Park Hotel

We were two couples and stayed 6 nights at this hotel with our one year-olds. The hotel has no elevator, but given our rooms were on the first floor, it was no issue at all. The staff was quick to provide a crib in one of the rooms when we told them the bassinet they had provided will not work for our toddler. Also, the next morning at breakfast, I asked if they had high chairs and they apologised that they didn't. But then the next morning we see two brand new high chairs, one pink and one blue, waiting for us near the breakfast lounge. We thought that was a true gesture of hospitality and professionalism.||The rooms were clean, modern, and quite spacious. We felt at home with the cosiness of the hotel, and the location was superb in the middle of everything to see in Yerevan. A supermarket down the street was very convenient, and Anteb restaurant just a few steps away was also a cherry on top!||Breakfast was quite generous but did get repetitive a bit after a couple of days. But I think this applies to all hotels. The food menu, however, was fantastic. We ordered a few dishes for our babies and we couldn't resist trying some ourselves! ||Thank you Park Boutique Hotel for making our stay in Armenia so wonderful.

We had a good stay at the hotel. Staff friendly and nice. In house restaurant and services was too good. Breakfast was excellent we really liked it with a lot of variety and sufficient for all. Only the rooms are quite small and very less space to.move around from what u see in d image as we very surprised to see in reality versus the image. But the hospitality over there made us comfortable.

Amazing central location. What we disliked about the hotel was the super tiny room and the bed, which looks like a double bed but has 2 separate mattresses which was uncomfortable. Other than that, the room was clean, breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and polite. The restaurant on the ground floor seemed nice as well but didn’t get the chance to try it. Recommended.

A clean and nice hotel in the centre of Yerevan. Walking distance from the Republic Square (about 5 minutes), Mashtots - the main boulevard and the Opera. Very helpful personnel (Diana, thank you so much!) who offered us all the information needed for our trips in the city and around. We also made arrangements with the hotel for a trip to the touristic sites around Yerevan and it all went very well. Rich breakfast. The restaurant also serves lunch, which is rich and good value for money. ||Overall we liked the hotel and would recommend it to other travellers. Internet connection is sometimes non-existent in the rooms at the ground floor (right near the reception). If you travel with children and book a double room, you might need to see several options and choose a bigger room, as the standard double is fine for just two people.

Centrally located & within walking distance to the Centre Square, restaurants and pubs, Park Boutique Hotel has efficient and friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast at The Boulevard, (their sister restaurant cum café)was quite nice. Rooms were of a good size & bathrooms with the latest fittings, made the stay really comfortable. The cleaning lady however, doesn't do a good job apart from cleaning the bathrooms. She leaves the beds unmade.Would love to return to Armenia, as it's a charming country with friendly citizens & plenty of places to visit. Park Boutique is a great place to stay at an affordable budget.

Our group had booked a couple of rooms at this hotel and had several horrible interactions with the staff. ||When we arrived, they didn't have one of the rooms we'd booked. They tried to blame it on us even though we had a confirmation email. They never said a simple "Sorry for the mix up." They even tried to charge the couple who had to book a room in another hotel for breakfast one day when they came to the hotel to meet up with the rest of the group (they didn't eat anything, just sat with us). The breakfast itself was mediocre at best.||They didn't send a driver to the airport for one of the group members as they had said they would.||The rooms are modern and clean. But one party in our group ended up in a room with only a glass wall separating the bathroom from the room. So you could see the toilet & shower from the bed. The rooms on the bottom floor also smelled like cigarette smoke. They also claimed that they had no additional towels when we asked for more. ||Upon checkout, they tried to charge us for drinks from the fridge (which we did not drink, as we did not want to give them another cent). ||Positive comments: It's clean, new and modern. Good location, right in the center.

Visited Park Hotel Lounge for an afternoon drink and was offered a free warm salad with the complements of the hotel. A delicious warm boiled broccoli on lettuce, soft salted cheese cubes yummiee!!! What a service. We had some drinks, soup and dessert. To return to! The lounge is spacious, we sat on sofas around comfortable tables. Could not praise more the service of the waiter. Every time we put something in the ashtray he changed the ashtray. Forgot the count maybe 7 times! What a service. Plus affordable and with good modern techno music.

If you are looking for a four star hotel for the price of three, this is it. Cleanliness and the well trained staff add value to nicely decorated rooms and public areas. Everything in this hotel is well presented, with dignity and charm. And the location!!! Within two minutes you walk from delightful, tree lined street to the heart of shopping and entertainment. This is one hotel I would go back to anytime.
