can still feel a lot of anger for the totally unmannered behavior that the manager showed in this situation. Park Hotel was my grandfathers favorite hotel in Szczecin, hence we had the reception there. I would have honored him by staying there when visiting his grave but have chosen not to after this treatment.

I visited the restaurant in the outdoor garden. While the interior design is a bit cliche, the outdoor garden is a revelation. Tablecloths!!! This is a rarity and an immediate point from me. The service was fantastic, nice lady. We took a cold soup (Chłodnik) - and a Thai soup. Kudos to the cook. Each dish had something special. Presentation of dishes - Insta style. We drank cocktails - real ones. An excellent experience at a reasonable price. Great place.

To all of you - this is how duck salad is supposed to look ;) thanks - great experience. But the hotel itself is a great place to stay for longer and short periods. The staff is very nice and helpful, not disturbing guests. Very good breakfast and kind safeguards in the swimming pool. Thank you

My stay at Park Hotel in Szczecin was fantastic! The cozy room, delicious dining, and relaxing spa made for a perfect getaway. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure I had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend it!

Very nice more classic hotel at the heart of Szczecin. Was ideal for my business travel. Also has opportunities to charge my Tesla. The staff was super friendly and the room very nice. Restaurant is a bit pricier than average in the city but also has higher level food.

Stayed here 3 nights in Juli 2019||||Its situated inside a Park in Szczecin. Even in a busy city this gives a green, calm and nice feel to the hotel. You get some distance from the roads and it is almost like staying in a forrest Hotel. Very nice.||Very central location. Short walk to "everything".||||Resturant is very nice. Breakfast is ok (could be a little better).||There is a nice Spa/swimming area we did not use, but checked out. Looks very nice.||||Hotel room is just big enough. Nice bath and feels very cozy. ||Good air condition!||||||Only big drawback was that the hallways smells and feels a lot like a public swimming area. Very humid and smells like swimmingpool.||And they charged us almost 8,5X more than agreed opon for laudery. Beacuse we didnt understand polish, we didnt excatly understand what we payed for.||It felt like we where robed. Very nice hotel, but stay AWAY from their laundery service.

We had a tastefully decorated room with a huge bathroom and the best shower cabin I've seen.Room had plenty of reading lamps which usually are lacking in hotels. But this hotel is more than 150 years old and was a meeting place for successful Danzigers.The hotel restaurant is one of the best in the city.Breakfast is abundant but müsli is missing and coffee is doled out by the cup.||Plenty of fruit and excellent home-made jams. For dinner try the roast duck which is a specialty.
